The staff is great, its been the same 2 people running the desk for years now. They work as quickly as possible and do a good job. I only gave 3 stars because we were charged extra because they were out of oil (not their fault) so they had to use product off the shelf. I think a discount or something is warranted in that situation. But, the staff is always great!

They made me wait for about 30 minutes just to check in. I was in line they kept skipping over me just to check other people out. Then the lady tried saying I didnt pay for my tires that I had a warranty on from Decatur. Hmm hows that when they hold your keys until you pay. Anyways took them 2 hours to put on a brand new tire when my car was in the shop just sitting there. Then they talked about a woman whos making the change. Not everyone in this world is what you think they should be. Very unprofessional, as I know this woman shes my property manager and I pray she didnt hear anything. I will never go back to this Wal-Mart for anything. It was a mad House and nobody knew what was going on from one thing to the next. Maybe have one person working the registers maybe two. This was my worst experience in the Walmart tire and oil area.

Do not get your oil changed here. They never add enough oil to my car no matter if you pay extra or not. On several different occasions I’ve left from getting my oil changed and had to go back because the “low oil” light would come on. I’ve also had to turn around and go back because they didn’t reset the oil change light. Honestly, they made me feel like they didn’t even change my oil, because how do you not add enough oil to a car or not reset the oil light ? I DO NOT RECOMMEND

When tires were first installed valve core were not checked tire went flat. They admitted to this but still charged me $10 for them to fix their mistake. They said they would put my full size spare in its proper place after tire maintenance, they didnt do that either. They did, however, ensure my full size spare had full pressure, as asked.

Always have a good experience at Walmart auto center. We get the pit crew oil change and extra oil and only spend $25! That’s the lowest price for an oil change that we have found. The Southtown auto center is always courteous, nice, and timely. We’ve never had to wait an outrageous amount of time to get the oil changed. We like that we can get our groceries while the oil is being changed, a win win for us. Definitely recommend Walmart auto center Southtown.

The worst place I’ve been to for my car oil change. The employees were slow to help and I had to wait over 30 minutes just to check out. It’s just a bad experience after all.

They are ridiculous with the polices. If they see even the smallest of difference you will have a headache and there book thrown at ya. They allways over fill the oil pan there guide book just isnt right or they dont fallow it in house eather way i suggest going else where or do it yourself a few extra hours or dallors will be worth it for you in the long run.

Reasonable prices to mount tires, and work was done on time. Why cant they text when done? The limited-service spare was not propperly secured back in trunk. Service desk is extremely disorganized. Had to wait 20 minutes just to pick up my vehicle. Need to hire more employees???

Everyone knows that Walmart isnt exactly the place you go for the best customer service, but today, I was more irritated than normal. I took my car to be serviced at the auto center. They told me it should be 60-90 minutes before it would be finished. I sat in the auto section for 2 hours before deciding to ask how my car was, when I noticed it sitting outside. No one had told me, announced over the loud speaker, or called to let me know they were finished, even though I was sitting 20 feet away the entire time. I tried to be patient, and I was rewarded with who knows how much utterly wasted time.

The service at Walmart Autocare was absolutely wonderful.... Im glad l went to Walmart South in Fort Wayne Indiana for my battery!!!! l had plans was to go to AutoZone but after someone recommend Walmart I am so glad that Walmart was my choice!!!! Great Service.

Bad, the old man working there is not friendly at all. Also they let le wait for 25 minutes and told cant work on your car because I cant get reverse even though there was nothing wrong with my car, it seems like he doesnt know how to drive manual transmission

Totally disappointed at this visit. I went there for tires. Just to get attended I wait about 25 mins. They have the tires but not enough people to work on it. I called to another Wal-Mart the hang up on me. Call back again en put me on hold like for 20 or even more and no answer just music.

Bought a tire from there. I paid insurance on the tire. Three months later the tire blew. I went back to Walmart and they put a new tire on and I was out of there. Didnt have to spend one thin dime.
