I paid 400$ to get my remonte start in this location. Service was fenomenal BUT now it stoped working and it needs to be reconfigured and they told me that they can do it when this happens… they ghosted me. If you install something here, be aware that if something goes wrong, they will no answer your calls or emails.

This company is top notch! Was looking to upgrade my factory car speakers and Adrian did a great job educating me on my options. He really listened to what I was looking for and provided me an incredible system. I am blown away every time I get into my car now by how accurate the Focal speakers are. I bought a bunch of equipment second hand, so they couldn’t instal it for me. But they still reached out, told me. Gave me some great information, other audio stores in the area were extremely rude, and provided 0 information. Yet these guys did, props to them.

Cant return any phone calls let alone emails. Went in after calling & leaving 2 messages about having a custom speaker box made. They acted like it was gonna be no problem. Said hes been to busy to get through messages...Was told to email specs on subs. Emailed them twice then sent another email as well. Still have Never heard a peep...Guess building a 4th order 15 box was too much or wasnt enough profit!

Adrian and Nate are great. Very consultative in their approach and they only work with equipment that they have tested to meet their high standards. They will work within your budget to get the best system possible for your investment. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my install: new head unit, speakers, steering wheel adapter, amp, and sound dampening in the doors. It took a couple of weeks for my speakers to break-in; after that and some experimentation with my EQ, I am really happy with my new system. Thanks guys, I will be back when I am ready for another upgrade.

I was working on replacing the sound system in my car but came across an issue.. it was a complicated Bose stereo with a single ground point system.. saved the headache and took it to Adrian at Elevate audio. He and his crew did a fantastic job putting the speakers and unit in my car, I highly recommend them for any installation. Ill probably be back for a tint job once I catch up on the cleaning and mechanics (sorry for the mess guys but great job!!)

I feel great knowing the product has a lifetime guarantee on the labor. The remote car starter, with installation, cost roughly the same as an install at a dealership. However, my range for remote starting is 2 miles with Elevates product vs 100 feet from the factory!Highly recommended and I will do business with them again!

Had a bluetooth radio installed in my car over a year ago, and I was very happy with the service we received. I called a year later because my phone all of a sudden stopped connecting. Adrian remembered me, allowed me to come in, had the issue fixed in 10 minutes. The issue was not his fault, but he did not charge me anything, and told us to come back if we have any other issues. Would definitely recommend this business.

Elevate Audio is the best installer in town. Just had my system upgraded. Install was seamless. Didnt even know they were there. Then listened to the sound.. wow! I am hard to please and very impressed with these guys. Ill be back for a follow up tune.

Extremely helpful and friendly group of guys. Very knowledgeable and quick to solve my problem. When no other place in town wanted to try and help me instead just trying to tell me I need to rip out my entire remote start system and put a whole new system in from them. The reality was it was a simple programming update that needed done due to my instrument cluster being replaced by the dealer. You would think the other places if their installers were competent would know that all I needed was a reprogram of my remote start then but instead seem to care more about selling the entire new system. I highly recommend them and will pretty much be my only go to place if I need anything like this done in the future

The guys were able to help me find the right solution to modernize the infotainment center of my 2010 Mustang GT, which would also remedy my back-up camera deficiency. They put in a beautiful Kenwood radio/DVD with a 7 display that also got rid of the dreaded Microsoft SYNC that Ford loves so much. Ive only had the car back for 2 days or so and havent had a chance to really play with everything, but its a beautiful thing to behold and works great so far. Im very pleased and would recommend these guys without any reservation to resolve your car audiovisual issues.

Nate spent time finding out what my priorities were and what would work best for my needs, it felt more welcoming than the feeling of just being sold to at some other places. Low pressure, emmaculate results, honest explanations of costs, and a genuine interest in client satisfaction, all make Elevate audio the best choice in town by a comfortable margin. You could try to save a little money in the short term and go elsewhere...but youd be taking a risk. I called after getting in over my head with a DIY stereo install... Adrian and Nate to the rescue. They did a great job cleaning up my mess, including figuring out how to wire up a stubborn factory backup camera that had no out of the box compatibility with my new head unit, and also installed a new USB port when none of the factory cable adapters would fit as expected. All told they invested close to 4 hours going above and beyond to help me, but only billed me for 2.5. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely call Adrian the next time I need work done.

Could not be more pleased unless Nate did it for free and that is crazy talk. Had a new Kenwood DDX9703s stereo, Kenwood KAC-M1804 amp, iBeam TE-SScC backup cam, P300-12 Rockford Fosgate powered sub, Nates sound proof on the front doors...cant remember the name and my favy the Hybrid Audio Technologies Imagine series I61-2V2 6.5 inch components. All purchased from Nate except the sub as I already had it. The HATS Nate talked me into and I am so thrilled he did. Do yourself a favor and save if you have to and have those installed.Now I am OCD and said the interior must look as it does now (pre-install). Nate said no problem and it does. I am an aggressive shopper and found some price deals online and Nate adjusted his price plus when purchased through Elevate you receive a one year warranty. Cant beat that.Everything Nate did far exceeds my expectations. He knows his stuff. I had this all done last Oct 16. Wanted to wait to make sure everything was going well. I had a question about the Kenwood deck and Nate has a contact at Kenwood and resolved the question.I have little doubt if I went to any other place I would have had issues. Nate is a pro in this stuff and spent a few hours before I committed to him explaining any questions I had.I also have no doubt whatever you want done he can do and will do it better than anyone else you can find. I felt as if he treated my car as if it was his own.5 of 5 stars and would certainly recommend Nate and Elevate Audio to anyone, even my Grandma, now thats saying something.Jayme

Its a decent place I drove an hour to get my remote start installed here because of the reviews. However I regret to say that I was unsatisfied with the work they did. First of all I received bad advice when choosing the hardware needed for my Rav4 to work as intended, second the remote antenna was not installed the way I specifically requested (vertical), and last the A-pillar in my vehicle was bulging out after their install. These are good guys but lack experience and miscommunication led to the antenna being installed incorrectly (horizontal). I had to spend an extra 300 dollars to get their work fixed. Again they are good people but I rely heavily on reviews therefor Im inclined to be honest.They were so kind to clarify so I will do the same.1. They did not tell me that the manufacturer recommended a certain orientation for the antenna that is simply a lie. I told them I wanted it a certain way and they did not listen. If I stated how I wanted prior to the install why would they bother to ask me afterwards if I was satisfied when I clearly would not be. You dont send a puppy to clean up its own mess. 15-30 minutes of pressing 4 buttons that I could have pressed is not a demonstration. Rotating the antenna does not sacrifice anything as I have been told by two other shops. Although they did clean my floor mats. They bothered to do something I didnt ask them to but not what I asked for. That would have been better spent looking at the A-pillar rather than wasting it on floor mats.2. After noticing that my remote did not perform the same as one that I had installed months prior I called several other pro shops all the way to the Chicago area to inquire. All of them stated that if installed correctly It should communicate with my factory remote. When speaking to the local shop in Goshen the conclusion came that I had received rather bad advice on hardware needed to be used. They did offer to install additional hardware for 60 dollars, however if their advice is as good as it was the first time I would have put 60 dollars in the trash. Again you dont send a puppy to clean up its own mess. Its true that I did not show up. After a late day at work which I informed them might be a possibility when scheduling the last thing I wanted was to drive an hour to possibly get my vehicle done right the second time.3. I have no idea how long the technician has been working on this for. However other than the building A-pillar this wasnt really his fault. This was the salesman whos inexperience led to my dissatisfaction. I assume the antenna was due to his lack of communication with the technician. I have not provided a dishonest review whatsoever these guys are not difficult to deal with, they are polite. I drove 1 hours and a half because I wanted to receive a quality service. Quality isnt what I received, knowing the situation that I was in more time should have been put into my vehicle I recently purchases it and I wanted attention to detail.To make a long story short I purchased their most expensive remote start system (or so I was told). Drove to Fort Wayne rather than getting it done in Goshen because I wanted to be satisfied (I am not). Ended up taking it to Goshen anyways due to the previously listed reasons. I came to the conclusion that it doesnt matter how much you pay, or how hard you look sometimes you always runs the risk of someone f***ing things up. In order to avoid hurting their feelings Ill put this one on me. I should have done more research on the products (definitely on the installers). Although this seem to be a business that goes above and beyond at this point it seems experience is still lacking on the salesman part. I am not satisfied and Im sorry I was not willing to drive to Fort Wayne again to have them try again.
