Beau did an incredible job replacing the old plastic but on my Strat with a bone nut and doing a setup. The thing plays so smooth now. Anyone who needs work done on their guitar definitely needs to go see him.

I cannot say enough good things about this Shop. I took my Alvarez in for a buzzing pickup. After hearing my options BEFORE any work was done, I ended up with a new pickup, end jack and I also had the setup done as well. This guitar has never played or sounded better. Ive had Beau work on several guitars and have had great results every time. I recently bought a used Stratocaster online with some high frets and issues with the nut. Beau did a fret level/setup and it now plays great. Definitely worth the drive from NW Arkansas down to Fort Smith.

I had a string emergency while tracking my EP and Cousins responded to my message immediately, drive to meet me to open the shop outside of regular hours, and built me a custom set with no extra charge. In my fifteen years of playing music, never have I encountered such a devotion to making sure I could keep playing from another shop. Good business, good products, incredible people!
