This dealership is pretty close by and I called to ask if I could get an oil change... I have a lincoln. I asked the operator before she transferred me to the service desk, if they service vehicles from other manufacturers and she said they did... then after transferring my call I was told to find a ford dealership... I have had my Lincoln serviced at a dodge, Chevy, and mazda dealership before... I really dont mind taking my business elsewhere. It was just a matter of convenience. Apparently changing the oil of a Lincoln is outside of their expertise.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with Mercedes of Fort Wayne! My sales associate, Milton was exceptional in every way!!! Very attentive, informative, patient, no high-pressure tactics, just a real pleasure to do business with!! I live less than 5 minutes from the Mercedes in Indy and drove an hour and a half to do business with Milton and his team (Nadeem in financing was amazing, as well!!) because of their level of service. The service dept is really good. We attempted to buy out our lease at fort want Mercedes Benz. We had a binding contract. The payoff/buy out was listed in the lease. We were told that because the truck was worth more than expected we had to increase the buy out by 6 thousand dollars. There fore we went to Indianapolis MB to buy it out. They had the number 6000 less than FWMB... They are not honest, and will take you for a ride, ripping you off. BEWARE of Fort Wayne MB.. Call Eric in Indy, hes straight and not a rip off. I am glad we found Eric, but will not buy another ride from FWMB, we will go to indy where they arent as thirsty. Nadeem and Quasim Javed will soak you if you fall for the BS ... its a binding contract that goes both ways. Shame on you Quasim and Nadeem.. Kick Glenbrook dodge out of FWMB. Its a total circus.. We did buy the lease out at the price bon the contract. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. PLEASE. DOnt explain that the car is worth more than expected and you have to charge the difference. YOU LIED to us and several others. Glad we arent bound to use you for a purchase, you dont have any autos other than used... Looks shady bc it is

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TAMPER WITH YOUR CAR, GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND, LIE ABOUT WHAT THEY FIX AND MORE. I went to get my car serviced on 07/26/2021. I stated my rear suspension was sinking. They said they would have to order the part and keep it an extra day when the part came in they said it would cost 1200 to fix my car. They claimed someone tampered with my car because the airmatic part was missing iEVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN THE ONLY PEOPLE TO WORK ON MY CAR, I LIVE ALONE AND ONLY PARK IN MY GARAGE. They called the next day and said the part was not working and they want to do more testing which would cost 3000.00. I declined and they said they will put the original airmatic part back on. I was quoted 139.00 for the diagnostic but they wanted to charge 400.00 . After further discussion they finally agreed on the original quote they gave me of 139.00.

We have a Diesel Sprinter van. Yes they work on them! Always get an appointment soon, we have never had to wait on anybody either, we arrive and they greet and take the van right away. Ivan is very nice and helpful. Pricing is good, cheaper than other Mercedes dealers we have been to. They have a full free snack and drink bar, and 8 comfy chairs to wait at. They also have a high table with two chairs. Clean restrooms.

Until I joined the Mercedes family, I had no idea what concierge service was all about. I’ve owned many brands, but will continue to stay with Mercedes for this reason, aside from a fabulous, SAFE SUV.From the moment you drive into the building, and drive out in your courtesy car, you are treated so kindly, respectfully, and feel like the red carpet was rolled out.They have the best snacks, coffee, and some often have cafe’s where you can pop on your laptop and work or play should you choose to forgo the courtesy car. Often if you wish to be taken to someplace they do that as well. I.E. a local restaurant or shopping area.The process is seamless, as they keep you in the loop by your desired method of communicating, whether it email, text, or phone call. Once you return your on your way with ease, and they have hand washed the car and it’s looking spiffy as you leave.Thanks for great service!!!
I had a flat tire on the way to work and this was the closest place that I could pull in and get warm. The temperature was -13 actual temperature. They let me pull in and let the car warm up and put my spare tire on for me. If Im ever in the market for Mercedes I will definitely come back to this place.
The service team had a real mystery on their hands with my car. It took a couple of visits, but they solved the mystery. And when a flat tire popped up out of nowhere before I could pick up my car, they took care of it and delivered my car, saving me a 90 minute drive! Always top notch service! Thank you!

The overall dealership is amazing but just one salesman that reached out to me about a GLA that I was interested in. Qasim was very nice over mobile chat and when we finally met. I asked to test drive the car and possibly purchase the GLA. My boyfriend asked if he could print out the car fax, previous owners, maintenance etc. So just coming back from the test drive, there was no paperwork whatsoever for me to look over. He was just sitting at his desk putting tags onto keys. We sat down and tried to negotiate price due to miles. Qasim stated that he wouldn’t budge at all but didn’t even talk to a manager about my offer? He was talking to other customers while I was speaking to him so I knew he thought we weren’t serious because of our young age. Right before we even left his office area, he brought people over to his seats without us leaving just yet. As if he was trying to push us out. I was wanting to purchase the car. My boyfriend even asked about a BMW that was on the lot for sale and Qasim asked if he could even afford it. Very unprofessional. So sad that he has a mindset that just because he works at a Mercedes Benz dealership that he can automatically assume who can and can’t afford a car.. I would purchase a car through Mercedes but not through him.

I wouldn’t say anything has been exceptional or above expectations, but not super negative either. However, a few years ago I was in for a routine maintenance, car was washed as part of this service, which left many paint swirls that took hours from myself to correct. I am not a detail professional but I have spent at least a decade keeping up on the latest technologies and trends, so my observations as an enthusiast hold merit. So, next time I was in for service, I explicitly stated please do not wash my car. This was ignored, my car was washed and yet again had swirls which required hours of polishing to correct. Today, I was in again, asked them to please not wash my car, and this time that request was followed, thankfully. However, my front, drivers side window switch now has a gouge in it, very noticeable chunk of the plastic just gone. I am very confident it was damaged by someone working for them, especially considering I came out to my car with the window rolled down, so it was clearly touched. Unfortunately, none of these items are possible to prove, so I am sharing my true experiences here. I would like to continue coming here for service, but I am tired of my car being damaged every single time it is in for service, so it may be time to reconsider and take my car elsewhere.
I had a part failure (no fault to the Dealership) and Rob in service was fantastic. He helped me get my car to the shop and fixed it quickly. His communication and service was top notch. I was extremely satisfied with the service by Rob and his team.
Great online/texting experience. I reside over three hours away. So before I drive to dealership, I was able to successfully negotiate acceptable terms while I was at work via texts & emails. It was well worth the drive. Highly recommend.

I recently bought my first Mercedes here and everything else is fine. But I was disappointed by the lack of navigation. I always thought that good brand car navigation was supposed to be in it. without charge ,So I didnt ask. But the car salesman didnt tell me either. I dont think hes a professional. I paid 54K for a car and theres no navigation? If I had known there was no navigation, I wouldnt have bought it. There is applecarplay, but if I drive to a place where there is no cellphone signal, I will get lost. I dont know what is in it because Of my poor English. Its a bad experience

Great service. We were 3 hours from home in our Sprinter based RV when several indicator lights came on. I called the closest Sprinter service center in Indy and they said it would be 3-4 days before they could even look at it. Called MB of Ft Wayne and they fit us in the same day and had problem diagnosed and fixed in about 3 hours after we got there. Problem was rear speed sensor which is common problem. They saved our vacation. Thanks!

Our company purchased a new 2014 (60000 mi currently) sprinter cargo van here, we have had issues with the DEF (diesel exhaust fluid system) 20 days out of warranty (100,000 mi/5 year) MBFW would not work with us at all, we trailered van up to dealership to be diagnosed, as vehicle could only go 5mph. They charged 150.00 for diagnosis which was communicated, and then gave estimate for repair. Which was 2.5 times what my normal ASE mechanic quoted the repair for. I called parts counter and told them I had a diagnosis done and wanted part numbers from the diagnosis that were defective. Parts manager would not give me parts #s to see if my other mechanic was quoting apples to apples. The whole transaction was very aggravating and its seems to me if you pay for a diagnosis that you should have the right to the part #s from diagnosis. In my opinion this was extremely unprofessional. I also communicated that if they were willing to release part #s I would be satisfied. So long story short towed my Mercedes van there and back paid 150 diagnosis bill. Seems Mercedes Benz of fort Wayne should be less concerned about $$ and more concerned about a customer.
I stopped in this location after work to look at a car. Apparently I didnt appear to have any money to spend or something, because nobody bothered to walk up and speak to me outside as I spent 10 minutes out there seeing multiple salespeople. I decided that I definitely wanted to test drive a car anyway, so I walked inside. Again, four salespeople inside all looked at me as I walked around and not one person offered me help. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable and decided just to leave.I drove to the Chevrolet dealer down the street where I was immediately greeted and treated like a human. I liked a car on the showroom floor, they got it out for me to test drive and I ended up buying a brand new Corvette.I guess Chevrolet got my business because I wasnt dressed nice enough to buy or even be looking at a Mercedes.To the Mercedes dealer: I hate leaving a review like this one. Some of us dont look the best after getting off work. We are business owners, hard workers, and we have money to spend. Maybe consider that next time. Im giving 2 stars because I like the selection.
Needed to get my air bag replaced due to nationwide recall. Also scheduled maintenance for 10,000 mile service. Was given a loaner car at no charge. Had them fix a few other items that were important before winter weather.

First of, my salesman was Trey Petersen. He earns a three stars from me. He was informative on my unique situation on trading in my car, how to resolve a problem and he has been most patience with me throughout the time. My experience with the dealership was pleasant, except on the signing on the document. Initially, I was firm with my trade and the amount on the down payment. The car I was interested was the 2020 GLE 450, but due to the facts I also have another Benz in my record, my finance amount isn’t high enough to purchase a brand new one: The finance manager Nadeem has tried his way in helping me to find the best solution. He did, he found me a pre-own 2017 GLE 350 with 31k mileage, has a dual moon roofs and running board. I was sold to the idea of it. Less payment and still not a bad idea. On my visit, Trey shown me the car, which I was puzzled of why there isn’t a second moon roof and running board isn’t there. It’s just the same color white. He said, this is the car I wanted. With too much trusting in his words and Nadeem, I didn’t bothered to think twice. I signed the documents without hesitation thinking why the car isn’t the same that I had agreed upon prior my visit. I was also promised that I’ll get a full tank gas prior exiting the lot. Surprisingly, the gas tank was empty!! Lesson learned, can’t trust anyone. On another issue, Nadeem pressures me to pay more down payment because of their month end is approaching. I do not feel he was looking out for my best interest, but to benefit for his end. That threw me off. Last but not least, I looked at the window sticker after I parked my car in my garage realized the car stock # isn’t the same as I had agreed upon with Nadeem. This car has 41,977 mileages, which is close to 12k miles over to the car I said I wanted to purchase! I felt betrayed and lied to. I called the next day to confront Nadeem, what happened? He didn’t discussed anything to me during my signing. But told me that the car he mentioned to me was sold earlier this month, when I called. That’s another star taken away. If they were completely honest with me, they would earn a five stars rating from me. Transparency is always the key of communication. Salesman information should align with their manager. Overall, the car is immaculately cleaned, drives smoothly, has great features and it feels brand new. I’ve downloaded Mercedes Me app that I’ve Googled on my own. Subscribed to the full year package. I must say I’m loving my new car!

To be fair my overall experience here has been pleasant but I’m absolutely unhappy about my last service experience. I took my car in because of vibration/pulsating when I was driving at high speeds as well as when I was breaking. When I dropped the car off I suggested to the service staff that it was probably a rotor and break issue. To my surprise I was called and told that it was my wheels that needed to be straightened, to which I agreed. I picked up my car just before closing time only to realize that my car still had the issue I had brought it in for! I called the next day to let them know and they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me for 2weeks! I went to the dealership to express my displeasure and they scheduled me in sooner than they had initially stated. After dropping off my car they called me and told that it was (guess what?!) my breaks and rotors, the very issue I had brought to their attention! And that I had to pay a whole new full bill! It seems obvious to me that all these components would have been tested given the issue I described when dropping the car off.
Sold a Certified Preowned 2017 Mercedes GLS550 with damaged tailgate, with two center bent wheels, with broken passenger front seat and the list goes on with repairs that are not covered by the Certified Preowned Warranty, but should have been addressed during the certification process. Total out of pocket expenses exceed $5,000 and of course they refuse to take care of the repairs they left behind, but threatening to dont release title if I dont pay them the remaining downpayment they forgot to collect. If you don’t want to get scammed, take your money to a honest and transparent dealer who voluntarily gonna provide the certification inspection paperwork.
This is a great Mercedes dealership!!! Our sales rep was so courteous and with no pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were buying which was an S560. Theres a great deal to know about MBs. Their clean up shop had the car looking Great and full of fuel when we drove up which was from Tennessee by the way. Best thing about the process was the price. We tried to buy in Nashville, but these guys beat them when it came to the money!! Wish I could give them more stars.

On his way, he identified that one of the tires was bad and had it changed for free at the dealer with the service. He also gave me a floor mat to replace one of the missing ones. The customer service is great at the Ft. Wayne location. They welcomed me with a smile and listened carefully to my concerns before servicing my vehicle. They also gave me an excellent loaner and the service was done in a timely fashion.
