If I could rate this dealership a 10 out of 5, I would. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left with my new car I was made to feel 100% comfortable. Megan definitely put me at ease with her knowledge, kindness, efficiency and empathy. She was so in tune to what I liked in a vehicle and delivered exactly what I wanted.Jonathon was an amazing help, and was very upfront and honest whilst being very kind. I truly felt like he wanted to get to know me as an individual and didnt just look at my coming into the dealership as a transaction, but a true way for us to get to know one another so he could help get me into the best car possible.I had had such terrible luck with other dealerships around town, but the staff at Fort Wayne Nissan definitely made me feel better about buying a car. If you wanted a sign to come here to purchase a vehicle let this be it. To the entire team at Fort Wayne Nissan, thank you for making my experience so awesome!
I have purchased two cars from Fort Wayne Nissan and then my daughter purchased a car from them recently as well. We have been impressed with the level of care we received while buying new cars but the service didnt stop after the cars were bought. The service department is top notch! I have been treated well by everyone at this location.
Simply got an oil change, filter, etc and Nissan got the job finished faster then estimated. Very pleased and will be doing all of my Nissan business with Ft Wayne Nissan in the future. Doug H
It was fine. A little higher price than expected, but the customer service was really good.
My wife and I were treated like family throughout the entire car buying process. We can’t give enough thanks to Shanna for her professional customer service. I would also like to thank Connor for making sure all our questions and concerns were taken care of. The entire sales team are very helpful and friendly. We will be life long customers and recommend all our friends and family! Thanks again Nissan Fort Wayne!
Very pleased. John was great to work with. Wonderful experience. Very friendly staff.
I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! This was by far the best experience we have had at any dealership. They listened to what we wanted and got straight to it. Joe and his colleague were very personable, professional, and as an added bonus, Joe sang a few songs! Thank you guys for making what I thought would be a dreadful time, into an exciting and easy process of purchasing a vehicle. We traded our 2016 Altima for a 2021 Kicks SR and we LOVE it! I recommend that anyone on the search for a nice affordable vehicle, check out Fort Wayne Nissan and ask for Joe!
50,000 mile maintenance. Took about 2.5 hours but work space provided while I wait was very comfortable and made it easy to work on my lap top. Coffee and water available. Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful.
You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesperson, ... Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was our experience with John and Cody this past Saturday ! Ask for John or Cody, THEY are The Best! They are amazing and make the process really smooth! We had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. John was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find us a vehicle that suited our needs. If we buy another vehicle in future, Fort Wayne Nissan will be our destination, no doubt.
Needed service after almost a year. Professionals were kind and service was excellent. When a problem was discovered, they brought it to my attention and asked if I wanted to fix it on top of regular service. I said yes and afterwards, I got a detailed report from them on what they did and what to look out for next time.
Had a unhappy experience talking with the finance manager who’s name is Jonathan. Otherwise the dealership is well operated. The sales team is very welcoming. Just a friendly reminder there are many fees involving buying a new car, be extra cautious when signing documents and know your rights as a customer. I’m happy their supervisor Cody have a really good attitude with customers.
Husband took car in for oil change and recall item to be replaced. Service was completed in a very timely fashion and husband was told oil change was taken care of and it was at no charge ! Thank You !
I liked the way everyone was friendly, attentive, and kind hearted.
I reached out to them to purchase a Leaf and was initially quoted X dollars. I said Id think about it. A few days later, I ask them to confirm the quote and was give a new quote of X less ~2000 dollars. Thinking they were eager to get rid of the vehicle, I committed right away and got them to send me the sell sheet.Well what do you know. They call me (this is after Id already paid for insurance and readied the finances) that they made a mistake. The price is now the original quote of X dollars. So... this is awkward.I make my frustration known. A new sales person calls me.Hes apologetic and says that theyll knock off a few hundred off the original quote as a way to make amends. Hell also make an exception and hold the car for me. Im okay with this. We make a verbal agreement over the phone and hang up. He sends a new sales sheet.Im happy that we came to an understanding. The new price we agreed upon is shown on the sheet. But it doesnt hurt to check everything, right? So I do and...it turns out that to reach the lower price, he took off a security addon, which was part of the original quote. So the discount wasnt really a discount - they just took off the add-on and made it appear they were playing nice. During the call, he represented that the original quote (INCLUDING the add-on) would be knocked down a few hundred dollars. Super misleading and I wouldnt have caught that if I hadnt checked again.I asked them about this and got no response. 2 days later the car has been sold to someone else.Ive dealt with some sketchy dealerships and these guys were really bottom of the barrel. If you deal with these guys, make sure to double check anything they tell you, and read anything you sign. Honestly I probably dodged a bullet not buying from them. Debated writing this review but hopefully it can help someone else out.
The people at Nissan were very friendly and cooperative. This was my first time purchasing a car at a car dealership and found it very easy to work with Nissan. My only complaint would be that I felt like I had to ask for details about the vehicle or else nothing would have been said. I almost didnt purchase the car because I didnt know the car had certain features. I never would have known if the car did or did not have those features and only found out through conversation I stated or questions I asked. I cant complain though I have the car and Im very happy with it now!!!
The sales team was fantastic, I found the vehicle online and they delivered same day. 10 out of 10 the best sales experience I have had with a dealership. I would highly recommend.
I rarely write a review for a product or service that I didnt actually wind up buying. However, the car search can be such a struggle and I had an outstanding experience in working with Peyton Housholder as my salesman. He immediately called me back after I reached out to him regarding a vehicle on their lot. After deciding that wasnt the car for me (I decided I wanted a four door jeep instead of a two), he exhausted his resources trying to find exactly what I wanted (Im picky). He got back with me immediately when I emailed, followed up quickly, and was extremely professional when I went another route. He is a real class act! I absolutely would have bought form him if they could get the car I wanted. Next time Im in the market I will absolutely reach out to him. If you are looking for a car you cant go wrong with Peyton and Fort Wayne Nissan. Job well done.
As always the service was as expected, excellent! The staff have always been welcoming, polite, friendly and respectful. The Rohrman Automotive Group has never disappointed me.They do their best to quickly help you resolve any issues you might have with your vehicle and get you on your way. I have recommended them to people looking to buy and or needing service, because theyre so focused on customer service excellence. There is no hesitation on my part when I need service or a repair. Thats because its not only their main focus but a priority to provide the best experience for customers.
Do not recommend. I was a young female trying to buy a nice car and no one helped me, they said they would call me back they next day set up a time and everything to give me the info i was ready to come in pay in cash and make a deal. they never called texted or anything ever again. Bad service and everything was crazy and out of order, i have to try to talk to 3 different guys before have of my questions were answered while i was there.
Purchased a 2021 kicks with the help of Zach . He was very helpful, friendly, and patient. I couldn’t have had a better experience. From looking to test driving to purchase, everything was great!! Definitely telling all my friends about the Lima rd. Nissan.
Courteous, efficient representatives. Work completed when promised. All questions were answered.
The service was good, friendly, no pressure and no hassle when i bought put my lease. I go here for all my oil changes and always have a positive experience
I have high expectations and Fort Wayne Nissan service department met those expectations. They serviced my vehicle and rotated the tires in a reasonable amount of time. I had previously purchased a service plan with them so there was no cost for this trip. I highly recommend Fort Wayne Nissan service department. By the way, I purchased my 2020 Rogue there last year and feel I got a good deal. They are always there to answer any questions I have.
All the people I came in contact with (Gage, Tim, and Kevin?) were the friendliest. Gage was an amazing sales person and I truly felt he had my best interest at heart. He also made the process fun.
As always, The folks at Ft. Wayne Nissan treated me like a King. Herb the service manager explained everything in detail what was done on my Titan service and also recommended upcoming services should be done. Jeremy the Technician always does a complete and professional job on my truck. Thank you both for taking care of me and my truck!
You all are amazing and treat me and my family with respect
Very pleasant experience we had at the Fort Wayne Nissan dealership. Everyone was so nice and Zach Williams was extremely informative. We love our Nissan Rogue Sport.
Everyone was friendly and the service was great. I love my new car and I am telling all my friends about Fort Wayne Nissan
I’m not Ken Dominique. Please fix your email distribution list for Ken Dominique. Thanks
Outstanding over the top customer service. Cody the sales manager is the best in the business. He WILL take care of you, no matter what it takes. 10/10 would recommend and would buy here again.
Bought my truck two years ago and no problems. They were very easy to work with when buying. The reason for the three star is because the salesman bugged me to put up a good review and even bribed me with a texas roadhouse gift card if I did. It might seem a little petty but I never got the gift card and attempts to reach them about it never went anywhere.
John Hefty was great to work with! Very kind, professional, and knowledgable.
Excellent service and great people to work with.
On time, friendly, great customer service!
Keaton was our rep at Nissan and he was just amazing! Super understanding and knowledgeable about cars. He was able to explain car things to me well. This Nissan dealership has exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for a great experience!
I hate shopping for cars. John made the process easy and expedient, answered questions promptly and completely, and generally allowed me to complete a task that I dreaded with little hassle. Will definitely pass his name on to others.
We have been loyal customers for 15 years. The entire staff makes us feel like family.
We sold a vehicle to this dealership and were told we’d have a check within 5 to 10 days. They proceeded to lose our paperwork 3 times and it took over 30 days to receive our payment. Very poor customer service and poor business practices.
Went in to get my brake lights replaced. They did a full car inspection and I need a tire rotation. They said they would be able to get it done the same day. It was great to know they checked everything and did everything the same day.
We took our used Juke in for a recall. They did a great job and gave us feedback on the overall condition of the car, which we had just purchased. They were efficient.
Absolutely awful business practices. They will tell you one thing and then the very next day increase the price of said deal by a ridiculous amount with little to no reasoning.
Great experience at the dealership, cannot fault at all.Previous car was involved in a hit-and-run while parked outside house, but the guys Zach and Cody (1,000 thank yous) got us a great deal on a great car within a few hrs...Highly recommended if in need of a new car....Everyone was so accommodating, listened to our needs and sympathetic to our circumstance of disbelief of previous car being totalled.Again THANK YOU!!!
I had the luxury of having Vince Lombrana as a salesman and he did everything in his power to make a great deal and to sell me a great car. I’m glad I chose Fort Wayne Nissan because their customer service is well beyond on par and they treat their customers right. I would highly recommend buying a car from Fort Wayne Nissan!
Best experience I ever had Zack was completely honest about everything. He also was able to get me in a car with a sunroof just like I wanted.
Good job guys . The team went out of there way to get the car repaired correctly and in a timely manner. They kept me informed of unforeseen issues. The guys here are very nice and work hard to please the customers.
Herb takes good care of my car. Keeping me well informed of current and future needs. Thank you.
If you hate the car buying experience then your doing it with the wrong people. Everything was made clear and easy at Fort Wayne Nissan. Treated like family the whole time and left with great deal and awesome car. Huge shout out to Tim and Michael for answering all questions and working hard for us.
The staff at Fort Wayne Nissan made the car shopping process very easy. When the vehicle we went to look at didnt have all the features I wanted, Channing searched their inventory to find us exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and did a great job of explaining all the features of the cars.
My issue is with the service department. First I took my 2010 Armada in to have oil changed and coolant flushed. The service manager came out to get me saying they could not flush my coolant because the radiator needed replaced, $750. He took me back and showed me the leak which was nothing more than a line that looked like at one time something ran down the plastic and dried. I told them not to replace it, took it to two other mechanics who looked and said it was not leaking and it looking like something had been spilled on it and dried. I drove it two more year and did not once have to put more antifreeze in it, because it was not leaking.Fast forward to August of this year. Went to Fort Wayne Nisan, traded in my Armada and purchased a NV3500 passenger van. No problem with the sales staff but service department was a serious problem. We purchased the rain guards and hood protector. was told the hood protector would be put on and i could pick up the van at 10am, but the rain guards had not yet arrived I sat there for over 4 hours because the service department was having trouble installing it because it was a new design and they had to separate the inner and outer panels of the hood to install it When i finally left and drove home, 31 miles away, the hood protector had come loose at each side. The service department called and told me the rain guards would be in on Monday so I set up an appointment to bring it in that Tuesday. When I showed up on that Tuesday I was told they had not came in, so I drove back home, wasting another 62 miles worth of gas. They called when they were in and I drove back, they told me it would take a half hour or so, but then came back in and told me it would be a several hour install job, I could not wait several hours so I had to drive home, wasting another 62 miles worth of gas. I sat up an appointment for my wife to drop the van off later that week, with the assurance they would have a loaner car for her, I even called to be sure they had a car the previous evening, they said they did. When she arrived hey told her they had no loaner car for her an could give her a ride to a meeting but had to drop others of first. My wifes meeting was starting shortly so she had to let them know she was not happy about it and they ended up dropping her of first. She picked the van up after rain guards were installed and drove home. by the time she got the van home about 3 inches of the passenger side rain guard has pulled away and an inch of the driver side had pulled away. I drove back up the following week, the passenger side was separated so much that it was flapping in the wind, so i stopped on the side of the road and pulled it the rest o the way off to keep it from damaging my paint. I pulled in to the service bay and they told me they would have to order a different style of both rain guard and hood protector. I was again told that they would be in on a Monday but when I arrived they were not in. I left with them agreeing to send someone to pick up my van and returning it with the new protector and guards on by Friday. Friday I had to call them and remind them to come get my van, they were supposed to call me Thursday and let me know what time, but never did. When i arrived home on Friday after work my finished van was in my driveway...... they literally just added another piece of double sided tape to each end to the hood protector and the driver side rain guard, and put the SAME rain guard back on the passenger side! they removed the support brackets that come with the rain guard and re taped the guard back on.I am posting pictures of what they call the new guards and protector. They did refund the cost of the guards and hood protector because you seem like a pretty handy guy and can probably do a better job than our service department didWhat about all the 300 miles of wasted gas, the hours of wasted time, the extra wear on the vehicle? where is my reimbursement for that.I would hope that the Bob Rohrman auto group would like to make this right with me.
Excellent customer service. Purchased 3 vehicles through Fort Wayne Nissan and had a great experience each time. Friendly knowledgable sales staff, helpful and not pushy finance managers. No tricks or gimmicks that youd expect with a new dealership. Doing your own research before and going in with a price in mind is common sense but feels like these days it needs mentioned.
I was professionally checked in and discussed the services I had made appointment for. Took courtesy shuttle home. Recieved call later with details of items concerning preventive maintenance. I authorized work. I also had my car detailed clean on the inside and out. I had been moving for 4 months and the inside of my car was horrible. I paid and looked at inside of my car it looks brand new. I will continue to use Fort Wayne Nissan. I was met with professional and knowledgeable staff the whole process. My service professional was Herbie
My wife and I just purchased a 2011 vehicle from Fort Wayne Nissan and we couldnt be happier the effort that was put us in a great vehicle at a good price. When we test drove for the first time, there were a few things wrong with it that we identified. They didnt hesitate to fix them. We agreed on a price and I then asked for new tires since the current ones were in rough shape. They not only replaced the tires for me with run-flats, but also came down a bit more in price! I really appreciate the willingness of Vince, Tim, and all at Fort Wayne Nissan to work with us on this used vehicle.
Friendly and courteous staff. But if you own a Titan Diesel, take it somewhere else. The diesel technician at this location is not qualified to service this truck.
I had the best experience purchasing my new Nissan at FTW Nissan. Each person I dealt with was professional and caring. They took into consideration my concerns and found the perfect vehicle for me. Cody, especially, was a huge help! Thank you so much!!
I had an appointment and they took care of me right away.
Service is great 👍
My wife and I are very pleased with the service provided by this dealership. When we inquired about the availability of a vehicle, Steve Donnelly quickly responded to our request and managed our appointment time and even worked with us when we were running late. On our arrival we met with Jesse Sampson. Jesse was accommodating, helpful, and was respectful of our time and situation. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle we were taken care of by several different members including Sean who finalized our paperwork. The answered all of our questions, took their time to ensure we understood everything! An amazing team, we drove over two hours to this dealership. We highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism, respect, and overall customer service. Thank you!
See above. Wasted my time or did I expect too much?
Had a coupon for first service of new car. It was for oil change, tire rotation, and several other things. They only did the oil change. Came in and talked with another customer who had a Audi and asked them if they wanted their car washed and swept right in front of me but never offered that to me. Guess a new Nissan will never compare to an Audi.
I was looking for a new car for my wife with good mpg and warranty and was done fast wow
Everything went smooth and they answered my questions about my remote start.
Amazing!!! The whole staff is super friendly and helped us get the perfect car for our daughter.
I dropped off my 2017 Nissan frontier at fort wayne nissan on my lunch break to ride the complimentary shuttle service 5 miles back to my work. Unfortunately the shuttle was running really late so after an hour waiting an employee had to give me a ride back. I lost some time at my job because I only receive a half hour lunch and I was counting on the shuttle to be on time.I had my truck in service to replace a noisy engine belt pulley to which a pulley was replaced however there is still a pulley that is still making a lot of noise and my fear is that it will freeze up and leave me stranded. Either the technician replaced the wrong pulley or not enough pulleys. Now I will be required to pay another $100 warranty deductible when this couldve been solve by inspection of all the pulleys while the belt was being replaced (belt replacement was at my request). So this is why Im only giving 2 stars.
Nissan stepped up and assist me with an issue which I’m truly grateful for. I’ve bought a 2002 Altima, 2007 Murano, and now 2014 Pathfinder. Thank you for helping me with getting my Cadillac converters replaced.
The good news is that the Nissan service center was able to at last find the problem and repair my car. The not so great news is that I was without my car for almost two weeks before they determined that my battery needed to be replaced. They did test the battery initially and evidently it showed that it was holding a charge. So perhaps their testing equipment failed them. The good news is that they worked and worked until they finally found the problem. They didn’t give up, even calling in someone who had advanced auto repair training. The bad news is that their communication with me about the progress was terrible. They would promise to call and didn’t. They gave me a number to text for questions but never responded. If I left a voice mail they didn’t call me back. I had to call them and hope I caught them at a good time to get an update. I am a pretty patient person but this is an area where they definitely need to improve. I will be purchasing a new car at the end of the year and am reconsidering whether I want to buy a Nissan. The cars are well built and I have loved my Maxima. When we lived in Warsaw I had truly excellent service from Sorg. Perhaps Sorg set a standard that is unrealistic for the Fort Wayne dealership to meet. To be fair I have had decent service from Fort Wayne Nissan in the past. Not sure what happened this time.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!TLDR; Terrible customer service, tried selling me a part I just replaced because It wasnt a Nissan part and paid $400 to not have my cars issue addressed and am being ignored when I asked for a refund of labor and diagnosis costs.I had a terrible experience with them from the beginning. I brought my 14 Nissan Sentra here after having my MAS replaced by a local mechanic due to my check engine light coming on for it. After the service my car started surging between 1500 and 2000 RPM. He tried replacing the throttle body and re-learning it to fix but it didnt work. He advised me to take it to a dealership and they could update the computer as he didnt have that capability. I made an appointment to WAIT for my car at 11:30 on Monday 02/22. When I arrived I was told it wouldnt be until 3-3:30 until they could LOOK at my car. I asked if they had any cars to loan because I had an appointment later in the afternoon in Fremont, and I live in Angola. I was told they had nothing and was shown the waiting area. I rented a car at Enterprise down the road. I received a call at 3:30p saying they looked at my car and recommended the MAS be replaced, the PCV replaced, and theyd update my ECM. I asked why theyd replace the MAS as I had it replaced a week ago and they said Because its an aftermarket part. If the part was faulty, sure, but I have a warranty on the part. I asked again, and the advisor repeated the same reason. I said no, theres no reason to replace it if it isnt broken as its only been a week since it was replaced. He said ok and gave me the total for the PCV and ECM maintenance and theyd let me know when it was done. I received a text at 5:30p that my car was done. I picked it up on 02/23 and after talking with Shane was told my enterprise bill would be comped, hed look into my issues and call me. As I was leaving Fort Wayne I realized my car was doing the same thing I had taken it here for, and no one told me it wasnt fixed.. My issue wasnt addressed, the customer service and advising has been less than poor, and they tried to scam me for money on a part that didnt need to be replaced. I paid almost $400 for absolutely nothing. As of 03/01 Shane hadnt responded to me. I called and left a message asking him to call me back and I received a text that said sorry, hed been busy and asked for my address to send the enterprise bill. I supplied that and told him about my car still having the same issue, and he said that his service manager is on vacation this week, he is out Monday- Wednesday, how about I bring my car up Thursday and theyll take me through everything and make sure I have a loaner car? I drive a lot, I need my car running well, and I need my car this weekend. After all of this being put off until next week is unacceptable. I told him this and said frankly I want a refund on my diagnosis and the labor costs since my initial issue wasnt even addressed and have not received a response back.
Once you purchase a vehicle from this place, the calls are non stop, the emails are non stop and then they want you to fill out surveys for service and work that has not been performed. It is a daily battle and now I am forced to block the calls and emails. Be warned, they will bombard you after the sale.
Very friendly staff and quick service.
Everyone was very kind and made sure I understood what they were doing to my car. They also gave me there honest opinion which I really appreciated.
Purchased a Used Altima on Labor Day, 2020. This dealership was great on taking care of all the touch-up details getting the car set for my pick-up.I neglected to notice that there were no floor mats in the vehicle, the following week. Tim Zickun took my request and supplied me with New floor mats, specifically designed for the Altima. And at No Charge. They are all around great people to work with. Thank You.
Very pleasant, didnt feel at all pressured by sales department
John and Cody were so helpful in getting a car to suit my needs. Very kind and understanding as I have just lost my husband and needed to get a different vehicle.
We had the pleasure of working with Tim the manager who optimized customer service by jumped through hoops to make this a positive experience for us. Service was exceptional!
This was the worst customer service ever.. From no status updates. Rude service from the service advisor Keaton and the manager Josh . I scheduled my appointment on a Monday for Thursday at 8 :30a.m. I had my vehicle towed in on Wednesday and called Keaton he said ok. Then I had to call them on Thursday to get a status update which took twice just to get ahold of them. For them to miss place my entire vehicle. They didnt find it till i had to call the tow truck driver they finally found it which pushed my appointment to later in the day. I ask why they didnt call me they said they dont call customers until they miss their appointment for 48hours. Wow so.my car was there and if i wouldnt have call him they wouldnt have even called me. When I went to pick up the vehicle the cashier had no idea of what to charge. She stated they never leave her any notes. That was a disaster that took a half hour to have an error light on in my car. Which wasnt cleaned after their service. I spoke with Josh the so called Manager who was rude and said he would have to try and work me in and that they were busy, it didnt matter i spent almost 5K for a new transmission. This again was the rudest service ever.
We have been wanting a Nissan NV for a few years now. Shane and Kevin went above and beyond for us! They made sure everything about our purchase was perfect!
I arrived without an appointment, on a Friday morning, asking for service. The service department was very friendly and helpful. Got my car in right away and diagnosed issue in less than an hour. Had all repairs done by the end of the day. Allowed us to pick up the vehicle on Monday when it was convenient for us because we do not live in town.
Have yet to receive documentation on service that was done. Car was seating outside near service door in back. Appears that service may have not been received
Please stay away from this dealer. Channing is not a good sales representative. Initially we had locked on a price but since there were other customers also looking for the same vehicle. Channing made me to wait saying his manager is off and some lame reasons. After few days when i again inquired, he told that the vehicle is already sold out. They play all kind of typical games the car dealers play. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
This is a great service center. They were professional and quick.
A repair that was made in June became a problem again in September.Fort Wayne Nissan Service got us right in and fixed the problem and it was covered by their warranty. They also completed a Recall that was due and had the car returned to us in 24 hours. The shuttle ride from work to pick up the vehicle was much appreciated!
Great people. Great service. My sales person, lSemir, was very patient, knowledgeable and presented a great car that I purchased. The Sales Manager Jim was very helpful and easy to work with. This team really took time to learn what I wanted and worked with me to get me the best deal.I highly Recommend the Fort Wayne Nissan Team!
Samir helped us and did an awesome job! They got my car ready on short notice. Coming from out of state it was greatly appreciated since I was limited on when I was able to travel. They met my needs and were very friendly.
Bryant and the whole team were really great to work with and I didn’t feel pressured or made to feel uneasy about the process. Left with a beautiful vehicle and love it so much! Will definitely be back and recommend others as well!
Purchasing our 2019 Rogue was a very good experience. There was no high pressure from Lauren into making a decision. I was freely shown many vehicles and found the one that induced me to buy... thank you, Lauren. It had just been delivered and was not yet unwrapped. I was pleased with the offer and would definitely purchase a vehicle again with Fort Wayne Nissan. We presently have a Nissan truck, a 2006 which we purchased new years ago, and they have always taken good care of us in the service department. The Frontier has been a great low maintenance truck and we love it! The 2019 Rogue is a peppy little SUV that is very stylish and sporty. I love the designer brown leather interior. It was very helpful that Lauren introduce me to all of the features of my new 2019 Rogue before I drove it off the lot. Maxine
The staff was friendly, courteous and timely.
I bought a brand new Nissan Maxima SR from them and I’m loving it. Every question about the car and information was answered. I was even offered to watch the videos of safety features in the car. My salesman was Coleman Shaun Hill and he is really great and very nice. It’s so easy to deal with him and the whole process was easy. I recommend everyone to this dealership.
Thanks to Keaton for his help my understanding what needed to be done now and in the future. Great sevice.
I would 100% recommend going to Fort Wayne Nissan and asking for Channing Williams!!! He made the process from start to finish very easy. I will definitely be sending my friends and family his way!! If your looking for an honest sales man hes your guy!!
Purchased a car from them in 2017 - car was totaled out in February due to an accident. Have been trying to get a refund on my extended warranty and gap insurance since then. The finance department has left it sit on their desk for almost 4 months. I’ve emailed them consistently and finally got an answer on July 1st that it was just being processed the following week. I emailed the finance guy and the general manager both at how unhappy I am and neither one has bothered to email me back. It’s not hard to be decent to your customers who could have returned but now definitely won’t.
Very helpful sales team. I got the car I wanted for the price I could afford!
I received a letter saying it was time for a 15 000 mile check up: oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change. I made the appt. I have to go back because they were out of cabin filters? Really? I made the appt. as recommended and a week in advance. 30 mile trip for me.
I stopped in at the service with my vehicle abd and even showed them what i needed fixed. Then they made me an appointment to bring my vehicle in. When i brought my vehicle in and dropped it off to have fixed about an hour after i dropped it off they called me and told me they dont have the parts. What i dont understand is why didnt they check to see if they had the parts before i brought my vehicle in
On April 23, 2020 I had a deal on the table for a used car. We just needed to finalize some things with the bank.Couldnt believe it when I got told they had sold the vehicle was wanting to purchase! If I could give zero stars, I would. And they wonder why we dont trust sales, this is why!
After my daughters car was totaled in a recent wreck, Tim Zickmund and Coleman Hill from Fort Wayne Nissan worked with us to find a replacement car. Coleman and Tim went above and beyond in helping us find a car that had the the options we wanted on the car. I would definitely go back to Fort Wayne Nissan for my future car needs. The whole staff was super friendly and did not pressure us anytime to purchase a car. They were more focused on helping us to find right car for us. They gave us a great price on the 2019 Rogue Sport my daughter finally decided to purchased.
I bought a vehicle from this place cash.. lights on dash engine light on still and I could not get any repairs done.. talked and went back and all cars I drove were all defective never again.. No stars for this place bad service and no customer service satisfaction at all.. bad place to buy used vehicles..
Channing was great to work with; did not pressure me at all and explained all the features of the car to me very well. He also let me test drive a Camry, which helped in making my decision.I felt everyone at Fort Wayne Nissan were very friendly and professional. A better car buying experience than I expected.
Brought a Nissan here and received alright service, but the service advisor didnt seem to care too much whenever I would talk with him. He often gave me incorrect documentation for wiring harnesses and I gave up asking for documentation instead getting a different dealership to email me the PDFs.When I traded my car in for something else they ran my credit even though they were told not to and stated they would not since I was pre-approved.Part of the deal was to get some problems with the paint corrected, some touch ups, but when I was told to come in their guy didnt show on time. The sales team is great though and the prices are fair. Even the service center has good prices and will typically do the job correctly in less than book time. The dealership also feels decaying as you can notice faded paint and scuff marks on the wals in some rooms. This is far behind other Rohrman dealerships.
Josh Richardson the service manager greeted me this morning when I arrived to get an oil change, and he informed me that there were four people already ahead of me and he would try to get me taken care of as quick as possible. It was barely 15 to 20 minutes and Josh was already coming to tell me that my car was done.I bought my car new from this dealership 5 years ago, and I only get my car serviced there. Every employee there has always been so nice and kind to me. But, I have to say who ever hired Josh made a good decision, because he is by far one of the nicest and most professional individuals that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with at any automotive service centers.Thank you for the great service Josh!
Let me start with Herb, the service consultant, was courteous and polite. No complaints there.I requested my 120,000 mile service plus a fuel system tune up. I mentioned I had intermittent braking coming from the rear drivers side. I thought it was due to corroded slides. While mechanically skilled, having been an aircraft mechanic and now a mechanical engineer, I am not a mechanic so I requested they investigate. I want to be trusted in my profession so I gave them my trust. They claimed it was not the slides but the rotors and that I needed new pads. I mentioned having just changed the pads this year, so if they are wearing out that fast, something else may need checked. But I restated my concern with the slides (I saw the corrosion with my own eyes but was recently in a motorcycle accident and am now unable to do the service myself). After having the car back in my possession, 24 hours later, the breaking issue is still there. Nissan claimed they took it on a test drive, they at least did run the engine because it was still warm when I picked up the car. So I spent $500 on parts that did not resolve my issue. For that, I am not satisfied. As for the completeness of the 120,000 mile work, I havent found any loose lug nuts or anything, so in that regard they accomplished the goal. I would not recommend this location.
Everyone was wonderful! Trish was our contact person. Bryant was our salesman. Kevin helped us through the finance. Tim oversaw it all. We had a great experience and we love our car! Thank you Fort Wayne Nissan!
