Quincy ( the boss) is extremely rude, I was looking for a third row suv, sent in all my info and did the app online, even had a inquiry on my credit from them checking it, explained to them that I wanted to at least get approved before I came in with my five kids, plus covid-19, Quincy lied twice saying he was going to call me and never did, my last conversation with him he seemed so angry because I was calling and all I was simply doing was trying to get my family in a reliable suv, well thanks for nothing, I dont recommend this place at all

I go pass this car lot every day on my way to work, and YESTERDAY my brother and I went and drove around to see the kind of cars they had because I’ve been thinking about getting a new car and I honestly thought they were closed. Fort Wayne has a lot of dealers and i was traveling from Bristol (90min away) to poke around and look at some of the hybrids in the area. i ended up at the auto brokers and they have amazing cars in excellent used condition. Getting a car with them is no problem at all ! but customerservice and quality of the car was not the best expirience !when had to make an oilchange, the mechanic was surprised, that the car was still running ! they didnt checked the car, before they sold it !the tires are in bad shape( not according to them), we had to replace ! they give us wrong bankinformation, so we got stuck with extra fees ! the broken taillight, we waited forever to get it and had to pay a mechanic to put it in ! they didnt wanna do it ! i bought arround 20 cars in the last 10 years and this was one of the worst expiriences ! customer service wise ! after we spend some extra money on the car, is an ok car and at least safe to drive now !!!

Quincy Olry is the Man!!! He has helped me and every one of my friends and co-workers I have sent his way!! Some of them have had some issues with credit and have been told “No” pretty much by everyone is what they have told me, I told them to get ahold of Quincy or go up and see him at the dealership and what do ya know every person I have sent up to him have left in a different car than they drove there in!!! Some lowered their payments, some traded even, some kept their payments the same, and the best of them are my 2 friends who got out of their pieces of junk vehicles and into something that wasn’t breaking their bank and allowing the local part stores to take all their pay checks every week in parts for this and that!!!Truly if you want or need help in the automotive end of your life, get ahold of Quincy he is honest and straight forward! No hidden Magic tricks or anything like that!!! The only magic he does is getting those approved for auto loans who do not think they can get a loan on a bag of skittles!!!
