One of the most knowledgeable shops in town. If youre unsure of recommendations, ask for a manager, theyre always happy to help. As for prices go, you pay it for the atmosphere and range of products. Everything has a very small mark-up that honestly Im willing to pay based on the experience behind the counter and not ever feeling pushed into a purchase. Drive-thru around back is a HUGE bonus!

Came in from Phoenix and this is my second time here. Both had really friendly staff and its a beautiful lounge. Plenty of seating, decorated nice, quiet and peaceful. If youre from our of town looking for a cigar I do recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are great for what you get. Tons of options on all products which include top quality cigars and a variety of vapes and juices. Also great selection of quality pipes and tobacco accessories. Nice patio for a relaxing time with friends to smoke a cigar and drink a cold beer. Beer selection is good, from domestic to import to craft. Highly recommend for any tobacco, cigar or vape needs.

If you cant find exactly what you want, they will have something to get you by until they can order what you need. The level of knowledge the tobacconist have when it comes to the various flavors they carry is beyond impressive. It is obvious they all care about their jobs and love what they do. They have a smattering of everything from glass, to wooden pipes, pipe/tobacco bags, vapes, vape juice, CBD, and a lot more. It is the only place I know of in Northern Indiana that even carry my cigars, and I dont know what I would do without them. The drive thru is also highly convenient for those of us in a hurry but I cant stress the importance of walking through this place at least once when you have the time and check out their entire inventory. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a collection of glass today and noticed that one of them was broke. When I called in to talk about it, all I was told was that it wasn’t refundable. I was offered a discount but when I asked her if she needed my name she said “for what”. I understand now that glass is sold as is, but I would highly appreciate it if a sales associate looked over the glass themselves before sales are complete and next time ill be sure to check as well.

Snobby staff, 4 people working and only one registar. Treated as an inconvenience when I asked if they could ring me up while engaging in their own conversation. Would not go back nor reccomend to a friend...

Its January 2021 and not a single employee was wearing a face mask when I stopped in. I walked right back out the door, past their masks required sign. This wasnt just a one-off either, same situation when I stopped by a few months ago. Its so disappointing that they seem to have no concern for the health and safety of their customers and employees.

2/5. Pretty sure they sold me knock off Mr. Fog Maxs. Tasted burnt the first time I hit it. The font was completely different on the vape and not to mention the label was on the wrong side of the pen. Packaging was different than usual, and I looked on an old box that I still had and the distributor was different than the ones Ive usually gotten from regular gas stations.

Walked into the store past a mask required sign just to see everyone customers and employees not wearing masks while standing about an arms length from each other and walked out. Places like this are the reason this pandemic continues. Will NEVER set foot in this covid hotshot again.

I have had a couple bad experiences here but I was fed up the last time I went. They refuse to do anything about their vapes burning or just plain not working. I went back the last time because the vanilla ice cream Sea XXL was disgusting and she said “I can’t do anything just because you don’t like it” I am just floored by the customer service here.

Horrible customer service! I talked to the GM Ryan, got a vape replaced once, STILL BURNT! Asked for my money back and he only offers a 20% discount on another product. I dont spend $21.37 on a Sea XXL for them to burn out in ONE DAY. Very disappointed with how he handled the situation. Will not bring my money back to this place again and I suggest others dont unless you want to be ripped off.

Location is awesome, great use of an old bank. Love the fact that the humidor is in the old safe. But I am not impressed with the cigar selection. Might be great for other products and such. But I am only looking for cigars and I was left wanting.Updated in 2020This place has gotten way better. The selection is way better than the first time I was here. They also have a nice lounge with great fans to keep the air clean. Big improvement!!

Sorry customer service! I bought three Fog Max disposables for $51.33 and the ONE was burnt on the first hit! All I wanted was an exchange, they wouldnt do it! Copper Canyon has one of the most diverse glass collections I have come across. I bought a glass piece and the owner was more than helpful and knowledgeable. This will now be my go to store for any of my future needs. I cannot emphasize enough how knowledgeable and inviting the staff is. There is something for everyone at copper canyon and I truly believe they are the best in the business and by far the most welcoming, it’s obvious that they love their job and it reflects in the quality of their store.

Me and my S/o came in today to purchase a waxmaid hammerhead tobacco pipe and received excellent service and great recommendations wound up getting the pipe papers and a new product called crop kings wonderful product 5* for them as well they are solid and moist rolled wonderfully

Weve heard a lot of good things about CBD oil so we decided to check it out. Meghan was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We are excited to see how this works! I had a 2 level back fusion 2 years ago and now I have complications from this, hubby also has back issues and does not want surgery.

First of all, as a Fort Wayne native I am so happy that someone finally put a business in this building. Second, we went in there for the first time today and had such a great experience. It’s set up so nicely and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and never pushed any products on us. I was also impressed that when my husband asked about a certain type of cigar they didn’t have, the manager took note and said he’d look into stocking it.The storefront looks clean and professional and even had a little smoking patio outside. They are definitely a welcomed addition to the area.Bonus- the humidor is in the old bank vault.

Just bought a bunch of cigars from here, I had an extensive list of very specific cigars and I was happy to find out they carried most of them. They have a beautiful selection and their walk in humidor aka The vault (a reconfigured ex bank vault) was awesome to go through. But the best part was the staff, these guys are awesome. Update: I have been back on several occasions and I have gotten conflicting information. It seems that some staff members are more knowledgeable than others and I have wasted some money purchasing things that do not do what I was told they would. But over all still a good place to but CBD.I’ve been hearing great things about medicinal CBD oil but was leery about what to get and where to get it from. Luckily I found Copper Canyon! The owner Chris took time to explain how it all worked; he also showed me his manufacturing facility and how each bottle could be tracked for safety reasons. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the store is really nice and clean! I’ll be back for sure.
