Adam was my point of contact for our temporary freezer install. He was very easy to work with and quick with his email responses. He answered all of my questions with a wealth of knowledge taking away any concerns. On the day of install, the freezer was early to arrive, easy to put in place, easy electrical connections, and started right up not to mention it was brand new. Quick and easy to work with, have used multiple times (usually at the last minute) when our freezers go down. Units keep temperature incredibly well, being in an extremely regulated industry it’s hard to find units that would meet our needs. Pickup & drop off is a breeze. Very thankful for this team!

It was really easy to order a cooler rental. The cooler we received was very clean and worked perfectly for the 2 months we needed it.

Polar Leasing came through for me when our main freezer broke down in the middle of a very busy time. The sales rep was very personable & honored his commitment to me throughout the whole process of ordering, delivery, field operation & pick-up. I gave four stars only because the unit was missing a necessary part at the electric hook-up when it arrived, but it was a minor part I had in my toolbox & was able to install myself. They will be my first call for help in the future.

Our rental unit was not cooling properly on arrival, but after a phone call they sent someone out in a few hrs to fix it. They followed up with a call to make sure it was working. Great customer service, and the unit was clean and is now working great.

They were able to quickly get us a temporary replacement for our walk in freezer. They delivered it on time and it was set into place and operational within an hour. It was cold enough to use within 12 hours of the time it was delivered.

The unit was received without refrigerant?!? How do you ship a cooler without refrigerant? Also was freshly painted inside and had a strong paint odor. We almost didnt use it because the odor was so strong we feared it would be absorbed by the fruit stored inside it. Their customer service is too automated. Difficult to actually speak with a person. They try to do everything with those fake automated emails that try to convince you there is a person on the other end by including a picture. Altogether, disappointed

I was sent this link to write a review on how our delivery went. Well, it was not delivered. It was scheduled to be dropped off yesterday between 8am and 12pm. I receive an email at 12:20 pm saying that they are trying to get a hold of me for the drop off. I had no missed call or an voicemail from anyone. I called them and they said that they will be here tomorrow (this morning) with it. So, sending me an email asking how the delivery went when it has not been delivered is pretty sad. One hand does not know what the other is doing.

If you need coolers this is the best way to go. A very easy process.

I dealt with both Mike and Laura who were awesome. I was always able to reach someone when I called without getting a call back, which is really nice.The boxes were delivered clean and ready to go. I had an issue with one of the evaporator fans not working and they sent out a technician within 4 hours of me requesting the issue and got the problem resolved immediately. We were impressed.When our project was nearing completion, we hit several problems causing us to need to reschedule pickup of the boxes due to construction delays out of my control. Mike & Laura happily made adjustments and extended the contract and rescheduled the pick up times to suit our companies needs.They are very professional and will use again.
