Very poor service consistently at the Maysville location. (jim) always has the worst attitude every time Im in there. Ill gladly take my business else where from now on and refer everyone else to do the same.

More expensive then Belmont and S&V. Service for sure not even close. In tonight and they had price of gumball head marked wrong... Pointed it out to woman working there and was told 19.99... then went to counter to pay and 24.99. Which was 5 more then I normally get at Belmont and S&V. Let her know and she said sorry. I let her know I would be going there even though cap n cork is closer.... Verbatim her response was win some you loose some.... Obviously she is right and she lost my business. But they dont care.

Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Always willing to help get something or give suggestions on items! My fav store for Bourbon!

Was just here to grab a quick drink and the man beside me checking out was furious about their pricing, he was being so rude to the lady checking me out! She handled his comments and remarks so professionally! 👍

This review is specific to the Maysville location. Every time I leave this store I am angry. The workers are rude and are never helpful, always ensuring that you feel as though you are bothering them with a question. This last visit I specifically asked if they had a specific beer in stock that the company advertised on the FB page and was told “no.” When I asked if she could search it I was given attitude saying, “not if it’s not on file, you’re just gonna have to call the rest of the stores in town to see if they have it.” Every other location I have been to have always been helpful and the employees have gone out of their way to assist me and other customers. I will not be shopping at this location ever again- if I choose to shop at a cap n’ cork instead of a competitor. It’s a shame, as this is the closest one to my home, but there are plenty of other places in town, and I’ll go out of my way for good customer service.

Staff is amazingly helpful, friendly (and because its important now) had masks on and kept to good distancing guidelines. Its my go-to boozy yum yum shop.

I do not believe it to be a very good thing that Google notices my recent frequent stops here and asks me to talk about it. Labels shall be placed. The effort applied by those needing to attach such a label will surely be matched by their labels adhesion. About as effective as a post-it note in my hurricane. I just hope it is neon colored, preferably green... 😕

Locally owned belongs to the famous lebamoff family Ive known three generations theyre all great people. lets quit buying from corporations people they dont pay their employees you can tell when you visit capn cork that the lebamoffs must treat their people great

The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had been talking to an employee and we had been talking for a while and he pulled her away and started yelling at her, then he told me to leave. I was walking out and he said Get out, she has a job to do all I said was Wow! He said Wow is right, bye! I have never seen such unprofessionalism.

I just walked into this store asked for a 1 liter bottle of crown Royal when asking for this bottle the cashier was very rude and told me one liters of crown do not exist shes never seen one so I proceed to get a 750 ml bottle of crown give her my money and she rudely shoved my money back to me for change I drink 1 liters of crown therefore I know they exist I feel like their staff is not trained correctly and not professional in the business workplace to customers

I stopped in to see if my favorite wine was on sale so I could buy 2 cases for the holidays. The sign said it was 8.97 a bottle but it rang up at 10.99. The lady working would not sell it to me at the price on the sign...maybe you should make sure someone takes the signs down after the sale is over? I will stick with S&V who gives me the sale price when I buy a case...even when it isnt on sale.
