First time buying a new car. EXTRAORDINARY service all the way around from sales staff to financial services. Suburu product pretty much sells itself but the time and friendly attitudes from every employee there made this decision so much easier. We never once heard what couldnt be done. We were pre-approved but they found us a much better option saving thousands in interest. The only thing I would change about this whole process is that if I had to do it again I would make them my first stop. I cannot begin to over-emphasize how highly I recommend this team to anyone buying a new vehicle. Thank you again to Dylan Anderson and Jason Williams.

They will try to upsell you everything under the sun based off a visual inspection but the only thing they visually inspect is your odometer. Literally 1000s upon 1000s of dollars to replace items they never even looked at.They over-filled my tires by nearly 2x the recommended PSI. If they dont have to competence to correctly fill a tire with air, how can you trust them to competently work on any other aspect of the vehicle?Unhappy with my service and now have to bring my Subaru to a different mechanic to make sure Subaru of Fort Wayne didnt screw up the oil change.Subaru of Fort Wayne turned a simple oil change into stressful and costly experience.
The service department staff is very nice, but the charges for oil changes are ridiculous. It cost $108 for an oil change and tire rotation, which is just nuts.That is why I generally take my Subaru to Don Ayers where I take my Honda. Also very nice people, but about 1/3 of the price for the service.

My appointment was an hour ago. Still haven’t started on it. It has moved up a couple feet. The young lady told me they schedule appointments at the same time. That is terrible terrible customer service!!!!! 😕
