Lynn Haffner is an outstanding agent to work with! After we tried selling our home ourselves for 6 months...we found what I like to call her- our angel! She jumped right in & began marketing our home..took beautiful photos & had a showing the very night we hired her to sell our home! Lynn is down to earth & great to work with. She is understanding to the sellers needs & knows how to market your home to sell QUICKLY. She had our home sold under 30 days of the listing date. I cant say enough about her:) If it was not for her we wouldnt be moving into our dream home in sunny FL...thank you, Lynn. You truly are a godsend!

I have been renting from Lynn Haffner for 3 years now. When I first applied for a house through her company, I looked very bad on paper, but she met with me anyways and listened to my situation. She was honest, forthright and fair. In my 3 years as a renter, I have had to call her office a couple of times for maintenance issues and have always received prompt service.I would absolutely recommend Lynn as a landlord. If you pay your rent on time, are able to be an adult about maintenance issues and are responsible she is a wonderful!! She genuinely cares about her tenants well being and wants nothing but the best for them. The few times contractors have had to come to the house to fix something, they have only good things to say about Lynn. That says a lot when the local contractors hold a landlord in high regard!!If you dont pay your rent on time or demand your hot water heater to be fixed when the whole city is without power, she will honestly tell you what she thinks of your request, and demand you pay your rent. - as she should!! Shes your landlord!!

Lynn and the Team at Haffner Rentals has managed our property since 2009 and our experience has been nothing less than excellent. As an active duty military family, we are required to move every 2-3 years and Lynn has been very accommodating in keeping us up to date by using all modes of communication to ensure we have timely and accurate information. It is nice to know that our investment is in very capable hands. Without a doubt, Haffner Rentals professional staff is worth every penny and we highly recommend using their service to manage your property/investment.

I have used Haffner Rentals to manage my two unit building in Fort Wayne for over a year now. Lynn has been great to work with and my tenants have never had any issues with her office or maintenance crew. I would recommend Haffner Rentals to anyone wanting to rent a house or apartment, or to manage a property.

After not answering a request to provide a list of possible fees upon move-out, they snuck in over $150 worth of cleaning items that were not included in their own written move-out instructions, including $25 to change a few light bulbs, and $30 to paint something that we called out on our move-in report. Then, when asked to explain and support the charges in question, they literally said they would not and tough luck.If you rent with Haffner, be sure to take pictures of every square inch of the property before you move in, and ask them for a detailed list of items they charge for on move-out in writing, and keep records of every communication. Or, just rent with anyone else.

Lynn was cordial at first, but then she refused to rent to us. We were 3 guys in our late 20s, all three with stable jobs and adequate income. She didnt take the time to meet or even remotely consider us for any of their properties. I understand that they might have had a bad experience with males in the 20s, but i found it rude that she didnt even take the time to consider us. She was rude and a bit condescending. I understand that it is her job to make sure that she is renting to people that arent going to trash the house or violate the lease; however, i felt that i was wrongfully stereotyped. Luckily, I had the patience to shop around and found better options.

I called and asked about a property. I spoke to Lynn herself and she was unnecessarily rude and not willing to work with my schedule at all to schedule A showing. She kept stressing their business hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5. How is anyone that has a job supposed to make those times work? She has a lot of nice homes, but for myself a nice home doesnt out way bad customer service And a rude landlord. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

There are two reasons I will always rent through Haffner Rentals:1.  They have always been reasonable, fair, and have followed through with everything they said they would do.2.  They have always been willing to just say no to some of the requests I have made which in my mind, taking into consideration my first point, shows transparency, which makes me and my family trust Haffner Rentals.

I have worked with Lynn for many years and from what I have seen she always does everything in her power to take care of her tenants.

I got to rent from Lynn for a year, and also bought a home from her. My husband and I feel very strongly that Lynn, in conjunction with her mortgage broker, Michelle Houlihan with Hallmark Mortgage, have a pretty damn good paycheck coming in from the advice they give their clients. Clearly, they work together religiously. My husband and I looked at multiple homes that we fell in love with, but Lynn couldnt meet up with us on time, or suddenly there was already an offer.Heres the thing: we realized the housing market was very clearly a sellers market. However, we ended up buying a house no one wanted for $10k over the initial asking price. The mortgage lady Michelle told us the mortgage payment was going to be high because my husband has great credit but told me without permission from my husband that I was not to go anywhere near having my name on the home. I left crying. It was so demeaning and rude and Lynn and Michelle both are increasingly inappropriate- Lynn has had a lack of empathy and remorse; essentially a sociopath. Michelle is more narcissistic and wants her boobjob to be noticed by men ... even when his wife and child are present.I cant count on only one hand how many times she reached over and placed her hand on my husbands hand. Wildly inappropriate and uncalled for. It made me sick.On top of all that, as a prior tenant of Lynn Haffner, every time I called and spoke with an assistant or office helper, and had a REAL PROBLEM, like mice, plumbing issues, termites, etc, the assistant tried to empathise with me and made me feel loads better. The assistant would tell me that Lynn was unavailable every single day and at that point my whole family would call and just ask to talk to her assistant because she was WONDERFUL. I think her name was Ashley.However, in the background of being on the phone, I always heard a womans voice screaming at Ashley to not encourage the renters and absolutely do not feed into their concern.The whole experience is and was and will always be ridiculously unpleasant.

COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. Im pretty sure Lynn Haffner is breaking laws left and right. Refusing to fix floors that violate health codes, being unpleasant and unprofessional in general, scheming people out of money, suing people over a negative review on the internet. Lynn Haffner is a class act. So completely disgusted with her terrible service. Will never recommended her.

We saw a house for rent here and contacted the office, but nobody knows about that place and finaly after 3 or 4 more calls they found it and told us mrs. haffner will call back ! we still waiting for this call !all together we called maybe 10 times and let several voicemessages ! they shouldnt advertise a place for rent, when they dont can take care of customers !we are very dissapointed and would NOT recomend this buiseness to anybody !But i wanna say, we never talked to mrs . haffner ! so its maybe just her staff, they dont know, what they do ! sorry for this review, but we are tired to call and beg for a place ??!! there are so much more companys out, they will be happy to take my money !

I cant believe this business has the audacity to call themselves professionals! I put down a deposit for a house that I ended up getting denied for, well after I got denied these professionals LOST my deposit! They lost it! NEVER GO THROUH HAFFNER RENTALS!
