I had no idea what excellent customer service would be at a car dealership until my transactions with Judith. Note, they offered competitive pricing, but the reason to do the deals was that they make everything so simple and pleasant. Keep up the good work!

Not once did I feel pressured to do or buy anything throughout my time at the dealership which is often something I hate about car shopping. Like many have stated in these reviews, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Alex L and I can frankly say, it was the best buying car buying experience. Purchasing a new car can be time consuming, stressful, and nerve wrecking, but Alexs attention to details, quick hustling pace, and being extremely mindful are some of his positive assets that made the transaction seamless. His level of professionalism and courtesy is the best I have experienced in purchasing a car.To make a long story short and without throwing anyone under the bus, I spent days going back and forth at Audi Warrington and was basically suggested to go elsewhere...and elsewhere I went, and am I glad I did! Alex and I worked out a deal in 10 minutes and we were on our way.Our family has purchase several cars from both Audi Warrington and Audi Fort Washington, but going forward, we will be bringing our business to Alex L and the Fort Washington team only. The other reviews reflect that Alex brings that professional and positive energy every single day.Not all Audi dealerships have the same professional and courteous culture. Scott L, the sales manager greeted and congratulated us for our purchase. He was also genuinely appreciative of our business but honestly, the positive experience was all ours. Rob V the finance consultant did not try to upsell unnecessary packages which I greatly appreciated. But he did sincerely recommend some packages that just made sense (and those protection packages, we did purchase). All car buying experiences should be like this.I positively recommend going to Audi Fort Washington for your car buying needs!

My service representative Michael did an excellent job welcoming me, explaining what the service was going to entail and how long it would take. I also did not have my most recent insurance card and Michael assisted, I had my insurance rep email it to him and he printed it out so that he could complete the state inspection. Furthermore, I had never been able to register my car with the Audi App. Michael put me in touch with the correct service specialist that walked me through the process. All in all a very satisfying and pleasant experience.

I have been to about 5 other Audi dealers for purchase or service and this was BY FAR MY BEST EXPERIENCE! My salesman, Michael Plummer, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and a superb communicator. He made me feel comfortable and was not pushy at all. He was fast at getting the cars that I wished to test drive down to the lot so I could go between them due to a time crunch. He knew about vehicles that were not yet on the market, that I ended up purchasing. He was fast at getting me an offer for my trade, monthly payment calculations and prepped for the purchase so I would not spend as much time in the dealership. KC and Joel were also a pleasure to work with. This is a no BS dealership which I totally appreciate. The positive work environment reflects onto the customers as a positive purchase experience. Audi Ft Washington is the BEST car dealership I have ever worked with. They use up front pricing, so no hidden surprises. They did try and sell me a lo Jack system, but took it off my bill when I asked. And when I had an issue after our transaction was complete, the used car manager was completely honest with me about the source of the issue, and resolved it with no questions asked. Shout out to Scott for customer service that is sadly missing elsewhere these days. Will definitely bring my business back to Audi Ft. Washington.

Really impressed. Have had some bad experiences with other dealerships recently and was blown away with your guys service. Really felt like the team was trying to work with me to agree on fair numbers from the gun instead of trying to rip me off. Then, team worked super hard and stayed 1.5 hours late to solve some legal complications so that we could get the sale done and I wouldnt have to drive 4 hours round trip to finish a different day. The quality of the experience was so impressive it was honestly surprising. If I know of anyone in the market for a car in the future, I will certainly recommend taking a look at your inventory first because of the quality of this experience

First and foremost I would like to say I would never recommend buying a car from this dealership.We recently bought a Q5 from Audi Fort Washington and it was truly a negative experience. Outside of the first 10 minutes of meeting the salesman, the rest of the experience was very unpleasant.Though you may think that the stereotype of car dealerships being against you is not true I can assure you this experience made it seem real. It felt like we were on competing teams in a bitter rivalry the whole time. Once we started talking about purchasing the car the team at the dealership turned into what felt like enemies.I have dealt with a variety of dealers and understand they are a business and need to make a profit but with an experience like we had it is hard to see anyone buying a car from them. Never again we will make that mistake.Also, we sat there for hours waiting for our turn at 8 PM on a Tuesday and were not told anything like hey this may be a couple hours if you want to go get dinner somewhere and come back you can. Again lack of care for customers.Just when you thought that was all I had to say...theres more.On the way home from buying the car the tire pressure light comes on. Okay no big deal, fill the tires up and it should be fine right. NOPE! So we text our salesman who said if anything happens please text me. We get a message of let me look into this for you and never hear anything again. After following up multiple times we hear nothing.Then we want to get the link to the online payments portal for the loan so we call his number 3 times, leave a voice-mail, and text him. You guessed it....NO RESPONSE AGAIN.Just when we thought nothing else will happen, while we are on our beach vacation we get calls and texts saying emergency you need to send us information immediately. Turns out the finance office missed something on the day we bought the car. They continued to push us to do something we could not because we were on vacation.Guess whos fault it was the information wasnt submitted correctly....you guessed it again the dealer.Hopefully our interactions with this dealer are done forever because it will just be a painful experience anytime I see them reach out.Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I bought my car at this dealership a year ago. It was a really good experience. However I took my car in for its first service today. My appointment was at 12;15 for an oil change and inspection. I booked appointment on line and stated I was waiting. 3 hours later my car was done! Totally unacceptable! No one came out to say they were running behind or offer a loaner or called me to say they were running behind today. I will be taking it to a different dealership in the future!

The only thing is that the servicer forgot to run the car through the washer and the new tires didnt really look new, there was sticky white stuff all around the rim, but the job was done, car drives great and the process was smooth, rental was awesome.

My Sales Person was really welcome who is Alexander! But,When someone who buys a 85,000 USD vehicle asks for a small gift, I think you should be able to give that gift. My wife asked you for the Suitcase she liked there as a car gift. You very stingily refused my wifes request! So sad. Courtesy is required. A womans request can never be turned down. You also delivered the car to me with a scratch. At the very least, that gift should have been given, even as an apology. You are in very small accounts. What a pity.

My Service Provider Mike was outstanding and the support team was so friendly when I dropped off the loaner. The gentleman, (didnt get his name) Washed my car and provided it EXCELLENT Customer Care(BTW Love the New 2021 Audi 360 Camera in the A5)This has nothing to do with the service appointment, but the designers really should not put the cup holder right under the controls its just not a good position especially for tall drinks. But nevertheless, overall experience was above and beyond.

Nice vehicles bad service. Bought a used BMW from them they were horrible in resolving the “we owe you” issue and within the first 30 days we had to have the oil and brake fluid changed which should’ve been done on the “thorough” inspection they claimed to have done. Matt not only tracked a tire down (while I was waiting for a tow truck) but got into the shop and when I arrived at Audi, got me in and out within an hour! But it’s hugely frustrating to be told by those who leased me the car that they have little to no control over how to get the car repaired. This was a major malfunction in a car that has 6,000 miles, and reflects poorly on the Audi brand. I’m significantly less likely to buy or lease a car from Audi after this experience.

Bought a car in March and now it is July. I still cannot legally drive this car because they have no idea where the Title is. Since I live in NJ and bought the car in PA, the Title needs to be sent to the NJ DMV to get it registered properly. From the sounds of it, they never sent the Title out when I purchased it in March, and they just sent it out at the end of June. My communication towards them has been nothing but patient with them. I have never been rude with them, all I want to know is where the Title is. At this point, I am just getting ignored. The person who sold me the car gave me the number to the Title Clerk for their facility but she has not answered any of my calls, voice messages, or text messages. Like I said, I have been nothing but patient and understanding. Obviously things are still a bit off with our economy and workforce due to COVID, and the mailing system/delivery services can be behind. But it has gotten to a point where I am being ignored and this is just unprofessional. I am currently paying for a car I cannot legally drive.*** Update - originally a 1 start. Bumped it to 3 stars for getting things resolved. I am now legally able to put the car on the road***

Customer service is good when helping you purchasing a vehicle. However, its the lack of assistance you will receive afterwards if you have any issues. I realize that my minor concerns may not be relevant to most, but they are to me. I accidentally left a few items in the car I traded in. I reached out the the sales person the following day (and others after that) asking if he could assist with me getting those items sent to me. When on the phone they seemed very interested in helping, then NOTHING. I later received a text from a member of their staff asking how my experience with went. When I responded back with my concerns, (you guessed it, I heard NOTHING back)I know that me as one person is not going to make or break this dealership.
