Could not be more pleased with Calibers work. After hitting a deer, I brought my car in here to get fixed under insurance. Caliber had no problem working with insurance, and I was able to drop the car off, get an estimate, get into a rental car, and be on my way in under an hour. The repairs took about 4 weeks, which was longer than expected, but only due to some parts being backordered (not their fault). Caliber was great about communicating the delays to me, calling me several times a week to be sure I was in the loop. My car looks great and drives just like it used to. The paint looks fantastic and all the new pieces fit just right. Very happy with my experience here!

Great service, fast at getting things done

My car was repaired adequately. The communication at this facility was terrible. I had to contact them every time I wanted to find out an update on my car. The day I dropped it off they promised to call me three times a week. And on the day that it was promised to be ready, I had to wait till the end of the day to call to confirm that I could pick it up a half an hour before the facility closed. The communication was awful.

Poor quality. They left new parts in my trunk. I found radiator fluid leaking from my car. They insisted it was just spillage and pressure washed my engine bay and said the rest would burn up. I drove the car and noticed smoke and found a puddle of coolant under my car. Techs also like to leave their tools behind on engine block. When I returned it to the manager he said are you sure its not your. I give this place a year before it closes. Dont take your vehicle there.

I have not used them but all the people I have talked to were very nice

This was an insurance job through State Farm, this was the most painless claim and handling of the claim by any body shop Ive ever did business with, the work was performed flawlessly. State Farm did have two other shops, but Caliber Collision had the highest reviews which now I understand why.

We are extremely pleased with the professionalism that this repair shop demonstrated. We had a collision with a deer and Geico recommended Caliber Collision for the job. Jay is the manager and he worked with our adjuster to totally repair our vehicle to better than new condition. They even cleaned the inside of the vehicle including the floor mats. They even soldered our heat grid clip on the lift gate which was broken since we owned the vehicle! This was not part of the job but exemplifies their attention to detail! Again Jay and his group at Caliber Collision truly care about the customer! Thank you Caliber!!!

I was sent to caliber collision after I had a minor accident I was told to go there to Geico and Ill meet with a Michael. Let me tell you I could not have been placed with a better person or a adjuster lets say very knowledgeable very fair and just extremely nice Ive dealt with Geico one other time this past month through another shop and it was pure disaster caliber collision hit this out of the ballpark thanks guys wish me luck hunting gold.

Caliber Collision provide superb customer service. My vehicle after their collision repair is good as new. The team there did a great job at keeping me informed as to their work and returning my vehicle on time.

The staff was extremely helpful and excellent at communicating. My car looked great when it was complete. I have a 1.5 year old and had left a lot of items in the car when it was repaired. They said because of this they couldnt do the normal detailing to clean it up which I knew and said was fine. They exceeded my cleaning expectations! I hope a deer doesnt cross my path again but if it does I will be using caliber again!

Helped us and communicated with us well about our vehicle when we got into a wreck passing through indiana on our way to maine from iowa and had to leave our car behind.

I had never had any experience with Caliber Collision in the past. I am very satisfied. They were prompt, courteous and the work on my car was excellent! Took 2 days for the car to be repaired and the estimate was very reasonable too. And,,,,,,, they have plenty of parking! 😉

They did a good job of repairing my car. The only issue was the length of time it took for completion of the work (5 weeks).

This place is awesome, they took my car, that decided to get into a fight with a deer, and made it look beautiful again. they told me that they would need the car for 2 weeks and had it done and back to me with 7 days. Great Job guys!!
