Absolutely terrible with Agriculture needs. They don’t seem interested in servicing old Cat tractors, but you are forced to buy the parts from them. Had a mechanic out for a yearly inspection that falsely told me they couldn’t hook up diagnostics tools to it when there are clearly two diagnostic ports on the tractor. He also told me the only computer was in the dash and that it had to be pulled and sent off to a third party for software update. Computer is in the side console, not dash. Lastly to snipped a wire on the three point so it suddenly stopped working when it was working fine the day before, told me one of the three point pins was probably seized up. New part was $800+ and wouldn’t give me a labor quote because “it can be a tricky job” Upon discovery of snipped wire, reconnected wire and three point worked with zero issues. Absolutely piss poor and shady service.Don’t believe the reply from the “owner” they haven’t tried to contact me once, let alone multiple times. Just trying to save face on the internet.

Parts guys are helpful when you can get through. It seems that every time I call I wait 5 min or more and end up getting transferred to another store. Think Im going to start using a different store since they cant answer the phone at the Fort Wayne location.

Excellent service. I stopped by the shop to fix my pickup truck AC, not knowing that these guys dont work on pickup trucks. After being told that they dont really work on pickup trucks, Steve, the master technician offered a second chance to at least look at. Not only I was there with the wrong car, but also arrived 10 minutes before they close the shop. Long story short, Steve stayed after-hours just to fix my AC. Extremely reasonable and professional. I just wish that there were more technician like Steve around.

Needed bucket teeth in a hurry they had them in stock and I had them on the machine in minus 20 weather in less than an hour. Glad I didnt have the wrong ones.

Great service, broke down on Saturday night, towed in sat pm Monday morning they were all over it was fixed and back on the road again by 2PM, i highly recommend them there isnt to many cat dealers that still work on trucks 👍👍👍

Really professional mechanics, know their job and exactly what is the problem and fix it amazing fast and qualitative. They had overhauled my peterbuild cat engine in a week with full insurance, warranty on parts and service for 4 year what is amazing, good financing program 0% interest, very polite staff. I dont know nobody who could do the overhaul better then CAT dealer. The price for parts is like everywhere, the price for labor could be a little bit higher but is better then a shop who say that they do the same job cheeper and same quality, dont believe, nobody give you 4 years warranty on parts and labor at all Cat dealers in US, original receipts and work history from cat dealer, if you decide to save money definitely you are going to spend more time, money and health for just 2-3k $ difference and a lot of problems going to a shop who say that they do the same job for less money, heard already tenths of stories like this with overhauled engines with problems after rebuild and nobody recognize their fault and charge you for labor again to fix their fault. Well you are big enough to decide by your self but Im ready to go for 1 more million miles with no stress.
