High quality cars and amazing staff. Everyone was so polite, patient, and had out-going wonderful personalities. They are willing to work with any situation you throw their way and really do their best to provide you with whatever information you need to understand the process and terms of buying or trading a car. They had refreshments, and the building itself was even very aesthetic. The staff was even up front about situations that may not have been ideal in their case, but showed they were looking out for the customer getting back as much money as possible (as opposed to a low trade-in pay out).

Went to Glenbrook to sell my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan which Glenbrook said they wanted.But then Glenbrook took my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado and sold it without my permission or consent. And then offered to me a 2017 Grand Caravan GT fully equipped but with 41,000 miles on it and it was only then 15 months old.Well 6 months later the paint on the hood was pealing off and I had to have it repainted so I took it to Warsaw Dodge in Warsaw Indiana and they did a great job.I will NEVER GO TO GLENBROOK DODGE for any reason ever again.

I took my car in for an oil change on November 2nd, as I’m driving to class right after, I hear some dragging, I go out to see what it was and my underbody panel came right off the bumper and took my inner fender with it.I go to the dealer and they treat me nicely but tell me to come back the next day.When I return, the manager calls me to the back and tells me it wasn’t them and that I must have hit a curb.Mind you I hit no curb and the only damage visible is to the vehicle was the underbody and inner fender and then he proceeds to say “we graciously zip-tide it back together for you for free”Previous to this incident, I never had any issues with my under body, never hit any curbs, or even had anyone mess with my car.They refused and denied to fix there mistake to damage that they obviously caused.I strongly urge you to take your vehicle else where for service, as I am now going to have to pay out of pocket for a mistake they made.I am personally advising everyone I know to avoid this dealer at all costs.

UPDATED:Everytime I come here for an oil change my truck leaves leaking oil from oil not being cleaned up and leaks all over my driveway. Ive told them about this issue multiple times but yet it never seems to get fixed. The service writer on the other hand was very helpful and respectful. If I could give him a separate rating he would get 5/5 my rating is for the lube tech that doesnt seem to know how to do his job correctly.they corrected the issue fast and appropriately. Very satisfied with the outcome.
As usual the service department did my synthetic oil change. They noticed a leak from my Chargers water pump - it had to be replaced.Rebecca worked with me to defray some of the expenses. My almost 80,000 mile 2017 Dodge Charger is back running like new. This is the first time anything has gone wrong with the car.I used to be a foreign car enthusiast but, I prefer to buy American products as long as I dont sacrifice quality. I am very pleased with my purchase and would buy another Charger. I reccomend Glenbrook Dodge to everyone.

Called to schedule an oil change and was told it was first come first service through Express lane. Got there at 5:30 Tuesday and was told with my truck they want to be extra careful so I was to come back the following day at 5:30 to get it taken care of no problem by a manager. I showed up today at 5:30 and was told unfortunately it still isn’t going to work out. Kind of disappointed but I’ll just need to figure out if there’s another dealer or service center who would want to service my Ram TRX.UPDATE: The GM reached out and went out of his way to resolve the issues. Would highly recommend working with this dealership.

Bought a 3500 Silverado 1-ton truck. Paid an additional $2750 for an aftermarket warranty. Drove truck 700 miles and ended up with complete transmission failure. Come to find out, the warranty has limits (which were not pointed out a the time. $5300 later, only part of which was covered by warranty, I might be able to drive a truck again.This place sold me a defective vehicle. I cant prove it, but also think they had to have known too, doing just enough to keep the transmission together for short test drives. I dont think it was any coincidence that the failure happened on my first long drive of over 200 miles in one sitting. And, the warranty made it so difficult to get work done elsewhere, that my only option was dealer service, which we all know is twice the cost of what it should be.I will never buy from this dealer again. I will not recommend them to anyone else, and you should be very wary of doing business with them. They are all about getting a sale and pushing their products, not about quality service.Also, this is second Chevy truck product purchase that has had major issues. Prior, I purchased a Chevy 1500 Silverado that dropped a cylinder, leading to a complete engine swap at 125k miles. Having trouble recommending Chevrolet either, at this point.

Took one of our fleet trucks in for some recall work and decided, since it was due; wed have the oil changed and a leak coming from the upper middle brake light assembly addressed. Got the truck back and the invoice reads that the brake light assembly was replaced....it wasnt, there is just a cover over it now....oh and it still leaks. Not sure if the oil change was done since nobody changed the window sticker or reset the factory dash alert system. Disappointed and discouraged only scratch the surface. I hope the factory call back work was done with more attention to detail.
Was told by salesman that he couldnt put us in a new car for 40k. So we went down the street and bought a new Suburu Forester Sport. I give them 1 star for making our decision easy.
They did the job. I came in to have some service done to my dart. Shuttle was nice. They seemed busy when I went in to the service area but they still acknowledged me when I walked in and said they would be right with me, so that was cool, and glad I wasn’t ignored until they were ready. Think maybe I dropped my prescription sunglasses in the shuttle, I’m not sure, but if you see them, they have a small pink butterfly on the side... their mine 😬.
We went back in 2019 and got a 2017 Pacifica. We told them what options we wanted and they set us up with exactly what we wanted. The van has ran great we’ve went on 3 road trips since then and never had an issue.

My husband and I recently relocated from California to Fort Wayne. I was pleasantly surprised when I phoned to my my service appointment that the individual who answered was very informative on what I could expect when I arrived. On the day of my appointment (Beth) the individual who checked my car in was very helpful in recommending what services I would need and even reviewed my past service paperwork I had stored in my car to ensure I was not duplicating anything I already had done. Beth was also helpful in assisting me with a courtsey shuttle and even chatted a bit about Fort Wayne and places my husband and I should experience being we were new in town. When I came back later in the day to pick up my vehicle Beth was once again assisted me with collecting my vehicle and payment. Before I left she smiled and said Welcome to Fort Wayne. All in all it was a very nice experience.

A few months back worked a deal for a trade in on a Trackhawk at invoice. I waited and finally decided to pull trigger, so I called my salesman and verified I could still get one at invoice. He told me yes, so I drove in and spent over an hour while they evaluated my trade and went through the order process. Sales guy comes back with the trade value and the price. Well they were at MSRP. I said no, we talked about invoice so back to the sales manager he goes. Then 10 minutes later, sorry Ryan will not do invoice and some lame excuse. TOTAL Waste of my time. This would have been the 3rd high dollar car I purchased from them. Shame on you for lying to me. Honesty should mean something. Very disappointed.
I have purchased my jeep here and have brought it for service here for 6 years.. they have done us well. Fast lane oil change is really a nice option, thankful its available. With work schedules like ours its my best option. They do a few other things for fast lane too. Efficient and fair prices.

The SOS doesn’t even have the truck registered to me yet. Come to find out, they lost the title to my trade in vehicle and want me to go pay to get a duplicate before they will send me my registration.Is that even legal?How did they sell my trade in vehicle without the title?

I got a flat tire with a van full of kids behind the Starbucks near this dealership. I decided to give them a shot and see if they’d be able to help me. From the moment of walking in to being ready to go with a brand new tire it was about 2.5 hours. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Briana! If you haven’t been there before, their layout can be a little confusing, but their establishment is very inviting and roomy with complimentary fountain drinks and coffee. Considering the frustration and the fact that I didn’t have any kind of appointment I don’t think things could have gone better. If I lived in Fort Wayne I would definitely give them my business.

We recently bought a Challenger from Glenbrook Dodge and could not be happier. Dakota was, hands down, the best salesman we could have asked for. He is a one of a kind, truly cares. He said multiple times that he just wanted to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted, in the price range we needed. I would highly recommend walking in and asking directly for Dakota! I ordered a brand new 2016 Dodge Challenger R/T in July and it was built and arrived in September. Paid full in cash, the deal and incentives I was able to get are great! Salesman was Sean Shafer and dealing with Tim regarding payment and warranty was cool as f#$k. These guys were super great with me and I love being a customer at this dealership. Really wouldve liked to get that really really good looking sales girls number, but hey, maybe next time. The staff were always super nice and accommodating with my order all the way to delivery. Sean even came out with me to take a picture with me of him handing me the keys and owners manual to my BRAND NEW CAR (in Bob Barkers voice)! Thanks again, I WILL return!

At 46 years old I have had the opportunity to buy many cars and deal with all kinds of different versions of sales people. I got to Glenbrook Dodge early figuring I would be able to get in and out without being approached. Joshua ‘s on his way into work still have drinks in his hand and stop to see if he could help me out. I wasn’t dressed in nice clothes, I wasn’t driving a really nice truck, there was very little to say he’s a buyer. That being said Josh stopped anyway. The effort attention to detail and obvious enjoyment in his job will guarantee I return. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure we got a deal done and to make sure that I was happy when I left. Worse experience ever....and Ive been a customer there for 3.5 years now. Went in for express oul change and tire evaluation and was told 2.5 hour wait which I agreed to stay and wait on... at 4.5 hours I walked back up to Service to stand and wait 10 more mins before I finally learned my vehicle was done....it had been done quite awhile as the car wash was completely dry on my vehicle. Not happy!
I would have only 1 star. So I bought a 2011 Ram 2500 from here 2018. Disclosures revealed only during questions/negotiations and doing our own vehicle history report... They had me sign a paper stating that I would fill the radiator with fluid, which I immediately did (receipts to prove it) I had to put 3500 in it as soon as I got home. Had a leak underside of actuator. Drove it with a “minor” cooling/heating supply issue” after. It overheated (first time). Took it to a dealer in Indianapolis. Now it turns out that the head was cracked the entire time. Now it’s going to cost 6,000$ to repair a used truck that was totaled in North Carolina that they sold me for 22,000$ (asking price $25,000) I do not believe dealers are allowed to sell vehicles in this condition??

I bought a used car 5/14/21, they gave a a 45 day temp. plate. Cost 199.00 for them to do all the paperwork, title etc, plate expired 3 days ago,was told by the BMV the title is still in previous owners name, and they wont give me a new plate.UPDATE¡!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!EVREY THING IS SOLVED AND HANDLED, EXCELLENT JOB. KEAGEN MADE IT HAPPEN. HE SOLD ME THE CAR AND HE HANDLED IT. GREAT JOB. IF LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE, CALL KEAGAN !!!!!!

I get all of my oil changes done there they are honest and friendly and reasonable priced not only do they change your oil they wash your vehicle and it,s neat and clean when you get it back. And if there,s discounts they tell you . I like that

Sales: Sean was good to work with. He contacted me immediately after Id inquired about the vehicle last week, while I was in Germany. I was able to put down a deposit over the phone to hold the car until I could return. His approach was straightforward, personable, and not high-pressure. While the vehicle was a used VW, which they dont usually sell, he still had sufficient knowledge of the basic vehicle features. However he didnt know about the condition of the vehicle (missing key fob, missing manuals, dirty interior, groaning noise in sunroof). He also was able to get me more for my trade-in than originally offered, though I still feel it wasnt enough, but it was in line with KBB estimates. He also did not allow any negotiation on the vehicle purchase price (which is somewhat understandable, except for its condition).Business Manager: Lamont was very efficient and knowledgeable. He also quickly corrected an error on the bill of sale that had the old advertised price. (Thought it must be said that I caught the error; in my opinion it should have been caught by them, or should never had been made in the first place.)Vehicle Prep: This is where Glenbrook kinda fell down. The vehicle exterior was beautiful, almost like new. The interior, on the other hand, while they had attempted to clean it, was still filthy all over. There was a puddle of water in the center console, debris in the seat crevices, etc. While they made an attempt to clean it again before I left, I still find many areas of dirt and debris, including caked mud and a large white spot on the black carpet. (I later figured out this is where shampoo had been spilled and subsequently left to dry in place. When I attempted to clean it with a wet towel, it foamed up and required several applications to remove.) I will likely have to have the car professionally detailed.I understand that this is a used car, and not a brand-new car. But I made a concerted effort to clean my car out before driving three hours to Fort Wayne, vacuuming all areas and wiping down all surfaces, including the door sills. I expect at least the same from dealer prep for the car Im buying, in fact more if there are dedicated individuals for this purpose. It should look like it has been professionally detailed, because you are supposed to be professionals.I understand that this is a Chrysler dealer and not a VW dealer. But you are a car dealer nonetheless, and a car sale is a car sale no matter the brand or condition, and selling used cars requires that extra bit of effort to make them saleable and appealing.I understand that this is Fort Wayne IN and not Metro Detroit (where there is more competition and a larger pool of labor). But Fort Wayne isnt exactly a small town and Glenbrook is not a small dealership. You should have had the resources available either in-house or outsourced to properly prepare the vehicle for sale.I also understand it was the afternoon before a holiday, but the car has been available for well over a week, therefore there was sufficient time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle for its faults, and to either detail it in-house or send it out prior to sale.

My Fiat Pop 500 engine light came on. I drove it to dealership and they diagnosed my engine thermostat malfunctioned. They ordered part, had to keep it overnight for safety. The shuttle service has a nice older gentleman named Bill, he drove me home, and the next day, picked me up to take me back to dealership to get my Fiat.The experience was professional and timely.I am happy. What an amazing experience my husband and I had! My husbands heater had finally gone out in his 13+ year-old-vehicle and we found ourselves somewhat suddenly in the market for a new vehicle. On a whim we decided to explore Glenbrook Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep, having had a very unsatisfactory experience (to put it VERY mildly) at a different dealership out of town. We were taken care of by Ken Starnes and he couldnt have been easier to work with and made the process of buying a new vehicle fun (which it should be).
