I swear these 2 that are working today not the Brightest of the ones Ive seen before To the point that I had to go in and tell them that my pump wasnt on And then the lady comes out and says thand says that its not pumping unlike it is pumping she pulls the pump out of my truck and gets gas all over me The sandwiches were thrown together and looked like my 7 year old grandson made it....

Upselling is the best around most of the time, very few rude people.

The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. My husband went inside to try to pay for gas and the cashier (her name is Lori) didn’t asked what kind of gas we needed and got very worked up when he asked her a simple question “do I need to tell you or do I push outside what kind of gas I need” and she responded with “well it’s your job to tell me” and then he said “well I thought you would’ve asked” and she responded with “well since you know everything so well why don’t you get an application to come work here” and when he asked for her managers number she said “well you’ll have to look it up because I don’t know it” but overall her service and her attitude were very unprofessional.

My sister and I stopped in last night for what was supposed to be a quick in and out, the cashiers working were complaining the entire time about being short handed and possibly getting called back in. There was only one guy in front of me and it took a very long time to get rang up. We almost said screw it and left. Ive been a cashier before, you dont complain about your job and hold.the line up to talk to your co worker. Very unprofessional behavior.

This was an awesome store to be apart of.. our customers became life time friends, and our employees became family.. I thank all of the customers for all of their loyalty and support, and thanking the staff for a memorable experience.. Frankly the cleanest bathroom of most of Ft Smiths gas stations. Friendly staff too.

Got diesel this morning, turned the pump on, rang up $0.04 before I even touched it. Doesn’t seem like much, but that’s a lot of money if you do it all day long. Thieves.
