I was visiting my grandmother awhile back and wanted to get her hooked up with a good PC so she could stay connected with the rest of the family via zoom, or skype, or what have you. She said she knew of a place near by (Grace Computers) so we went in to check it out.The price tags on the items were absolutely outrageous. The owner was selling items at 2 to 3 times their worth. Systems with 950s and i3-6100s going for $1500. Couldnt be me paying prices like that. We went to Stone Computers and received a much better deal on MODERN hardware

I would never even THINK to talk to a customer the way he does. One person reports an issue that they had in his store, and his immediate response is to pull camera footage of the day to find the person that complained? What?! Who does that? I went here looking for a phone. They want 2-3 times market price for these 2-5 year old used phones. They wanted 399 for a Samsung s8 and 350 for iPhone 6. Both phones are worth less then 75 each used. Hell Walmart sells them for 200 new……… and sometimes has them on sale at 99 bucks

Owner thinks just because certain people dont live in Fort Wayne and/or have never been to the store they cant point out a business that is obviously ripping people off. Build your own PC or buy it elsewhere. Regardless of whether or not the PC everyone is talking about was acually worth 6,000 dollars (probably not) ... as a business owner you cant be so thin skinned and hostile to potential customers.

When I was in Fort Wayne I came in here with my mother who is not a very tech savvy person and also not from the US, I had an issue with the charging port in my laptop and it seemed like a relatively easy fix. I come into this shop and dustin checks the laptop out and his quote is $250 to fix the small issue, my mother was about to take his services until i told her i felt like it was a little bit overpriced. I was able to take this thing to another local electronics shop and they were able to fix the EXACT same problem for $50... unbelievable how these people try to extort you, I even checked in with an electronic shop back home on how much this procedure should cost and it was almost the same around $50, while Grace Computers here tried charging my vulnerable old mother 5 times that!

The things i have seen about this company lol hes a car salesman in a world where most of his customers know more about his inventory than he does. he is not afraid to rip people off, and if it was legal to do so, i would point anyone about to enter this establishment, away, doesnt even matter where.

He also sales broken parts to you and when you try to get it replaced He states he cant replace it because you broke it. Do yourself a favor and use the internet for all of your pc needs.

I was in town for the week and wanted to stop by the store and I think its safe to say that I really regret going to this joke of a business. I guess all the bad reviews on this place are true. Got an excellent deal on a computer called Gaming PC. It was very cool, and it had a bunch of shiny lights on it. Shop owner said it had an OVERPOWERED GT 710 inside of it. Didnt know what that meant, but I assumed it was fast because it had GT inside of it. Runs minecraft great! Solid 30 fps super fast computer. Can handle 3 google chrome tabs open at the same time until it crashes, but thats fine. I decided to BUST open this BAD BOY at home, and I was disappointed in the slightest! Wonderful lightning bolt cables... Great deal also! Only $2500 thanks to Mark and his wonderful tolerable negotiation skills. Will NOT go to wally world to get a $300 PC at all!

If you are ever in town and need any of the services this guy offers please take my advice, go somewhere else. The owner of this store is a very childish and insecure man in a lot of ways. When anyone has anything negative to say about dustin he makes threats or calls you fake, I seen people complain about how he rips off older people that dont know much about tech a few times on here and he automatically assumes everyone is here because the youtube video or at least he wants to play it off that way. The selection and customer service alone is 5 star worthy, not to mention the repair prices are currently the cheapest in town. Good company. Recently bought a computer there. The owner is great and even delivered and installed the computer at my home. $2000, which might be a bit pricey but at least I did not have to go to some shady online websites to buy a computer that would break in few months. The computer can run games like super mario which is great and to be expected from such a powerful computer. Really happy with the purchase and would recommend it to all my friends who are looking for a fair deal and a really good super mario capable computer.

Dustin Wood the owner of the store is a scam artist. I had called ahead to reserve a part for my father who isnt technologically adept and confirmed that the part was new with the owner. He was told it was and had it installed into his hone PC from him for a service fee plus cost of parts. A couple of weeks later the part turns out to be defective.I call the Manufacturers for warranty and they confirm that the part was a couple of years old. The owner took it out of one of their repair PCs and sold it to my senior father. When I called the store owner to complain he told me to buy from WalMart next time and cry about it. Worst customer service experience EVER.Avoid this place!!!!EDIT: My Parents live in the US. My father is the one you ripped off and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Honestly the best place if you want to get a new PC!My son was asking for a PC for a while and I sadly had to be the bearer of bad news and tell him we just couldnt afford it at the moment. Recently sold a few old magazines me and the wife starred in back in the 90s, which got us just enough to be able to get him what he wanted. The lovely man at the front desk told us it would be able to handle anything you could throw at it. It apparently has an Intel 4004 CPU, geforce 210 graphix card (sounds pretty fancy to me) and 64 mega bites of hard dried storage. My son is literally crying hes that happy. Thank you Grace computers for helping us with this, especially with the $2300 per month easily payable fee by bank transfer, makes payment a lot more affordable. Definitely recommend 10/10. Will attach an image of my sons new PC, looks like it has special cooling powder included for free!

Had a laptop that the screen was busted. Called him up and told me to bring it in to take a good look at it. Ended up telling me that it was replaceable. About 5 days later after them ordering the parts and installing, it was ready to go. The laptop works flawlessly! For me, this guy did a super great job! Would definitely recommend their services.

They did an excellent job on my build. I went just because of the Science Studio Build. They of course had a normal markup on parts, and build fee with Windows Install was around $150. They did a superior job. Cable mods and all. RTX 2070, i7 8700K, 32GB RAM cost around $1900 in total. I had a 850W Corsair PSU, and 1TB ssd, and 4tb hdd. They did an excellent job. I will be back and thanks!

I came in Grace Computers & Electronics needing a $2000 PC build, and lets just say, its the best PC I have used in my entire life. Its got the advanced Pentium 4 HT 520 @ 2.8 GHz and a blazing fast GeForce FX 5200! It has a massive 512 MB of RAM, more than Id ever need in my entire life! It also has a 40 GB WD Caviar Enhanced IDE hard drive (WD400BB), which spins at a very fast 7200 RPM. The WD hard drive spins faster than most car engines! This computer runs Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit SP2 very well.And this PC is really god-like. It runs Crysis at maximum settings 3840x2160 @ 144 fps. This PC will last me 30 years with how much performance it can give out.
