Brad did a great job of inspecting the vehicle for us and making sure it was in great condition when he delivered it to our home. I have dealt with them on two separate vehicles and each experience has gone smoothly and professionally. For ten years we have had a great relationship with Superior Van & Mobility in Fort Wayne. We have purchased two vehicles in that time frame and experienced customer service and professionalism that is second to none. Traci and the rest of the staff are truly dedicated to your specific needs. They take the time to give you a caring and personal experience.

Im giving them a 2 star due to the fact that they seem to like giving people the run around on installing a simple chariot on the back of vehicle that already has a Reece hitch. Had to go there twice in order to get it installed. The 1st time it was there it took them over 4hrs to contact us about a problem with the installation. Then we get the needed adapter had to make another app for the installation which then took over 6hrs to install it, which I then looked online to see that it should have taken at most a hour. It seems that they wanted the $4,000 for the chariot, but didnt really want to do the work that came with it.

They fixed my van and the tech, Jake, is skilled. However, they dont understand the critical difference between what they sell and what every other new vehicle dealership in the country sells. This place doesnt sell Vans. They sell freedom and hope and opportunity for people with disabilities. The way they treat the customer from the moment we enter their doors should be different in every way. Unfortunately, I felt like just another customer in just another dealership. I wanted my experience with Superior Van & Mobility to be more empathetic and understanding of my disease condition and the disabilities it causes. Just once I wanted to hear from them, Dont worry, we will take care of everything. It took a call to Braun Corporation in Winamac to get them to be a bit more that way. Please, Superior Van & Mobility, gain a deeper understanding of what you sell and the needs of those who come into your building. Your customers needs arent just physical in nature.
