Great experience with the dealer, poor experience with Cadillac. Wheel bearing failed at 29000 miles but as car was almost 4 years old or out of warranty on time, I had to pay full price for the repair. Im told, Cadillac is experiencing many wheel bearing failures.

Brought my car in today for a repair. It was easy to schedule an appointment on the phone & they were ready to take my car right away when I arrived. Everyone was very friendly and they completed the repair in a timely manner. It was also nice they provided a quick vacuum and wash as well. Overall good experience!

Treated extremely well. The only thing I wish was that they were honest with telling about the scratch that they tried covering up with an off color paint. After we got home and worked to take paint off, we found a scratch that they said kids did. Sorry I dont believe that. No kid would have paint to cover up and it was fresh. Just be honest, it goes over much better. The owner Jim was an awesome guy, they fed us and the food was excellent!! Definitely will consider returning for future purchases. They took my car in at my appointment time. There is a comfortable waiting area for customers. A salesman showed me the new models even though I told him I was not interested in trading in my car and the service manager came to tell me when my car was ready. The work was done and the car had been washed and vacuumed. Perfect. x**

We arrived thinking the dealership was closed when a very polite salesman introduced himself having had to stay over for a deal. We looked at a certified pre owned Escalade......beautiful vehicle. He said take it over night and we can talk after my fiancé got off work tomorrow which we did. The vehicle was clean and well taken care of. We came back the next day and again very very polite. We were trading in our truck but told them upfront we won’t have it back until late Saturday maybe Sunday. The salesman and a finance employee came over and talked to us. We brought our other trade in too. They asked us to leave a $500 deposit and when we bring the truck in Monday they have no problem giving us more then the estimate. I understood that it was an estimate until the vehicle arrived. They never once stated the deposit was non refundable by the way. On Monday we came in with the truck and they went back on their word. We brought back the Escalade and collected our trade doing business elsewhere. Today they called asking what they could do to earn our business and I stated they were not fair. They blamed it on smoke but news flash I do not smoke cigarettes in my vehicles and other does my fiancée. I asked about the deposit and got the run around blaming company policy we were never presented with or I would have had her leave the vehicle until we know for sure what the offer was for the truck. Now I’m told the money will be available to use at any kelly dealership. We won’t ever do business with them again. We got a better offer on our platinum low mileage luxury pickup and the experience was completely fair at another dealership. Now I know why it’s better to do business with foreign brands like Mercedes Lexus BMW etc because they are accustomed to dealing with high dollar vehicles and people who are very informed.

Jason was great, shopping at Tom Kelley Cadillac was a very pleasant experience. Jason was very patient when answering my questions. I would recommend him to all my family members and friends. They had a large selection of cars to chose from, everyone in the process was personable.
