Wonderful store with great looking produce and a bulk items section.

Came in today to try to find the kombucha drinks. Many different kinds to choose from. Ended up with a couple different flavors and a hop tea.Hopefully they do what Im hoping they do.

I am plant based and I also eat organic certified as much as possible. They are pricey but will meet your nutritional requirements. The staff is friendly and the deli food is amazing.

I love this place! Prices are higher than regular grocery stores but when I need something out of the ordinary, they ALWAYS have it. And the cashiers are the best! Friendly, talkative and knowledgeable. Trying a new sweetener and Im sure Ill be back to 3 Rivers to get more.

I enjoy my neighborhood store that are close to home and easy in and easy out! I am not comfortable in big football size mega stores.they wear me out trying to get from one side of the store to the other to get everything you need if you can even find them all. My time is more valuable to me than saving 25 cents at those huge dept. Stores. Three Rivers Has been around since I was a teenager and their location they have now also had a nice parking lot with plenty of parking. Vast selection and pleasant staff. The little cafe is pretty tasty. I love the tuna sandwich! I cant wait for the hot bar and salad bar to open back up!

3 Rivers Natural Grocery is a fantastic co-op! You can purchase everything from canned goods, dish soap, dairy, fresh meats, frozen foods, supplements, and even bulk food items as well. They have top notch customer service and they are always friendly and willing to help you out with any questions!

Really clean store, a great variety of natural goods. The staff is nice and super helpful.The health section is amazing. Organic gourmet coffee spices wines and dairy products available. Prices are also very reasonable.

I really enjoy this place. Its a little pricey but the uniqueness and variety makes up for it. The loose herbs are my favorite.

Better than Natural Grocers in Texas. They offer green toys, coffee, a deli, all kinds of groceries and laundry soaps. I am PLEASANTLY surprised.

Totally not what I expected.From the outside it looked a little dated like an old IGA food store or something.However, I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was inside.Great selection as well.

A decent selection of produce, whole foods, vegan or plant based foods, with a hot bar and a deli where you can get sandwiches and coffee made for you and they have some tasty vegan options as well. I would rate this a 5 but the prices are very high. A slice of vegan chocolate cake was about $6 and it was rather small.The customer service was great. Overall I was pleased and will come back again.

Great place to get specialty health and vegan foods or eco products. A little pricey but worth it if you care about your health. You can get special discounts if you become a coop member. Id love if their Deli coffee bar had more vegan options.

I really like shopping here. Lots of bulk spices, foods, staples. Great selection of fruits and veggies. Hard to find imports and specialty pantry items.

A little pricier but they offer great options, especially when you need a really specific ingredient substitute or addition to cook a recipe gluten free or vegan, etc. I never seem to be in there during their cafe or dining hours so I cant speak to the quality there. I love that they offer both food and clean personal care/hygiene products, which is a lifesaver when buying for someone with ingredient sensitivities. A great local resource!

Love the 3 Rivers Coop! Always have exactly what I want. The cafe is my favorite place for lunch -- a grilled portabella and swiss on Samis GF bread. Yum!

This has always been my favorite healthy and natural grocery store. Its extremely convenient to find what you need there. The deals are great! I love the sweet people too!

Great place to go if youre looking for health food and the like; however, EVERYTHING here costs more than it does at a regular grocery store. In example, I went for cauliflower and it was $4.99 per head. A jar of fermented salsa was $7.99! I absolutely love the options but hate the prices.

High prices to say the least. But the products seem to be of good quality. In all honesty I couldnt give a fair review due to the fact that I am poor.2 types of people in the world, the haves and the have nots.I am a have not and they probably dont want any have nots there to begin with seeins how they always have city police standing on guard inside the store. Now as to whether said officers may or may not be on the clock is anyones guess. But the municipal squad car along with the uniform the badge and the gun are there at all times. Ive seen some strange things and strange cats and Ive been told Im the strangest cat of all, nonetheless what a long strange trip its all been been all its indeed.

I havent been here for a long time, so my first time back shopping for my groceries went well! the environment seems welcoming, there was a lot to navigate and see, and im happy with my purchases i took home. i want to come back and keep seeing what i can find and learn while shopping and supporting local organics.

Giving it a 5 because I cant 4.5 star this gem. Why would I dock it a half point? The pricing. The food quality is great, the options are pretty good, and the deli... You have to try something while you shop. You can get some stuff cheaper other places, but youre going to sacrifice in quality. So hop on over and check out 3 Rivers Co-op. I recommend.

Great natural and and organic grocery store. Lots of good organic produce and bulk foods, spices and teas, frozen organic & natural meats, and foods. Has a good hot food bar - great food. They make some of the best vegetable lasagna in Fort Wayne and have other great foods also. Menu varies by day. Also get 99.999% pure water - reverse osmosis by the gallon. They also carry goat cheese if you are ever looking for that. Lots of other things too.

3 Rivers Food Co-op is a great place for local and organic produce. They also have a good selection of bulk food, health and wellness products and prepare deli foods. Today it was hard to get an employee to help find products.

This is a great little grocery for many natural and organic products. They can be a bit more expensive than some bigger stores but you can get personal attention when searching for products. I love the reverse osmosis water that we get by 5 gallons. Healthy and great price. They frequently have samples to try new products. Deli sandwiches are good and the daily hot buffet and salad bar has good variety of selections.

I love this place. Not only do they provide a good place for the community to buy hard to find healthy food products, but the staff is all very friendly and helpful. I buy several items here that you cannot find anywhere else in Fort Wayne. Due to my diet restrictions, I have to eat a limited variety of food and minimally processed food. Three Rivers is the place to get it. If they do not have something in stock they will try to find it and order it for you. You must usually buy the whole case, but it is worth it for things that you eat often. The produce is always really fresh and much of it is from local farms. I wish they had more of a meat selection and department, but its not a deal breaker for me.

Every time I come here with my family, the employees and even the other customers are incredibly kind and courteous. They have a great selection of bulk foods, organic and raw foods; they have a good deli with a seating area, and they also have a reverse osmosis water supply with a mineral enhanced option. I’m so glad this place is in town.

There was a lot of great organic food, a bulk section and great looking produce. The hot food bar looked amazing. However there were a lot of things that I have purchased elsewhere in the past for less than half of what they were priced at here, so while I loved the selection of healthy food, I didnt buy much due to the cost.

They keep running out of the CBD oil that I need for my neuroma pain. Have now found this product online. This is a good place for special diets. Good snack bar.

If you are vegan or partial or not at all, this place has wonderful food and other items such as vitamins and herbal oils. They also have a great customer service base. I would refer anyone to this store. An added bonus is that local organic farmers reap the benefits as they are the source of the produce and other items.

Never been here until today. Spoke with a wonderful lady in the wellness center about potassium deficiency. She was kind and patient explaining foods and supplements. She also pointed out the research books! Great health food and organic grocery store. It is a co-op, so prices are higher for non members. You become a member by volunteering. We shop there often, but are not members. Also have a deli and hot food bar.

I visited at 4 pm on a Monday and there were only a few people there so checking out was a breeze. They have a great selection of gluten free items at reasonable prices ($5 for Udis bread). The only downside is there isnt a large selection of items. For example they only had a few types of beer and only two types of cream cheese.

Always consistent..... BEST place to eat in Fort Wayne! More people need to come here for healthy options... great service.... and they offer items other stores dont carry.

Very handy to stock my freezer. Frontier Spices for sale in bulk. Eat-in space for dining. Products labeled well. Great store for conscious consumers.

I am beginning my natural food and supplements lifestyle and this place has almost everything!!! The prices is affordable which allows me stick with my change. The people are amazing and very helpful and always smiling and polite. I love this place!!!!

Visiting town and came upon 3 Rivers Co-op for all my Vegan needs. Great store tons of options, nice people. Great bulk section and fresh vegetables. They even carry Beyond Meat products. Winner!

Good produce, even in middle of winter. The hot food is always good quality and the serving area is clean. Carries many specialty items and fair trade products. They have a good bulk herbs/teas/spices selection.

We love, love, love this place. Staff are always very friendly and amazing. Buffet always has plenty of variety, so much so that you have to be careful because you want to try everything and its cost is divvied per weight. Lol. I highly recommend trying the bistro for coffee or chai.... so delicious. Their sandwiches are freaking spot on every time no matter which one that I order. Their gluten free options are fantastic, especially the chocolate brownies. Soooooo goooooood. They have exceptional vegan or vegetarian selections as well. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

I wish they would stock bean sprouts its really hard finding really fresh sprouts. Not only that but prices are still way to high to consider shopping there I might down the road go and get a salad or something from the hot bar it really looked good the day I was there.

As a person with celiac sprue, who travels throughout the Midwest for work semi-frequently, it can be difficult to find variety of foods in grocery stores that dont have whole foods in the title. I was pleasantly surprised at all the gluten-free options they had available.

Ive recently tried cooking healthy food from scratch and in some of my cook books there are a lot of ingredients that I couldnt find at Walmart. Luckily I had been recommended to go to Three Rivers and I was able to find everything I needed. I am happy that someone had told me about this place.
