Service completed as scheduled in professional manner by Christian who represented the company well. He was competent and courteous. Scheduling details and communication with Precision Glass office met expectations. Would recommend the business to others.

Went in for a windshield chip repair. The technician Dan ruined the windshield. He was very apologetic. Left there being quoted for a new windshield. Called the insurance company Allstate and the local agent who referred me to Precision Glass said hed call the owner. It turns out the insurance company agent helped him start up the company 🤔. Basically for 3 weeks they barely returned phone calls or failed to agree to meet to discuss the poor service. Front desk ladies are very polite but Danielle and Mike who lead the company are poor professionals. Do yourself a favor and go through someone else to get things done right and professional. By the way, theyll have you sign a waiver before any work is done eliminating any responsibilities for poor work or damages. Be aware of this. It got me good. Ive had two other local companies laugh/shown sympathy at the work done by Precision Glass and then been told about other similar stories. BTW its funny how after 3 weeks of attempting to contact the owner Mike that it takes less than 2 days of a bad review to get a response from him. Nice going Mike. True businessman.

Very helpful and fast! I called to get a window replaced on my car and they were able to order the glass that day and install it the next morning! Super friendly and efficient!

Highly recommend! I purchased an old mirror that I needed to have cut down. Prices were reasonable, service was fast, and the owner was friendly!

This place is fantastic. I had a chip in my windshield so I called and made an appointment of repair. The repair took about 29 min. The cost was half the price of their competitors.

Very poor service. Install and quality. They damaged my 2015 Toyota 4Runner dashboard and A pillars with their window removal tool requiring replacement of the dash and A pillar covers. $1880 insurance claim to my insurance company even though Precision Glass admitted doing the damage. They offered to repair the dash with some sort of plastic putty or to cut the dash to even it out. The company they sent to have a look told me best he could do was 85% and it would be obvious it was damaged. I finally got tired of their nonsense and had it fixed myself. It cost me another $500 for my deductible. There are several companies in the area that do good work, just not these people.

I had my back window replaced because it became foggy over the years. Great job. They even put my 9 year old parking permit from the old window that I no longer use onto the new glass. Well, Ill get that off when I can. Otherwise, highly recommended.

My wife had first taken our project to Precision Glass on Illinois Road because the location was convenient. The counter clerk did nothing but take our sample piece and info. After two weeks of calling and getting we should have a quote soon..., we gave up on them.I then took the project to City Glass Specialty on Calhoun. The counter person took the time to discuss the project and together we considered various solutions. They wanted to provide the best product which, ultimately, was not what i came in asking for! We landed on a great idea of theirs which saved me considerable expense. And we got the it within a couple days.I was sorry to have wasted two weeks waiting on PG to be responsive.I returned to Precision to pick up the piece we had left: no apologies, no questions about why we were taking it, no expression of guilt for lack of service. Just, okay, here it is. Wow.

Very fast and friendly service

The worst experiences I have ever had with a business. Paid for glass in for get home wrong size another trip back before it Wayne to drop it back off tell me itll be ready in a week theyre gonna shave it down here we are over 3 weeks later still havent even started on it got a full refund would not recommend to anybody.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before wasting 3 weeks of my time waiting for a call back. This business is close to home so I hoped we could get my project done in a timely manner. It took me calling them back 3 times to even get a quote. The woman said it would take 5-7 days to complete. Still no call back for appointment to get a pattern done. Total waste of time and when I brought this to their attention they could have cared less.

Does really good job also work around your schedule!! Most definitely Would highly recommend and will be using them again!!

I just want to shout out to Mike, the owner of the company. I have my own glass repair business and was visiting family in the area, when a family member asked me to help replace his back glass. The only materials I needed were the primer and adhesive so I contacted Precision Glass. Mike not only helped out another glass company but gave me the materials at no cost, as he had extras that were promotions from the distributor. I applaud Mikes friendly treatment of another in the industry, exactly the camaraderie I have enjoyed cultivating back in Colorado!

Expedient and courteous

I brought my car in to replace my windshield because of a crack that was spreading fast. My insurance wouldnt cover the replacement fee because I dont have comprehensive insurance. So I had to pay for the total amount out of pocket. The woman who was helping me ( I think her name is Danielle) did the best she could to give me the best price possible. They said it would take 2 1/2 hours, but it only took 1 1/2 hours. I am a very satisfied customer.

Had then replace a commercial vehicle windshield, trashed inside of truck with mud, allowed them to use my inside shop where they throwed razor blades on floor and left them, windshield was 1 inch from center allowing passenger side gasket to leak and be damaged, driver side top of glass let air and water in, never will use them again

Got us in quickly & fixed our windshield that day!

After inquiring about an adjustment for my drivers window, it was discovered that my window regulator cable & motor was shot. (Dealer suggested a full regulator assembly) One of the owners (Mark) personally performed the work & maintained excellent communication thru the process. I was even allowed to purchase my own parts! After 2 months I had issues with my aftermarket parts, Mark once again did an exemplary job in repairing my window! I cant expressed enough gratitude to Mark for going above and beyond what has become the norm with service work!!

I needed my back windshield replaced as it shattered from falling debris during an ice storm. I called in the afternoon and was able to go there immediately to have them clean the glass out of the trunk and tape up the window, so I could come back the following morning and have them install the new window. The speed and price of service exceeded my expectations, and everyone I spoke with was very friendly. I would have given 5 stars, but I found that my trunk still has little pieces of glass in it, which was unexpected since they cleaned it.

A true class act at this place. Took my F-150 in to get a chip repaired and they handled the claim with my insurance company and the whole nine yards. I didnt have to lift a finger to do anything. Everyone I came into contact with was very courteous. After the repair, wasnt happy that the chip was still visible so they again contacted my insurance company and did all the legwork to get approval of full windshield replacement. They even gave me a ride to work and came back to get me without even hesitating. New windshield looks great. On top of all of that, they called a day later to make sure I was satisfied. A painless and professional experience.

Great experience with precision glass, brought my Audi convertible in to get back window fixed, Mike who handled the repairs was awesome at getting it fixed and out the door in no time, great communication, front desk receptionist were friendly and courteous. Fast, Friendly service had my windshield replaced the same day I called!

If I could leave a no star, I honestly would. We are out of towners had to have 2 windows repaired. The front staff guaranteed us we would get solar glass from Kia and when we went and picked up car it was after market! Not from Kia like they had guaranteed us. Plain tempered glass but the VERY worst part was they flat LIED! Said my husband had approved the tempered vs the solar and he did not. Their last words to us was do not worry we will put exactly what was in there. So we did not talk to them again until pick up. Paper work even states solar glass. When we brought this to their attention they were very rude to us. So we get back a clear glass car. Smh. I would go else where. I wish I would have read the reviews. Very dissatisfied.

VERY friendly staff, but... my drivers window no longer met with door seal after my windshield was replaced. They took off the whole part that goes over the door window. As if that wasnt enough, my windshield washer doesnt work since the day they did the windshield and NOW my whole seal has peeled off my drivers side window. Very dissatisfied.
