I took my truck in to get the AC fixed, and all they did was fill it. Then it quit working, so all they did was fill it up again. They didn’t charge me the second time, which was fair. However, when I called back a third time after the AC went out (in a 10 day period), the guy on the phone was condescending.They don’t really fix things, they just do the bare minimum to keep the car running. They are unskilled mechanics that cut corners. Avoid them unless you want to waste time and money.

I came in for a strut replacement, I was told I needed to do front alignment after the replacementI did not get a call all day when I went to pick up the car it was not ready so I took it without alignment and came back a few days later to complete the alignmentThe second time I took it, I was informed that for some reason the other mechanic did not tell me that the tire rod had to be replace to be able to align it, so I told them go ahead and replace it, I was told it was going to be ready the same day, when I pick it up the car was supposedly ready, the steering wheel was off for like 15 degrees, I was told they did not have time to put it back straight so they told me to come back later to finish that again !!I brought it back the next Saturday and I was told it was going to be ready on Saturday, the car was not ready until Monday, I was told there was something wrong with the frame because the could not aligned it, to take it to a frame shopThe steering wheel was still off for like 10 degrees, the car was shaking on the highway, it did not shake before when the strut was bad, so I took it to bell tireThey aligned it the same morning, printed a paper showing how bad the alignment was before I took it, now the car does shake and the steering wheel is alignedI am still trying to get a refund for that alignment, I was told that they have been doing alignments for 20 years and did not want to refund me even when i have Bell tires paperwork with the misalignment showing

I had both my vehicles in this shop this week and they were in and out within a day. They found the problem and fixed it inexpensively on one of my vehicles and let me know the other was in good shape. I have been to places that constantly try to tell me I need this or that, but this place was very honest and let me know I didnt need anything. It is very difficult to find an honest auto repair shop UNTIL now! Everyone that I have encountered that work there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! This will definitely be our go to auto shop!

No communication. My husband has called MULTIPLE times for updates. Weve been told multiple days that our repairs would only take x hours and should be done before the end of the day. Closed for the day again and still nothing. Assuming it will actually be completed Monday, we will have been without a vehicle for 6 days. We will NEVER use Hills again. Berger Auto from now on

Being new to the area, a friend recommended we come here for our car needs. From the first visit, we were blown away. While waiting for our oil change, they checked the tire pressure in our car and filled the low tires, cleaned our windshield, and even vacuumed the car. We didnt ask them to do this and the initiative shown was wonderful!Next door, we had our car checked out for a few issues and the technicians were very fast to diagnose the vehicle. When the final quote was presented, there were no hidden charges and we are very comfortable with their recommendations. Scheduling is a breeze and we feel the family owned company is a true asset.We recommend Hill Automative without reservation. Being over 10 hours from home, we feel very well taken care of. I took my car in with several problems (which often means a car shop will find a reason to fix all the problems and charge a ton of money), and I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me an estimate for 2 problems - but told me only one was necessary. (They also fixed one and said it was no big deal and did not charge me for it.) They seemed honest and fair and willing to help me out and work around my schedule. They were so nice to my daughter... giving her coins for their candy machine and also a bunch of pink pens to keep. They just seem like good guys doing their job... which is what I hoped for. Definitely going back here and I recommend them!

I was very pleased with their curteous assistance when my car began acting up terribly. They got me in right away, diagnosed the engine problem and fixed it quickly. They even fixed a loose fender causing trouble with turning after I mentioned a terrible noise. I felt well take care of..not advantage of. The cost was well below what I expected too! Thanks guys, my car runs great now!

I called at 1:15 on a Saturday expecting to make an appointment for Monday. Instead they told me to bring in my vehicle and the brakes were repaired by 3:00! Excellent service.

Hill auto is the best place ive ever taken my car their tech Matt at the lube center is one handsome handsome studly stallion, just watching his muscles flex as he wrenched loose tight bolts was well worth the visit, that front desk clerk George is one charming man, ladies this place has hot young mechanics they even clean your interior, windows, fill washer fluid and check and inflate low tires, and did I say that young blonde haired hunk Matt is something spectacular to watch while you wait 😍😍😍😍😛
