I tend to frequent here more than Id like to admit for shipping purposes. Every experience is pleasant. With covid they do get crowded fast inside and outside. The cell phone reception in the store is not the best but the staff offers free wifi to customers that need internet. And its a well kept store thats always clean.

I dropped a package off to be sent back too Amazon. Amazon never received the package and deducted $50 of my account because of them

For the last 5 months there is always a line out the door. The price to ship packages is significantly higher than other locations. And packages are always misplaced and the sender is blamed

FIVE STARS! I came here to inquire about the price of shipping 1000 small baggies and received IMMACULATE customer service. Each of my questions were received with grace and poise. I was given a free subway giftcard and carried out like a princess.

I had the pleasure of recently visiting this store for the first time. The store itself is very cleaned and organized and the employees are very nice too. I was helped on the spot by one employee after I could not get a cell phone signal without being near their front door. I needed the Shipping Codes and because I could i, and wasnt getting a signal on my cell phone at the counter, I would have had to walk back and forth from the door to the counter and I am sure a lot of customers may have thought I was intentionally ignoring the waiting in line. The UPS employee then gave me a suggestion that I never considered before that would solve my no signal on my cell phone challenges in situations like this and best of all, this is something I can do at home and/or before I go to UPS to ship packages and I need my shipping code or codes. I really appreciated the great Customer Service I received here, and I look forward to my next visit.

I personally do not often rate the stores that I go to, but this establishment is an exception. I did not think that a shipping store would have a 5-star buffet table for the customers available, but boy was a wrong. I will definitely be coming here again.

Went to The Fort Washington UPS Store as I always do and the service is always top notch. The young lady was very helpful and communicated everything necessary to complete my transaction. Never ever had an issue with the employees at this location. Keep up the great work and stay safe !!!

Weve had a mailbox at this UPS Store for many years. Consistently outstanding service...highly, highly recommend this UPS Store location.

This store consistently maintains the absolute WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. All do their best to be RUDE and unhelpful. The owner flatly told me to go somewhere else instead of patiently trying to understand how to help. The WORST! Dont waste any time there.

I use to work at this location a long time ago. Its definitely gone down hill. Must be under new ownership. Why are features disabled on machines? Cant scan to email if someone using the only computer? Enable them on machine. Dont think theyre using there space efficiently. Seems so cramped in there.

Today I went to drop off packages for a return. The package came to me damaged but that is the same box I’m returning the item in. One of the employees came to me with a attitude and said “We can not take this the box is damaged.” I told him I didn’t do it the box came to me like that. He then said “ Well you can pay for a box or go home and find one. That’s life.” I don’t appreciate the service I received.

Very professional and caring people. There was an issue with a package that the actual delivery person caused but they (UPS Store Swann Creek) worked with me to satisfy my claim! I will use them again in the future.

I live in the neighborhood and use them all the time. They will come out to the car to get packages and process items immediately. Service is great.

The owner told me to use my common sense when I asked him what time frame my package would arrive in. How rude!!! He told me I would have to call a customer service number or go online myself- that he didnt actually work for ups he was a private franchise owner so essentially he told me to F*** off because he was closing in 5 minutes and didnt want to help me- even though I had my package tracking number. I will be reporting this to corporate; he should not have a franchise license. I got more info from the website than the actual store owner.

My worst experience ever at this UPS store Office there very impatient, they do not comprehend well, they do not follow directions well, there very disgruntle,they do not handle your packages well, they will damage your package and then try to make you held accountable when you put your package in there hands, and expected to be taking care of not only the employees are rude and impatient the owner is very nasty too.and I will never use this office again and I will make sure that none of my family or friends will never use this office ever.

I called to see about pricing on a mailbox and the RUDE young lady who took my call had an attitude, put me on hold ( though I could hear her whole conversation) and then HUNG UP on me. So since I was nearby, I went inside to let her know how rude she was! VERY unprofessional!

I have used this UPS Store several times without any issue. Good customer service.
