Bought a Townie e bike. Josh the salesman knew his stuff. Having knee issues I needed something to assist that issue. The bike store knows their stuff and got me into a townie e bike. Thanks Phat Tire, Josh and Issac for helping me with all. Including the bike rack.

For starter the guys were able to help me locate the bike I was searching for as I’ve never own anything outside of Academy. After a few short days of shipping it finally arrive and was it amazing. They even were able to repair my old bike while I was waiting for the new one to arrive. Anytime I need the new one looked at for the simplest adjustments they’re happy to help and quickly get me back out there on the trail!!

Friendly and ready to assist! I took an old Mt Bike (not their brand) that I purchased new 23 years ago in to have evaluated to determine if it would even be worth repair or just to buy a new bike. I figured that they would be pushing for me to purchase a new one; however, they looked my bike over and to my surprise, “Sure, we can fix your bike”. I was ready to hear the bad news and have to purchase a new one that day. After that, I was ready to buy my wife a bike! I will definitely be back for all my service and purchases!

They had the bikes we wanted in stock! The help we received was awesome, and they were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Every time I go into Phat Tire the employees are kind and listen to what I need. Most recently they tuned up my 23 year old bike to make it safe again so I can ride it with my son on the back in a baby seat. Can’t wait for upcoming adventures!

We blew up a cassette and chain on hammer down late Saturday afternoon, guys in the Bentonville shop helped me find the part but it was in Fort Smith.Parker helped me find an 11 speed cassette and met me on Easter Sunday morning at the Fort Smith shop and we got my bike rolling again. The people at Phat Tire in Fort Smith know there stuff and don’t seem to mind answering questions. The shop is clean and stocked with a decent amount of inventory given current supply chain issues. I was a kid in a candy store, or a bike store I suppose.

These people are know their business. It took a while, but I got the bike that I wanted, thanks to these guys.

This isn’t where I bought my first bike, but it will definitely be where I buy my next. I was having issues with my first one and these guys really took care of me getting it fixed and back on the road.

I didnt buy directly from the store i bought a bmx from one of the employees off marketplace but Ive been here before and they always have amazing service. The second i walk in i hear how can i help you. Im also glad to see more bmx stuff coming in it really supports the scene in arkansas and even oklahoma where i live.
