I really enjoy getting my vehicle serviced here. They have a very good service department and advisors. This is the only place I will have my vehicle serviced at.
Adam was an awesome service manager. Labor costs are unrealistically high imo. I just hope the mechanic makes close to the $250/ hour labor cost.
Always a 5-star experience at Kelleys Chevrolet at Lima and I-69. Clean everywhere, comfortable wait area (if waiting), courteous and knowledgeable service/tech staff, sales staff excellent, too. No pushiness, nor padding--very reasonable, upfront information and options. Here for standard service today with Walt R. as our service team leader. Great to have the same team leader to talk to over the years weve been doing business here.
First, Id like to compliment Dan Hecht Chevrolet for the 100% flawless purchase of my 2017 Buick Encore year ago. The vehicle has a push button start, and the battery in the remote was needing replaced. The kind customer service gentleman took care of this for me, and I had a low tire and they got me in immediately, aired all four tires to the appropriate pressure and on I went.
The service gal Tonya was exceptly nice. I had to wait for her to check in another man. She apologized several times for keeping me waiting. Service on my car done promptly. I have no complaints on all the service there at Kelley Chevrolet. We have always been happy with them for years.

We prefer to get our cars serviced at the dealership, so we’ve been bringing both vehicles here since they were purchased a year ago.Great service, although it sometimes takes forever. They take good care of their customers, though!
On July 14, I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told they were ready for me. Approximately 1 1/4 HR later it was done. This is poor customer service.
Hourly service rate is high,but they do very good work.

Overhead door has sign stating Pull Forward. It does not mention that is due to the Automatic Door. So be sure you are within one foot of the service door when you pull up.
Almost 3 hours for an oil change. So much for convenience.

Terrible service. I payed for the 90 dollars diagnostic and they could not tell me what was wrong with the car even though the car was there for more than 24hs. In addition the employee that was assisting me was rude. Low quality, expensive and rude service. The car still has problems.
When I was younger I bought cars from them and taking it to repair I trust them with a honest statement that needs to get things done in the shop.
