Took my 2014 Ford Escape in for some accident damage. Not only did they turn my repairs around in one business week, they handled all my paperwork with the insurance company so all I had to do was sign papers. On top of that they detailed the inside of my car and wiped down all surfaces so I got back into a better than before car! Highly recommend!

They paint matched a take off bed for my truck and did an excellent job. It was a bit pricey, but well worth it for the quality of work. Good work aint cheap and cheap work aint good. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need them.

Traveled to Fort Wayne all the way from Virginia & our plastic bumper cover needed repair. They helped us out by bending back some rivers and did it all same day right after I arrived, free of charge. If you need help, these are your guys!

I had a fantastic experience here. They are professional, and do great work at very reasonable prices. My car was totaled but they were thorough and detailed in the estimate. I brought another car in with minor cosmetic issues and the nice man buffed it away in minutes.

Went for an estimate and was helped by the owner, Andy. He was very nice, very helpful and his estimate was timely and very reasonable! Im looking forward to seeing finished work.

We brought our Honda in to Peters because they are certified Honda repair specialists but we were very disappointed in their service.First off the dent in the panel was not properly fixed. You can still see a dip in it and its not flush with bumper. They didnt do all the repairs that needed to be done. They didnt replace part that was broken and had to make a second trip in to have it done. When we picked up the car after second time the sensors were not working. We ended up fixing the problem ourselves. We found that wires were not hooked backed up after fixing the second issue.Peters seem to half-way do things and we will not be bringing our vehicles there after this experience.

This place does some of the best body work in Fort Wayne. Just had a fender liner replaced...In & out in 30 minutes. Total price: $29.00. And it looks great!!!

Peter’s body shop did a repaint on my Honda Odyssey due to paint chipping and they did an outstanding job! Not only did they repaint the areas needed, they also buffed out the entire outside of the van to remove previous scratches. The vehicle looks better now than when I purchased it! Would go back in a heart beat.

I usually dont leave comments. But, this is an exception. Several months ago, we brought a one year old Grand Cherokee to Peters for repair. Had been hit in the drivers door by a truck. I figured the work would ok, wasnt expecting great, but ok would do given the circumstances.When I picked up my jeep, I was surprised as to how good it looked. But, right out of the bodyshop, it should look good. So I waited for a little time and use to go by. Now, today, 6 months later, this vehicle still looks like factory new!! To say that I am pleased with Peter s is an understatement! Replacing the door, blending the paint, matching the seams, it all looks factory 6 months post crash!!If you need a bodyshop, Peters is the place!!Truely professional and competent! I dont usually write reviews or make suggestions on places to go. I feel that most places are oretpr average. Theyre either good or they arent.Peters Body Shop is phenomenal.There were a lot of issues with my insurance company. They dragged their feet for two weeks, and Peters was patient and understanding the entire time.I never had to wonder what was going on over there. When they finally got what they needed, I had constant updates on what was happening.They found many more problems than the inspector saw, and dealt with my insurance company several times trying to get enough money to to for my damages.It took a long time, too long for the insurance company to continue paying for my rental vehicle, but Peters once again stepped up to the plate.Ive never felt so well cared for at any body shop or repair shop that Ive ever been to. The people at Peters Body Shop are very understanding, and willing to work hard to make sure their customers are happy. And happy I am.I know I will be recommending Peters to everyone I know, and as long as I live in the area, I will be using Peters for any body work I may ever need in the future.

What a wonderful group of individuals. Super friendly throughout the entire process. I was running late to pick up my car and the the kind office manager stayed late on a holiday weekend so I could get my car picked up and then offered to make sure I could get my rental car returned ok. They are so wonderful it almost makes you want to get into and accident so you can see them regularly.
