5-10 years ago before they made this a return center it was the premier Napa in town. Open late with good service. Now they rarely have parts that you need, everyone who was a decent parts guy has quit and went elsewhere. When Chris and Ryan and others were there you could count on getting the right part. The people they have working there now you might as well just get on their website and find it yourself before you go in so you can give them your part number. It’s turned into a joke.
A big thank you to Nate and Howie and the rest of the guys at this location. I have zero knowledge of the upkeep for my vehicles and thanks to all these guys I feel confident that I’m always going to be given the best advice. They have gone out of their way during certain vehicle crisis’s and have always let me leave there feeling more content about the care that I received. They really are amazing, thanks y’all!

I am doing a Internet search for a specific Harley Davidson part, NAPA Auto Parts comes up as being a store that carries the paticular part, when actually they only carry certain parts ! Yeah I know that the Internet does a general search, but this should be something with modern technology being what it is, this shouldnt happen. They (search engines) know what comes and goes from stores and should be directing people to a site that does not have what they are looking for. Big waist of time. Back to the days of calling the store to ask if they carry a part or not.
So Napa warranty for AC compressor I asked them to read fine print and it states per Napa employee that everything in the AC system must be replaced for the compressor to be warranted. That is a complete BS warranty. Only reason I know this now because I bought a compressor 2 years ago thinking I had a 3 year warranty and there is no way to warranty the compressor without paperwork from a shop and all kinds of other things replaced in the AC system. Take your part buying elsewhere and read fine print people when they say it has a warranty for so many years.
They can never find parts that, show in there inventory and will take 30 min looking for them. But are polite and very knowledgeable.
Dont buy the napa low end parts had to make 3 trips into the store from Columbia City to get a part that wasnt damaged.
I had a difficult to find brake hose which the counterman Howard searched for with no luck. He did look in the book instead of just relying on the computer screen
Great deals, great staff. They always have what I need or can get it fast. Very convenient location just off of I-69 even if you live out of town.
They might not have the lowest prices, but they almost always have the parts I need in stock.

I am a truck driver and had to make a delivery to this location this morning. I have never been treated with such disrespect and I hope I never have to return to this place.I greeted the receiving clerk with a smile and a good morning sir, only for him to give me a dirty look over and tell me I was 30 minutes early. Im going to wait awhile before I start unloading you, he says. I reply with a thats fine and go to wait in my truck. He did wait 15 minutes to start and then when he hadnt been back on the trailer for awhile I hesitantly go back to door, hoping he is done and also hoping Im not interrupting him to cause more of an attitude. He is done, but letting me know this was more than I should have expected from him. I leave and tell him to have a good day.Being a truck driver is not a job where we can wait till the last minute to get to our destination. I always try to arrive a little early and have never been late for an appt because of this. Traffic, weather and construction all play a part on my arrival time and I try not to let these conditions make me late. Being 30 minutes early IMO should never constitute this kind of behavior.

Small store, huge inventory, wonderful staff!I live fairly close to this Napa store and go here frequently. Physically it seems like a small building but they have an amazing selection of automotive supplies and what they dont have they usually get in 1 or 2 business days.They always hire knowledgeable and friendly staff here; Ive yet to stump one with a question or request; boy do they know their stuff :)The location can be a pain due to the crazy traffic on that stretch of Coliseum Blvd, but if youre patient youll be ok. The store is on the north side of the street so I usually come from the west. If you live east of the store, definitely come west.Whatever you need to do to get there, its going to be worth your effort!
Usually have what I need which is what counts. Most the staff seem like its a bother to to help find stuff if you dont know exactly what you need. They dont try to hard to find a substitute either. 90 percent of the things they need at the counter have to be ordered from the back. This can cause longer wait times than other locations. Most likely because this is a distribution center and not setup the same as a counter store possibly.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employee named Kevin is extremely disrespectful. I called to inquire about a part and a guy named Denny didnt know anything so he gave the phone to Kevin and word by word he said I have another job and I am too busy to help you. This location needs a lot of help all around.

Quite a bit larger store, but it is with their Distribution Center so you would expect a larger selection. Other than the size of the store it was pretty much your typical NAPA.
They got the right parts and even helped me figure out what I was looking at..
It was horrible! Long wait for service. Employee grabbed wrong part for me. Right part was not on the floor. Computer kept crashing on him. Left to the back room (guessing to find manager) I walked out.

This is a discriminatory place that has no regard for peoples health.
Avoid this place! Just went for the 3rd and last time. Aisle signage is not clear at all, so help is needed. The lineup of employees at the back counter will ignore you until you ask them a question, and then they will ignore you some more while talking to each other. It sure looks and sounds like their real business must be commercial accounts, because if retail was their true business, they would have closed a LONG time ago. Dont waste your time.

The main Napa store for Fort Wayne. Great service. I visit here when I cant wait for parts to come to my local store.They always had the parts I needed.
Some of the counter help NEED to learn that a customer is PAYING their wages,therfor, change your uptoothed attitude. Why the management allows these arogent counter help to act in such a way us beyond me. There are MANY,MANY other auto parts stores who happily took my cash this day and I received great parts at a much lower $$ with a better warranty!!
I have always been happy with Service. However, I just learned that they no longer honor Military due to Employee Personnel Discount Abuse. It’s a shame that I, a Gulf War Combat Veteran, has to pay the price for something internal work issues.
Great service, friendly associates, very helpful,, if you dont know what part you need... they will. Always ask for Nate at the Coliseum store. Im glad they are open on Sundays.

Okay service. Great parts. Just the mechanics are a bit slow on figuring out a problem that they have apparently never seen out of 20 years of being a mechanic I guess.

Deemed a little overpriced, but what auto parts arent. I will use them again because they have some of the best selection of parts I ln the state. If OReillyor autozone doesnt have it, NAPA probably will.
