I went here for some body work after getting into a car accident last December and they did great work. They were pretty busy so I wasn’t able to get an appointment right away but once they got my car in it was fixed way quicker than expected. Bumper, fender, hood and headlight assembly were repaired on my Acura TL and my car came back looking better than it did before the accident. I also had them buff out my other headlight and it looked like new. I’ll definitely be going back if I ever need body work done again.

Amazing service and attention to detail with repairs. They even went above and beyond to ensure my suspension wasnt damaged. Friendly staff and theyre very upfront about costs/timeframe for repairs. Would definitely recommend going here!

I was a first-time customer to Arrow Auto Body, and (in hopes I will not need their services for some time) will be a lifetime customer. They far exceeded my expectations on every level. (they even had my car done a day early) If I could give Arrow Auto Body more than 5 stars I would, they can have all the stars they want. I would unequivocally, and without hesitation recommend Arrow Auto Body to anyone and everyone. I find great comfort in knowing, should anything happen to my vehicle in the future I can call Arrow Auto Body and rest easy. Best choice I’ve made in a while.

I had a fantastic experience at Arrow Auto Body. My drivers side front door needed to be replaced because of an accident, and they did excellent work on it. On top of that, the service I received from the receptionists was nothing short of superb, keeping in touch with me throughout the process as well as making sure I got into a rental car the day I brought mine into Arrow. I highly recommend them.

Someone had hit our sons car in the bumper! We took it to 2 places and they were asking for almost 800 dollars to fix. We heard about arrow thru a friend and brought our car here. 650 dollars. What a relief! Picked up the car today and it looks Fantastic! You cant even tell it was hit. Will definitely use arrow in the future. Very friendly and professional.

I was struggling trying to find a reliable body shop to take my Highlinder to get it fix until I found arrow body shop; this place it’s great! It is small shop, but it is hands on. I love the way they help me to find my rental car while my SUV was at the shop. Their team is awesome! They take the time to help and answer all the questions you might have, for example: finding a rental car at affordable price to mention one among others. The body work done on my car was divine! On top of the stellar job done, Donna was an absolute godsend keeping me updated throughout the process. Im sure I annoyed the heck out of her by calling everyday but she never once sounded annoyed or unpleasant. Tim volunteered to stay late one evening to finish the work knowing I was desperately wanting my car back. I cannot recommend them enough for their excellent work and above-the-top customer service. 10 out of 10 will use them again for any auto needs!

I was just a girl sitting in her little red car...not seeing the light post in front of it and smashing my bumper. These guys did an amazing job in a timely fashion! And then cleaned the inside! Front desk lady was soooo super awesome and helped me throughout the insurance process. Easy peasy! Even helped me with the whole duh I need to rent a car!

I was in a bind. Borrowed my Fathers car for a week. A freak storm came and a branch dented the hood of my Fathers car. They got me in right away. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Got me in right away and fixed within a couple of hours. I liked that the explained all costs and costs if the first stage didnt work. The price was way under the insurance deductible. Would recommend to anyone.

I went in because some neighborhood kids spray painted my car. The staff was very warm and friendly, they helped me out right on the spot, and my car looks great. I can not sing their praises enough. I will be sending everyone I know their way!

I went to fix the passenger side door of my car at Arrow Auto Body today after reading good reviews on Google. A gentleman greeted us with a smile, took one look at the problem, and fixed it in a manner that exceeded our expectations. He was skilled, conscientious, professional, and treated us as he would want to be treated. My hats off to Arrow Auto Body.Update 2 weeks later: I returned today to fix another problem on the right front fender. This time, a gentleman named Carl met me and solved the problem right away. Again, very competent, conscientious, honest and kind. Arrow Auto Body is as straight as an arrow.

I was in a minor accident that left me needing a replacement door on my familys main vehicle. The other party agreed to pay the damage, but asked me to shop around for the best deal. Not only was Arrow the best deal out of 5 different body shops around town, they were the only shop who seemed to listen and care. Donna tookinto consideration that I was waiting with my two kids (1 and 4) and emailed me the estimate after they got all of my information. She was the first person to let me know that the door would have to be replaced, that it wasnt closing properly, but she also took the time to find a door in our price range. They were always quick to respond to my questions and adjustments, thorough in explaining what was necessary to replace versus what was cosmetic, and very timely in getting the repairs done. I know that if I ever need work done again, Ill be back to Arrow Auto Body!

I had damage from a tree branch falling on my car. they repaired the damage, blended the pain into the fenders so I cant tell any thing as even been painted its perfect.. Just like new. THEN when I get into the car OMG. it looked like the detailed the inside. it hasnt been this clean since it was new... Im very very happy with my service from these guys.

After running over a raccoon (those suckers cause a lot of damage!) I went to Arrow Autobody for repair. Tracy and Donna were helpful, kind, and able to assist me with everything I needed. The work done was of excellent quality, and it was done quickly. They handled my car rental, insurance requirements, etc. and whats more, when I picked my car up they had done light detailing, and replaced a burnt out lightbulb on their own accord. I have never been so pleased with a car repair business. I will never go anywhere else, and you shouldnt either! Thank you Arrow, working with you was awesome!
