Nice store, but in a sort of run down strip mall. Store was generally clean. Selection was good. Staff was pleasant to deal with, even helpful with loading the recliner I bought into my van. If youve never shopped Big Lots, you should give it a try!

Another good stuff for cheap place and it even sales furniture... You should comare mattress process... I did and got the same thing as other furniture places for alot less.

Great deals and bargain prices, even on furniture. The only draw back is if you see something you like, you have to buy it then and there. Even coming back the next day doesnt guarantee itll still be there.

The guy in the furniture department was incredibly helpful! He told us that Big Lots gets overstock from higher end furniture stores in the area. We paid at least $1000 less for our brand new Lane sofa!

Went in to buy my daughter a sofa. It was marked at $299 for Presidents Day. The sale had ended 2 days prior, but they hadnt removed the tag. No biggie it was an additional $100. They asked if I wanted to put money down for a price hold at $399. I did to ensure she got a sofa when they came in. We went in a week later and it was on sale again for $349. The rude woman said it had never been ordered but she would if we liked. I said we did, but at the $349 price. She then informed me there would be a restocking fee AND I would lose the additional 15% off we had put down on a sofa we never ordered. I asked her why all that and she said its their policy and once a coupon is used it cant be used again. I asked if she would honor the sale price and she again said no! Unless I wanted to pay the restocking fee and lose the coupon. What the hell way is this to run a business?

I am usually not a big fan of this store but decided to give it another try. I was looking for a small patio side table. I had a question and was referred to the associate in the furniture department. She was too busy with her personal phone to be helpful. I left and purchased one elsewhere.

Nice inventory but prices are about the same as walmart

I go in once a week just to look.I ordered a recliner and picked it up on Saturday.Most of the employee s know me and always greet me.

I really like this location the best! Excellent customer service and you always have what I come in for to purchase.Tonight I went for a few things and during check out, the cashier, (Andrea) only handed me one big bag. I didnt realize that I was missing half of my items until I got home. I called the store and Andrea answered and immediately she knew it was me who forgot one of my bags. She apologized right away and offered to deliver my bag personally on her way home. And she did!!Thank you very much for the EXCELLENT customer service! You are definitely a very nice asset to the store! It was so incredibly nice of you to deliver the rest of my purchases.I wish you all the best and I hope that you have a happy new year! ~💛

Its a great store with fair prices on anything from food to furniture. The store was really clean and staff was helpful when needed. They have some pretty unique home decor options as well.

Good place for shopping and something new never seen it before

The staff was amazing. Went in for an energy drink and it was no where to be found but the website said they had 20. The lady that was working went on a hunt for them and got the manager involved and they went to the storage place to get the drinks for us. Was pretty great and glad they made sure i didnt have a wasted trip.

Several people were not wearing a mask, and the cashier had hers down over her mouth with her nose exposed. When I asked her to please pull it up over her nose, she did. However she was very rude after that. I liked the store, however, I would appreciate it if they didnt try to give me a deadly illness thats already killed 246,000. Tried to call, noone answered.

One of the More organized locations I have been to. Really great staff. Maria was helpful while shopping and then she also was there for checkout. Have some of those things you forgot about or that other places just stopped carrying.

Typical Big Lots location. Not the cleanest of stores, but not filthy. Really great prices on furniture. The main issue at this store I’ve seen since I moved here recently is the incredibly rude staff. Not a “Hello”, not a “Welcome to Big Lots”, not a “Don’t let the door hit you on the way out”, nothing. All three times I have been in there, every employee I have encountered has definitely wanted to be anywhere other than there. Even a smile goes a long way in retail, just saying.

They act as if they didnt want to help you. M4 Son and I had to go find someone to help us and he was very knowledgeable.

Love big lots

Rude management, I was over charged so called when I got home and saw the receipt and they told me to come back to get a refund. I bought the product and my receipt and they called management over to take a look, she took one look at it and said they did not put that barcode on it and will not sell it to me for the posted price on the box. How the hell would a barcode get on the box if they didn’t put it there? The employees need to learn how to wear masks too they all had them on under their chin, you can tell they obviously don’t care about the customer here.

The store feels mostly empty and somewhat dingy. There are a number of products for sale, Some are pretty nice but many are definitely discount

Ive always enjoyed going in here to find some good bargains. Prices are good and the store is always clean. There are great deals around the holidays on Christmas items and you can usually find some things that you havent seen in other stores.

This store is really kept up well and is a pleasure to shop at. They have a nice variety of surprisingly high quality, name brand products. Our family prefers to eat organic and Im able to buy a lot here that costs twice as much at other stores. I love the very affordable Evolve brand of dog and cat food that is of the same caliber of expensive brands like Blue Buffalo, and Big Lots is the only place I know of that sells it. I always walk away from here feeling great about what Ive bought and how much Ive saved.

Beware of old items in food section, being stated that you can find good deals in furniture and other items! will find good brand products for low price. sing up for email will get coupons and it is a good deal you can save up to 20% on Serta beds and furniture. Furniture are not of high quality, but will get good deals on essential items.

This I my favorite Big Lots locations in Fort Wayne. Love the employees and they always have everything I need.

My only complaint is that some products will be spread out over an entire isle and then an endcap so actually located what you want can be time consuming. But the prices are great so you live with the trade off.

Good prices on certain things. Some of their cashiers could use common sense training. Other than that its a good spot to shop and save money on items you might be needing.

I like the variety of merchandise and furniture sold there. But a bed bought seems less firm than the sample bed on floor sample and sinks in the middle making it harder to move around or get back off bed. When I wanted to return it, was not only met with a resistance, but insulted as the man said they dont like to take back bedding because of the risk of bed bugs! After 3 attempts to discuss returning bed and get refund to no avail, I have given up hope and now am less likely to purchase any other furniture I had wanted to buy for other rooms in home. The staff who I discussed the return of mattress with gave a variety of excuses as hurdles to make a return difficult.

We love shopping here, they have very nice furniture at a great price! We just bought a new dining room table and chairs, 2 recliners, and a new area rug today!

As soon as we walked out I mentioned to my husband that we paid too much for an item. Went back in with receipt manager came up walked back to where I got the item. There was another of the same item and she said well someone put them in the wrong spot sorry. Item was 2 times more than what the tag said. Didn’t offer anything so I returned the item. Will NEVER go back because manager was rude about it. She also dropped like 4 bags of chips on the floor and squished them in a place they didn’t belong so I’m sure they are crumbs now.

It had quite a bit of sales going on, that was nice. It was a bit cluttered though. They had a lot of boxes and things in the way. Other than that it was a nice store to shop at. Id go back.
