I have brought multiple of my cars to Yeoman’s over the last couple years and they never fail to impress me. Their prices are reasonable and their service is extremely professional. My favorite part is that they send you a comprehensive report at the end of the appointment detailing, in order of priority and with pictures, everything that they found on the car while they had it in the shop. They take the time to really do a thorough inspection and I always take my car home knowing much better what to look for with service in the future.

The staff at Yeomans is always professional and polite. They listen to what the issues are with the vehicle and take care of it. The detailed document they send regarding the issue is a great resource to keep for any future issues. Honest and trustworthy.

Yeoman’s has always done excellent service for us. My alternator went out on the way to work one day and the Yeoman’s service center were able to get my car in right away. They had good communication with me and kept me updated on what all was going on. They we’re able to fix it the same day. They do great work there and are always professional. You will not get better care from other places in Fort Wayne. I would highly recommend them.

Got my vehicle in a timely manner. Very professional upfront. Did above and beyond to make sure my Impreza’s braking systems was at optimal performance. Suggested what needed attention and backed the suggestions up with photographs. They also followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was okay. A company with values. I was having trouble with starting my car. I had taken it to a shop and spent a lot of money. The car still had starting problem. So I took it to Yeoman because I had tires replaced from there. The problem was diagnosed and was fixed by them. This is a great place to take your car and I will continue to take my car there. Very friendly people who dont give the runaround to you.

Best shop ever. Never had a mechanic ever do this before. I had an issue paying $200 more to replace my brakes even after they had looked at it and gave me an estimate. There was really nothing I could do because they had it all torn apart. After the work was completed and thought I would never go back. They called to reimburse me because this should have not happened. I never had a mechanic or anyone ever do this before. That really impressed me. I think I have found a new mechanic that customers matter.

Took them two weeks to fix the problem I came in for, then the day I was told it should be done they tell me there is a problem with my car that I told them about before even taking it in there. Makes me think that whoever looked at my car is incompetent. I had a tire change on the car a week prior and they knew in one day of looking at it that the problem existed. A tire changing place noticed in a day but it takes a service center two weeks to notice it?

I called on a Friday to check into getting all 4 tires replaced on my Kia, expecting to schedule out 1 to 2 weeks from then. John said he could order the tires right away so they would be there Monday for an install. I so appreciate them getting me in so quickly so I can feel safe this winter. Cost was very reasonable, and all of the staff there are friendly and helpful. They are the best!

We live out of town, but needed a mechanic for our son who’s in college in FW. Yeoman came recommended from someone & we couldn’t have been more pleased with our first experience. They communicated in an upfront timely manner & all repairs were exactly as planned. No surprises. We’d love to not need their services again anytime soon but will gladly use Yeoman for things that arise inevitably with car maintenance.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am of Yeomans services. I went to turn on my car and it was making an extremely loud noise. I took my car in and I informed me that my catalytic converter was stolen off my car. Call me naive but I did not know why someone would steal that let alone how I was going to afford getting it replaced because in general its a costly repair. Doug gave me suggestions on how to go about dealing with my insurance and even called around to find a lower price for the converter. Doug was really helpful in my moments of being upset that I was victim of a crime. They completed the repair fairly quickly and even contacted me a day later to see how my car was running. I am so appreciative of the work they did and the follow up I received.

They are very friendly and did an excellent job on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I love the location and their professionalism. We took a road trip to Washington right after we had our alignment done and the Cherokee has never been better. Im sure we will use them again.

I used to use Yeomans for every issue I had with my car. Always amazing service from start to finish. We moved to the other side of Fort Wayne and I tried to use another garage out of convenience, and it was a huge mistake. Ill never take any of my families vehicles anywhere else. They go the extra mile whether its small or big problem. Donnie and his team make you feel like youre a top priority on any day, and make sure you make an informed decision with any repair, and never pressure you into anything unnecessary for your budge. Seriously never going anywhere else again.

I was recommended to this place to check out my son 2009 Ford Fusion. He ended up paying over $125 for battery cleaning service. I feel they charged a bit much for such a minor service. Grateful for the car service(which was paid for) but not the excessive cost. Forgot to mentioned when my son called for the total cost he was quoted $75. Didnt know 8% tax would add an additional $50.

Recently I was looking for a trustworthy, reliable and affordable mechanic. I wanted somewhere I could take my vehicle other than the dealer. Yeomans was recommended to me by several neighbors so I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did!I have been there twice now. They explained my options for repairing my vehicle and also gave me their recommendations (which I appreciated as Im not a mechanic and it also happened to be the most economical on my pocketbook). They were straightforward, honest and professional. They also offer a complimentary shuttle in the morning and late afternoon, which I found really helpful, and the driver is very friendly.Very good experiences with Yeomans. Good shop to work with. Would definitely recommend. However they are not always thorough. I recently brought in my vehicle after hitting a curb. Several hundreds of dollars worth of damage. I gladly paid it and felt all was well. On the way home, I noticed a noise that was not normal. Took it back to Yeomans. They diagnosed another issue that was definitely related to the same incident. I elected not to have that work done, so they charged me for diagnosing an issue they missed the first time.**** Within an hour of posting this, Donny Yeoman personally called me, apologized for the experience, and made it right. Definitely the guy I want to do business with. ****

I can count on this shop to get my vehicle in a timely manner, diagnose it and give me a quote. They work with me and repairs are complete. Im sure they guarantee the work done. I have not had a problem yet.

Took my Chevy Aveo in for an alignment. Was told I did not need one. But would need new Tierod end and Ball joint in the near future. They were very fair and very honest.

I met Donny a few years ago through a random work introduction. I decided to go ahead and take my vehicle to him. From that day on, I havent taken my car anywhere else. Donny and their ENTIRE TEAM are honest, kind, fair, knowledgeable, transparent, and informative. I cant emphasize it enough when I say that I will never take my car anywhere else again.

Due to the response, I felt the need to elaborate on my experience. The unwilling to communicate note is inaccurate, as I spoke with the owner via text since I did not have time to speak on the phone. I am just unwilling to have the company work on my car due to my experience. I brought the vehicle in because of an electrical issue surrounding the fuel pump, which was put in by my father, who is a mechanic and was tested as working and functioning properly. Due to his health issues and dealing with chemo, we did not want him dealing with an electrical issue with the car. Hence us bringing it in. We were quoted at $1312 for a fuel pump switchout, which makes no sense since it was brand new and wasnt even the issue that the car was brought in for and also led me to believe the car was not thoroughly inspected. I was told later that was a worst scenario quote, which I was not told was the worst case scenario over the phone when it was initially brought to my attention. I was told via text that an after market fuel pump might cause an issue which I know is inaccurate. I was told that the car could be towed at the owners expense back to the shop, which I appreciated, however, given my experience I advised that I am not going with their services further.

Yeoman Service Center did a great job providing great customer service and quality repairs on my exhaust system at a great price. Im new to the area and feel very lucky to have found a place thats clean, friendly, fair and trustworthy where I wont hesitate to do future business.

I called these guys today for an estimate to replace my thermostat with a new AC/ Delco part that I bought. They said I would have to bring it in for an estimate which would cost $38 and change which would be applied to the repair. What if you decide to go to someone else? They also said they wont install parts purchased by the customer. Apparently the customers who use this place have money to burn and no common sense whatsoever. I have 2 different outstanding menchanics I have used for YEARS who will not only give you an ironclad estimate over the phone, but WILL ALSO install good quality customer - purchasd parts. No way would I EVER use Yeoman. What a bunch of scallywags.

I went to Yeomans for an inner tie rod issue and an alignment. I just moved to Fort Wayne and was looking to see who had good reviews. Upon looking, Yeomans had the best by far. I was very impressed with the facility and the staff. Donny was very honest and upfront with me about my issue and when he told me the cost, I was floored. They was extremely reasonable compared to all other mechanics and shops. I took my car in and it was fixed in less time than originally quoted and for what was done, a very reasonable price. The staff, especially Donny, is very friendly and honest and I would recommend them to anyone looking for car repairs. When looking at mechanics, it is hard to find honesty, but you will here. In reading the reviews, they are right about what is said. One of the best shops I have ever used, and I will go back when another need arises.

Honest and trustworthy. I took my Ford Escape in for what I thought was a bad CV joint because it was clicking when I turned in one direction. It ended up being just a backing plate that got bent. They could have seriously raked me over the coals and I would be none the wiser. Yeoman will always get my return service and recommendation.

Yeomans had completed repairs on a a couple different cars for me over the last 5ish years, and I have been super impressed with them the whole time.Every time Ive gone in they have managed to address my need at a lower price than I have expected, and the work they have done for me has held up. They have also had to complete some creative repairs for me where a part was no longer available (car is almost 20 years old), and my jaw almost dropped when I heard how reasonable my bill was.There is also not the same sales push with them that there has been when I got work done elsewhere; I love not being badgered.Yeomans has my trust and continued business.

I had some very odd electrical issues with my vehicle in which I didnt have the proper equipment to diagnose. When I think electrical I immediately think $$$$ and Im always reluctant to let someone else work on my vehicles, but was more than impressed by my first trip to Yeomans. They cut out the BS, got straight to work and diagnosed and resolved the problem within 24hrs and at a very reasonable cost. This is actually the first review Ive left of any company, but thought it was well deserved in this case.

I was recently in and had my van worked out. I was very pleased and happy with my van after Yeomans had worked out it. Heard no noises and ran like a new van! I couldnt have asked for better service and quality of the work that was done on my van. The price was very affordable as well. Thank you Yeomans!!! Took my vehicle in for an oil change and I was have problems with my brakes. They called me each time when they found a problem the dealership I bought this from said they had done work to the brakes which was very untrue.( Jim Schmitz). They fix my brakes to Tip-Top shape very pleased with the price and their communication. I will definitely use Yeomans again.

Took my 1996 Buick regal in for Wiper Motor Check and Oil Change. They tested it and found it to be Multi Function switch in Steering Column. They did the job right and at a bit cheaper cost than others would have been. Very very happy with service and friendliness of staff!! If I ever need something done that i cannot do myself, I will for sure be giving them a call and I will also let others know that may need there excellent services.

Thanks for the excellent care and service you provided today to my daughter. She is a college student in Fort Wayne, 10 hours from home.The engine on her Honda was stumbling and sputtering which could have been caused by about a hundred different things. The tech ran a diagnostics, discovered the air filter was bad, replaced it and the car was good to go. Obviously some unscrupulous repair facilities would have tried to take advantage of the situation. As a dad, I appreciate knowing my girl has a trusted source for car repair.

A competitor quoted me $3,000 and pointed out everything that could possibly fail on my car in the next year. When I asked for the keys so I could leave, the shop owner said the good old This car is going to kill someone line in a vain attempt to scare me into getting the repairs done.Fast forward to Yeomans. $1,650 for almost the same amount of work. I received numerous calls updating me on the things they found. They pointed out the things that absolutely needed fixed and things that can wait. Dealing with Yeomans was EXACTLY like talking to my mechanic friend who helps me with minor repairs in his garage. I felt taken care of. In other words, YOU THE MAN YEOMAN!

Moved into Fort Wayne 3 years ago and needed work on my car recently and didnt know where to go. I read reviews of the local Big Three and didnt seem to impressed. I heard about Yeomans on WOWO and with some encouragement from my girlfriend I gave them a call. They did a lot of work on my PT Cruzer that I gave to my daughter who was about to graduate from college and did such a fine job on this I had them work on my F250. They could have taken me to the cleaners on the F250 but it was just a dirty air flow censor. To me that shows honesty in a garage. I now own another vehicle and will not hesitate to send this to Yeoman Service Center. Thank You!

I will not do so, because I have integrity, which is a character trait the Yeomans no longer have! Led by Carol Yeoman (supported by Dan and Donny Yeoman), the customer service just dealt a blow that will forever turn me and my familys (and their families) away from Yeomans. They will never get another penny from me- BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DESERVE A PENNY OF BUSINESS!!!If you are reading this, I caution you against taking your business to Yeomans- there are plenty of car repair shops that will treat you with honesty (and deserve your business)!

I love that they give you a 2 year warranty on there service....they are a little more expensive than some but they use the best parts available. I have been going there for 20 plus years and will be going there for a long time to come!

Went in for alignment, alignment was done with out checking my front suspension . when i got my vehicle back i noticed it still wasnt driving right went to Midas and they performed a front suspension check and said i needed wheel bearings and a rackinpioun and said the alignment shouldnt been done. Point is check behind their work.

Professional work, very satisfied with the work that was done.
