I have been to this store a few times. I normally get helped by TJ who is a very Amazing worker and is always ready to help me figure out what I want to do with my switch and gaming systems. David TJ are very knowledgeable about everything in the Shop. I called the store and talked to their Supervisor and told him how great they are and he seemed really happy. This store is Amazing and I am so glad it is on Fort Stewart

They are very accommodating when soldiers have game reservations and are in the field at the time of release. Had a situation where that happened to me and they were very understanding and allowed me to pick it up 6 days after the release date which I was very thankful for.

Manager is really well spoken and ensures you have everything you need. The rest of the workers are exactly the same, and the place is always organized.

Been a GameStop member for years today went to exchange my PS4 controller which I had to warranty for and was given a hard time about exchanging had to go to another location for the exchange iwill not be returning to this location ever again will stay with the one in hinesville where I dont have to worry about be giving a hard time

Was sold a defective ps4 and gamestop refused to take it back told me to call the manufacturer.. will never buy from them again unless for a controller on the spot or something small even those sometimes are defective.

I go here almost every other week. Everyone is really friendly and they have a couple cute girls who work here.

I like this location. Doesnt have a huge selection of used games like the other store in Hinesville, but the employees here remember your face & are very friendly. Plus they open earlier for those who like to pick up their pre-orders first thing in the morning.
