This was my 3rd visit for my 2018 Rogue. The service staff still provided excellent service. They will not give me what I dont need. I thought I needed a tire rotation & they assured me my tires were not ready for a rotation. I appreciate their honesty & loyalty to their customers. I will be back for a fourth visit when due.

Horrible experience! Customer service and receptionist service deplorable (service dept). Receptionist grabbed paper work out of my hand on 9/25 when I was reading it. On 9/27 I was accused of taking parts off of my car and was told that the warranty Would not honored to make the repairs . Service worker and manager said repairs were wear and tear on car for their reason for not honoring warranty on car. Warranty is still valid !. The car is a 2019 and has 33,000 miles on it. I am seriously considering trading this car in at another dealership and will not purchase another vehicle through Nissan. I definitely will not be bringing it back for service.

I had my car in for service and they brought to my attention there was a recall for my brake fluid so they took care of that while my car was there.

Nissan service is always great. Fast, professional and reasonably priced. I did the 5000 mile service and they also completed some kind of recall. All for less than $100. This same service at a dealer when I lived in Mexico cost over $300 so I was pleasantly surprised.

Waited a long time for a oil change

Jason and the team are always quick to get things done, even if theyre backed up on work. Honest, reliable, overall great staff and I would highly recommend them to anybody in the area needing work done, especially for Nissan vehicles!

We needed an extra key today. We bought our used car in another state and it only had one key. Getting the second key easy so easy. We made an appointment, we got in right on time. The service department was great! Knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. They told us it would take over an hour. We waited in a clean waiting room with nice refreshments. Very pleasant experience.

The bank didnt do me any favors but the dealership people were great and Samir theres a fantastic job working with me I just wish the sales manager could have fought harder for me and got me a few things that I really needed to happen to make my budget work out like I wanted it to anyway I would deal with these people again and thats what matters when youre in business that customers want to return and I would and I would recommend them to anyone whos looking for a car just make sure you do your research and hold out if you can I was in a situation where I couldnt hold out I had to have a new car

I wouldnt ever go here if I didnt have free oil changes that came with the purchase of my truck. They took away the express oil change service so I cant stop in at my convenience... have to call and make an appt. They say they check a bunch of things... they dont. Ive tested it a few times. Dont rely on them to actually do anything more than change the oil... and Im not convinced they do that. So, yeah.

Josh in service and Kevin was an amazing help when I needed to get my car looked at quickly so I could get to work efficiently and worry free. Jesse Sampson, my sales gentleman, came to meet to and be sure I received my warrenty packet and that everything works out ok. Tim even came to meet me and made sure that the needed part was covered st no cost to me. A Huge thank you to all these staff members as well as the young lady who checked me out with s smile.
