Great customer service, drove in over an hr away to replace a cracked windshield. Didn’t realize it was drop and go so I planned on waiting. The staff made sure to get my truck in quickly so I didn’t wait long and did an excellent job. Very friendly and helpful! Great service!

Virgil was great! He was knowledgeable, polite, professional and helped me understand my options . Virgil broke everything down and made sure I understood the process and how it worked.

They had me drop the car off before 9am and said it would be done be 5pm. It was actually done by 11 which was great! I did all the scheduling on their website. Quick and easy. Their location isnt great, so it takes 2 people to take a vehicle and pick it up. One improvement would be to have envelopes and pens at the key drop. All went thru insurance, so just like the commercial, no charge to me that day. And it was a crack the whole length of the windshield. Even re-installed the dash cam and calibrated it!

Everything was quick and easy, especially the online and the drop off! They gave me a call once my repair was done, but I couldn’t get there until after 5PM which they closed at. I called them and asked if they could stay a couple mins after closing, THEY DID! We had a quick conversation, he was polite, and very knowledgeable! Amazing service and hospitality.

The store is clean and waiting room is large so distancing is no problem. The work was done quickly with no problem.

I did have to clean my car dash from rubber debris and tiny glass fragments from replacing the windshield that was not cleaned properly before I picked up the car thus thus 4 star rating..

They replaced our windshield and wiper blades. The windshield replacement was fine, however there were small bits of broken glass left on the dashboard, seats, and floor. Also, they left a plastic guard or cover (pictured) on one of the wiper blades. The first time we turned on the wipers, the plastic left a mark across the new windshield. The mark cleaned off the windshield okay, but the attention to detail was definitely lacking.

I wouldnt recommend these people to replace a window in an outhouse... we had an appointment, which they gave themselves a five hour window, and THEN didnt show up & didnt have enough courtesy to even let us know. When I called to cancel, the broad on the phone acted as if she couldnt care less. Very unprofessional company if youre not going to make a appointment time maybe a courtesy call would be nice! If you cant make a appointment then don’t say you can.

I needed my front windshield replaced so I hired Safelite. The technician cracked my windshield on my first installation and then scheduled a second appointment. The technician at the second appointment told me that there was a scratch on the windshield that he was installing so they needed to reschedule again. I chose this service for its convenience and it has been so frustrating to not have a windshield two weeks after my initial appointment.I havent been able to contact an actual office to talk about these issues- all of their phone numbers direct me to scheduling services. The technicians were both friendly, but I hired this service to avoid having to contact someone and that has been the complete opposite of my experience.

Initial visit was very unprofessional with horrible experience with attendant who greets you upon arrival. Initial disclosure of fail rate for repair was inaccurate without even looking at where windshield chip was located then lied to manager about what was said all while smiling and shaking her head to mock the customer. Ultimately the windshield was replaced and thus far has not caused any problems. Customer service unsatisfactory at no stars...gave a 3 just because repair once completed appears to be done well thus far.

My insurance company sent me to this company. I am a veteran and I saw online they offered a 20% Veteran discount. They also give discounts for AAA and AARP. I had been told the price yesterday and that I would have to pay for it because I have a $500 deductible. I also decided to get the windshield wipers which were $28 each. The cost was quoted at 349.99 plus the blades. I asked for my veterans discount and I was told that I couldn’t have it because it was on an insurance claim and I had to pay my deductible. I then spoke with my insurance agent and canceled the claim. The woman at Safelight then told me the price for the windshield was $450. Without the blades. With my veterans discount it was the same amount as the claim she said. I find this a criminal act in doing business. I found another company who offered a better tinted windshield with the trim for less money. I called my insurance agent and he said he would no longer recommend Safelight to his clients and go with the alternative company. So beware.

We scheduled an appointment to have a windshield replaced. The company had the year make model and VIN of my car. When we arrived they said they did not have the windshield in stock. Beware, very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.

We had a stone flip up and put a chip in the windshield.I got on line for an estimate and within an hour and a half the windshield was repaired I live 30 minutes away .Ya cant beat that!Matt the tech was super professional!The lady receptionist was also great!Thanks to all!

Excellent service. Very quick and polite technicians.They did have to move the instillation date by a few days but gave me a reasonable discount for the inconvenience. Dustin came to install my rear passenger non sliding window 6-5-18 and a second technician came to help (Matt).They were very efficient!If I need Safelite in the future you bet I’ll call.

They wouldn’t repair my windshield even though it was well under the 6 inch rule on their website and you can’t call and talk to anyone because everything has to be done online.

You cant just call them for help everything is done through there app online and I have a giant hole in my back window and its 12° outside and it could be almost a week before I can maybe get a appointment according to the app Ill find a place that has a phone number that I can actually call with a real human on the other end

Ythe entire process of rock hitting my window and crack, to have him a new one sealed in place perfect, was less than 48 hours . Called and gave me a heads up like a half hour out did a fantastic job and he definitely definitely gave off the vibe of not being like threatening or a thief. with businesses like this you cannot put a dollar amount on how nice it is to feel secure with your stuff around strangers. I would have gave it 5 stars but they didnt have a windshield last Wednesday for my appointment. I live more than 40 miles away. They did a fantastic job today. In and out in less than an hour. Cleaned all windows and swept. Matt did a great job.

Wasnt service it was one of your drivers, the driver of your vehicle damn near hit me twice and multiple other cars, was weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating. Wreckless driver.

My insurance company recommended Safelite glass repair in Fort Wayne, IN location for a small stone crack (approx. size of a dime and definitely less than a dollar bill) - and when they were finished, the crack was still plainly visible from the drivers viewpoint. Ive had several stone chip / crack repairs performed in the past at ONeils Glass and they were fabulous. I tried calling the facility, but kept getting a call center who was absolutely no help. It appears that Safelite wants to replace windshields rather than fix them. If you look at online reviews of this facility or company in general, you will quickly fine several unhappy customers as well as happy ones as well. I did talk to a representative from the Fort Wayne facility named Steve who obviously supported the work of his staff, but he was nice to explain that Safelite purchased ONeils glass several years ago (before I took my Jeep there). It just seems strange to me that after several ONeil Glass repairs in the past with my Jeep Wrangler, which they did flawless work and were hardly noticeable - now I have one chip smaller than a dime that looks nearly as bad from the inside as it did before the repair. Steve mentioned that every stone chip is different but comparing it to the ones I had before that were fixed very well, this explanation is difficult to grasp. The only other place in town is Bell Tires and Deluxe Glass. I have heard they do decent work. On the upside, Steve did not charge our insurance company for the work performed as it was not satisfactory to the customer.I guess its just one of those unfortunate things in life.UPDATE: I tried them again since they are in my network for glass repair through my insurance company. I had a great experience this time around. The glass technician came directly to my place of work and did the repair in the parking lot as I worked. It took them a matter of minutes and they did a pretty good job in regards to the size of the crack. Its not perfect by long shot but its better than it was. The service tech was very nice and helpful.

Service was awesome. I was able to drop my vehicle off early and they were able to finish it early. I always bring my vehicles here. In the past I’ve had them fix chips in my windshield and they are sealed to this day, 4 years later.

When I had home install set up they arrived on time problem happened while installing the new windshield the new one cracked multiple times then they had to wait for the new windshield to be replaced had to take into be replaced which was better than the first time they cut into molding strip while removing the windshield waiting on them to replace molding strip

Got a rock chip on my CR-V driving down 469 and had to get it filled. Thankfully my insurance covered it. Once going in, the place was clean and everyone was professional. My windshield was fixed within 30 minutes. Matt was very friendly and professional and gave me the details of what they did to my windshield. Even swept off my dirty all weather floor liners. Great place for windshield repairs/replacements. Hopefully I won’t have to go back there anytime soon, but if I do: I know it’ll be a good experience.

Safelite will be highly recommended from me from now on. Not only did they come to me to replace my windshield (after a lovely semi-truck delivered a hex nut to my front window), but they also allowed me to make a last minute address change to complete the mobile appointment. Matthew was the technician who worked on my car, and he was just awesome!!! Professional, nice, and even sent a site to my phone where I could watch and track how close his car was to the address (similar to Uber). Just an outstanding and seamless job. Quality service, and a great company. Thank you!!

Tried to call and speak to someone, on hold for an hour before hanging up. I was able to get a quote and schedule an appointment online, but its poor business when you cant actually speak to someone about your appointment or service. I ended up canceling and found someone that i was able to speak to, was cheaper and could get me in sooner.

The two gentlemen sent to my home to install new windshield in my Kenworth deserve more stars. Professional by all means, polite, informative and very timely. In and out.

Do you folks ever actually answer a phone? I have tried 8 times to get in touch, with different numbers, no one ever answers the phone. Why even have a phone line if you only want web based scheduling?

I got a quote online Thursday - and by 11am Friday I had a new windshield. Safelite was the lowest quote in town, and they traveled to my place of employment. Unknown to me I was scheduled as a walk in appointment to drop off early in the morning, and return in the late afternoon. I arrive as they open I check in and Im told they have to work me into their schedule and they will call me when its was done. As I turn around to walk out and find a way back home the technician comes thru the door gets my keys and tells me it will be an hourish until he was done.! Hows that for customer service. Its wasnt just a chip it was a full front truck window replacement. Thank you for amazing service excellent staff and quality work.

Had the windshield replaced on my 370z after it was shattered. I always have taken my car to Nissan for any work, but after seeing the price of just the windshield decided to go with Safelite. I was traveling in from Chicago when my windshield was chipped. I literally called safelite at approximately 11:30 and they had my window fixed by 1pm. Totally amazed with the service. So happy I didnt have to continue my trip in the cold with increased chance of the chip spider webbing. I cannot even see the fill. Such a great job.

Wouldnt replace glass due to some rust. Took it elsewhere and they replaced the glass for me.
