Some of the other employees did not seem to want to help and we’re addicted to their phones. Kevin was right there and got me the exact part I needed.

I work on cars on the side, this is my go to place. I love the staff and have always had a great experience every time I go in. Which is very often. They are all very helpful and quick to help. Also I love that the guys at the counter do not treat my wife as if she does not know what she is talking about. She has grown up working on cars as she comes from a family of mechanics. And this is one of the only parts stores that does not try to act like she does not know anything and treat her different because she is a woman. We have never had any problems.with advance auto. On one occasion the guy at the counter had just started and wasnt sure what my wife was asking about after 10 minutes she had taught him something. He thanked her and apologized. And as she told him everyone learns something new everyday. And she was glad she could help. Now when she walks in he asks her if she is going to teach him something new today. They are all very friendly and work hard to make sure that each visit is better than the last. They strive to make every experience a great one. I recommend them to everyone that I know.

Went to have Check Engine Light Diagnosed and they were so helpful. Checked for free & gave me the code to take to my mechanic. Luckily its a small leak with evaporative emission control systems. Anything from gas cap not on tight enough to.... a tiny leak in a hose somewhere.Knowing what is possibly wrong makes me feel better about driving it now. Was very worried before they helped me.Advanced Auto Parts is the place to go for professional help.

I stopped by to get my battery tested after I had to push start my truck. Keldon came out and tested my battery, but it showed to be in good working condition. After looking around Keldon noticed my positive terminal was loose and too large for my cable. We replaced it right there in the parking lot and Ive been trouble free ever since. Keldon went above and beyond to satisfy the customer! One more note, this all happened just as the store was about to close. Great job!

Advance has wonderful customer service. They have helped me multiple times with my vehicle needs from light bulbs to radiators so on and so forth. They not only have the parts you need but also great prices. And if they dont have the part most of the time they can get it the very next day.

We were hearing noise coming out of the car and my husband couldnt find where. So I asked him to see if one of the guys could help. They were so good about coming out and he found out what our problem was within 5 min. We are very grateful for his help and he even showed my husband also. And gave us a few places that we could get help. God Bless them. My husband just had surgery and walks with a crutch.

If your going to go to Advanced Auto Parts, use the one on Rogers Ave. in Ft. Smith.The manager and staff there are so much better and actually care about their customers. Example: They installed a battery in my Z71 while it was raining and never complained about it. Now thats customer service. Cant say that about the store on Zero St. when they told me they couldnt install the battery in my pickup. I wont go back there ever again.

Advance auto parts will no longer honor any warranty on any part after 45 days. Doesnt matter if you bought it online or bought it in the store. If you go to this store and you deal with Jake or Zach They will not help you and will lie to you to get you to leave the store. Good luck when you file a complaint with advance auto parts corporate because they will take all your information and just blow it out the window. Now I have at least $15k in lifetime warranty parts that once they go out I will have to buy new ones. Looks like I am done shopping at advance auto parts. Go to OReillys unless you want to be throwing your money away when you got to replace the part.

Very poor service. Came in to get assistance with power steering and after 3 employees looking at my vehicle, 2 of them left the store without saying anything and the third didnt even attempt to continue to help

My truck was not getting power. Dying on the road on the way there. Got there and Edgar an employee at the store. Went above and beyond to help me out. I actually chose to go across town to Edgar instead of just down the road to a competitor bc Edgar had help me about a week ago with another vehicle I was having problems with. I made ot but barely. Lol If I ever need parts for my vehicle again I will always go to this store. Friendly no bs staff that is there to help.

Dont trust any auto parts store employee to just give you a part the computer says that fits your car. Bring the part in to compare or know what youre looking for before you end up making multiple trips.
