My boyfriend and I were in there looking for engagement rings. We worked with Chuck and he was so excellent. We never felt pressured and he worked with us and our budget. I found a ring on Saturday went home to think on it and Monday came back in and said you know I’m not in love with that one so he said let’s look again. I also told him that one was very high priced and we felt stressed about the payments. So I found one that made me cry and it was basically $1000 cheaper. He said that’s what we are looking for the tears. The fact he didn’t make us feel pressured to stay with that expensive ring made us very comfortable. Thank you Chuck for a 5 star rating service.
Wish I could give -10 stars!!! Absolutely horrible service!!! Don’t come here!!! Don’t trust them with your ring!! Had mine sent in over 2 months ago for a shadow band and they were suppose to send my ring back after they were done using it for the mold and their stupid clueless employees keep telling me and my fiancé they shipped it out week after week when they HAVENT!!! They lie and have no clue about anything. Definitely sketchy company hiding something from us about my ring. Wouldn’t surprise me if they lost it or damaged it!!
I always love goin to kay! We gave a credit card through them and they always do their best to give us a good deal, or they go out of their way to try and give us a deal if they dont have my kind of deal going on. We do go in often tho. The more you spend the better of a deal they tend to give you too!
I got my wife a Ring + 2 bands to give it that extra look and I got my ring from Jason. I’m shopping around and went to Jared and that was a mistake, I wanted Solid gold but Jared tried to sell me a Hollow chain and I did not like that but went to Jason and he pulled exactly what I want it 🙌🏾
Yeah would probably never order from them again i got an email what i thought saying it was ready for pick up they said no those just get sent and i have to go by my arrival date and they would call me so my date came up and no call no email or nothing so i called the guy on the phone asked if i got an email i said no and so he just checked for me and said oh yeah its been in cool that would have been nice to know and no one in the store knew anything about anything the one girl kept telling me something but would say but i dont know so i asked her to ask another employee and he said something completely different and to top it off they all seemed like they were on drugs or something like spaced out tweakin and i stood there for a good 5 minutes before someone helped me as they all stood there talking to each other
Was in store to get my jewelry cleaned and inspected. They cleaned it quickly and it was never inspected. When they pulled up my personal account there, was jewelry on there that I never bought. Someone elses e-mail address. Employee was like not my fault, store manager said not his fault, called customer service and they said it was store Employee problem. TERRIBLE Service. Store manager said it was not that big of a deal.30 years of business, Never Again. No privacy!
My boyfriend got me a promise ring from Kay and had it resized so it fit my hand. The day after I got the ring 2 gems fell out and I had to take it back, when I went back to pick up the fixed ring on the promised date they told me that it was still at the lab being fixed...... what’s the point in buying a ring if 1, it’s going to break the day after you get it, and 2, you never get to wear it because they don’t get orders done BY THE PROMISE DATE! Very unhappy and will NOT be buying from Kay again!
Was quoted 50 dollars at Illinois store for a ring resize that covered a warranty went here was 68 no warranty at all was told after the fact i paid 60 some discount was applied so theres that i guess then when asked for email confirmation on the picture of my ring and what was needed to be done oh the system is down but dont worry we have it all here for you dont worry 😒
Went here to find out about sending a Bulova watch in for warranty repair. We first talked to a blonde woman that was new, and very nice. She helped us more than who I presume is the manager she grabbed? A tall blonde guy, who preceded to insist Bulova didn’t have a factory warranty, and his coworker (from another night) didn’t know what they were talking about, and got extremely rude. As he got rude, the blonde woman was actually helpful and printed the receipt and wrote down Bulova’s number. 10/10 for blonde woman, I wish I knew her name to actually give her a shout out.We googled it when we got home, Bulova does have a 3 year factory warranty for anyone searching for the same thing. 😊

Had an amazing experience. Custom Made ring. The entire process was way faster than I would have thought and it turned out perfect. Plenty of updates to keep me posted on progress, and I got to approve every step along the way to make sure it was exactly as I wanted it.
I have made multiple purchases from this Kay Jewelers. Everything from a simple bracelet, to ear rings, to watches, to me and my wifes wedding rings. All of my purchases have been with Rich. If I can only give zero review i will give them zero bought wedding set for $3500 we sent out for resized and it took forever and the services was poor and the sales man and sales women are rude unprofessional..i told them just resizing and it came back soldered together turning a 2 piece set into a 1piece they ruined my wedding ring very disappointed and I told to the sales man and said he cant fix it paid for $3500 and they cant fix their mistake and also husbands ring took even longer to get back from resizing..Wont be going back to this store dont wasting your money and time..very poor customer service..

They werent honest up front because I only went into look at rings, but then I bought a ring that day. Went online and could have gotten the same discount promotion that was currently going on, but it wasnt visible anywhere in the store. Therefore, I wasted almost 2 hrs letting them teach me about rings and negotiate a price that was currently a sale price. The next day I went in to return it and go buy it at different Kays location (because the Kays warranty is great deal) and the Glenbrook mall one decided that they could do an extra 10% to keep me. I had called the others prior to almost take it back and they both thought that this situation seemed a little unethical and said theyd be glad to help me out. At the end I am very happy with my purchase, but it was a hassle.
Jason was absolutely horrible and I will never return. Jason was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. My fiancé was in tears as soon as we walked out of the mall.

Spent over 6k here for my wife’s ring.after we got married we sent her ring in to get soldered together. We got an email saying it was ready and available to pick up in Fort Wayne. Drove over and hour to find out it wasn’t there, they said it had to be sent back because it was done right. They never even bother to call us to let us know. Then they didn’t even apologize for it. All they said is “ya, someone should of called.” “Someone should have called” doesn’t pay for my gas or the waste of afternoon on a Saturday.
Jason was very helpful. Even though they was very busy. He took the time to help me and explained that J.B. Robinsons had merged with Kays Jewellers. Something that J.B. Robinsons did not tell me.
We was helped right away. He was very polite and friendly. We love shopping at Kay jewelry.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. We were forced into paying for my engagement ring set. They maxed my Kay credit card without my knowledge. We agreed that I was NOT purchasing the ring today and I was not charged. Above all they did not have the wedding band included. I will never go to Kays ever again. I am heart broken and nearly in tears. It will be awhile before I ever go to a jewelry store.

I would not buy a wedding set from here ever again. First it was sized and saudered together and looked awful. After three attempts finally it was presentable. Next a prong broke... when I finally got it back after three weeks it was missing a diamond.
Are past experiences with Kay Jewelers werent very good. The gentleman that helped us at this one was very helpful and polite. His name was Gary, if you are wanting to use Kay Jewelers, then I would highly suggest this one.
My wife loves this place, look for great deals around Christmas.
