James(sell representative) was very nice. He did his best to answer all my concerns and to get me financed and out the door the same day. It sadly took two days but he stayed in contact with me through the whole process and was very professional. When it was time to pick up the bike, James and Don stayed after hours finalizing everything, and ensuring that I was able to pick up the Bike.

I just want to say that first of all. Buying my bike from there was a very good experience. Very friendly salesman buying was very easy. The thing I have such a big problem with is the service area.First of all I put my bike in the shop there 2 weeks after I bought it to get a bad stator replaced. They had the bike for 3 weeks. They finally got the part and told me it was done. The day they called it was raining pretty bad so I ask to come get it the next day. When I got there I realized they left it out side all night. That wasnt the bad part. The next morning I noticed the battery dead. Took it back to them. They said they tested it but I dont think so because it wasnt charging. Turns out I had to fix some of the wires they pinched in the cover and they had the wires in strange places like wedged between the engine and the cover. Basically I had to fix theyre fix. $469.00 and it wasnt even right. Needless to say, I will never return nor will anyone I know.

Poor customer service. Talked me Into a tire popped within a month. Then the manager says sorry about you bad luck. I live in ft smith and will just keep driving all the way to fayetteville so I wont have to deal with this shady store. Gives all Hondas a bad name.And their response says it all..... we just want your money now, not you to come back and keep buying from us cause we do what is right.

I flew down from Iowa to purchase a motorcycle from them, got held up in Texas for 12 hours due to rains in Dallas and a tornado in Fort Smith. So, here I am messaging the dealer updates on my flight, etc etc. I finally land in Fort Smith around 2 a.m. Booked a hotel, not only did the dealership owner and the GM come to pick me up on their day off, a Sunday, but they also picked me up in a sweet party van! These people have gone above being accommodating.They opened up the shop for me, and there it was. My beautiful 2013 Victory Vegas. Just called the parts department to check on some measurements for a backrest because I was having problems locating the measurements online and the guy in the parts department specifically said that he will order me one if I wanted to buy one but he would not give me the measurements for the backrest so that I could buy a part online but hell sure order me one Im pretty sure the manager of the owner wouldnt appreciate that kind of public relations its not good for business very disappointed and will never buy anything from them

Had an appointment to have wheel balancers installed. After looking at the forecast, the time I was scheduled to bring it in, it was supposed to be a high chance of rain. Dont really care about riding my Goldwing in the rain. So the day before I called and talked to their service manager (Shelby) and voiced my concerns. He fully understood and had me bring my bike in the day before my appointment (which was the same day I called). When I arrived, he had to leave because of an illness, but my bike was taken in on time and I was out of there within an hour. Had a good conversation with their GM (Don) and have a very good feeling about this dealership. Nothing but great things to say about the people employed and if Im ever in the need for another motorcycle purchase, I will be back!!

They put a front tire on my sport bike backwards..

They done a great job on my 2001 Shadow, they had to find carburetors for it because mine went bad and had been discontinued by honda, they went above what they had to do to make sure it was running great and it runs smoother then it has since Ive had it. They kept me informed on each step and done their best to keep the cost as low as possible while providing top quality in the performance of my bike. I greatly appreciate the time they spent to make it affordable for me to have my bike fixed and having to live on a fixed income due to severe back issues. I highly recommend them and their work.

Don Lewis and his team made my buying experience excellent.I purchased a consignment motorcycle from Honda Power Sports in February 2020. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to pick up the bike until the first week in May. Don and his team stored the bike free of charge. In addition, when I finally arrive in Fort Smith, it was after hours. Don picked me up at the airport and completed required paperwork after hours on his own time so I could leave early the next morning.That is exceptional service after the sale. I would happily buy another product from Don and team without hesitation.

My first experience with Honda Power Sports was actually with their service department. My limp 2020 Can Am Renegade XMR 1000 started, but wouldn’t move. After talking with Shelby, the service manager, on the phone, I drove it down from Northwest Arkansas, fully aware there was a one month service back log.Still, not only did he give it a quick diagnosis upon arrival, narrowing the issues some, he stayed in contact with me on every decision made with regards to my ATV.After Dustin replaced the damaged belt with a more durable one, it still wouldn’t budge. So Shelby called me and got the ‘go-ahead’ then dove right into my engine compartment. An hour later he called once again (boy, this guy loves making phone calls 😂), letting me know they had located the issue.Once debris, clamoring up the clutch region was removed, the problem was resolved. It took them just a few short days to get me back onto the muddy trails, and my out-the-door cost was reasonable. The personnel at Honda Power Sports are professional, courteous and no-nonsense people. They definitely get my business every time!

I took a very short ride onTuesday and punctured the rear tire on my brand new Honda Gold Wing. After realizing I could not do a emergency repair, I called Honda Powersports of Fort Smith. I spoke to Shelby, Service Manager, who recommended a towing service, since I was very concerned about the treatment and handling of my new bike. Shelby said they would be awaiting the arrival of my bike. The next morning, Shelby called and said my bike was ready and new tire installed. Bought new here as I wanted to buy and spend my money locally. Brought sxs in for first service, pretty simple, change oil, check valves etc. Been down there late in second week, and they still have not started. Did not know I was buying a shop queen. Story is if the guys quit calling in I will get to it

We just left another place we are looking for quads and a bike we had our credit ran at a high 6 and got approved but we didnt like anything there so we went to honda powersports and soon as we walked in we got profiled on how we looked and said they dnt do in house finaceing and it would be hard to get us approved well u just missed out on 3 buys I will never suggest anybody to go to honda power sports the lady there was too judgemental because of the way we looked 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Purchased a Vanderhall Venice. Being located in Houston i had concerns about making a purchase without actually seeing the vehicle. Well Don eased my concerns. Recently had my Honda Pioneer in for its first service and although I dont understand why it cost more to service a SXS that it dose a pick up truck I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the courtesy of the staff. The work was finished when promised and my Pioneer was cleaner when I picked it up than it was when I left it. Good job guys!

Purchase a Spyder from an ad on the internet. I worked with Aleshia from Honda power sport. I was from out of state and had to work arrangements out through emails and phone calls. Aleshia worked with me and took care of everything on her end. She saw that it was shipped and always kept me updated on the progress. They was super to work with.

Alright so heres the low down Im not your typical reviewer normally not worth my time who cares right? But theses guys are shaddy theres not many choices in Fort Smith but Ive tried doing business with these guys on more than one occasion there your typical sales scum the finance guy is a joke trying to put as much in his pocket with no regard to the fact that hes ripping you off they will give you nothing for your trade and try there best to rip you off high pressure garbage anyways if you can find something somewhere else do so I wasted half my day fooling with these guys

I bought a watercraft “tested” by their mechanics team to be in “lake ready” condition. They knew it was messed up and did not tell me about it. They were just offloading the messed up watercraft on an unknowing customer which happened to be me. I will never return to this dealership. I still like and have Honda’s...just avoid this dealer located on towsen avenue.

I truly enjoy going in to see all the different types of motorcycles and watercrafts, love the Vanderhalls. I will have one, one of the Vanderhalls one day😃

Let me preface this with the fact that it has been 5+ years since i was last here. Bought 2 helmets. Had lots of choices, good experience. THIS TIME....What a disappointing trip. Looking for a new (Modular) helmet. So...i walk in and go over to the helmets. Find a Bell sz. XXL and try it on. Sales guy comes over and asks if he can help. I ask if he has an XL. He tells me the sizes are on the helmets and walks over and grabs a GMax, full face in an XL, telling me ( GET READY FOR IT) that they all fit about the same. I say I want a modular. So he walks ovet to the open face helmets and says,,,, how about a 3/4, will that work? He says they can special order 1. I try to explain that i am looking and want to try on a helmet. I said thank you and walk out. Evidently in ft. Smith, unless you want a GMax your out of luck. Same issue at yamaha dealer. Lots of GMax choices. He says he wears HJC. No luck in FS or HS. Will try Russellville Honda next.

I dont recommend the service department for work on Can Am spyder! I took mine in for a vibration at certain speeds in 5&6th gear and I told them what every one is saying that is causing that problem and they didnt want to hear it! I got a call the next day saying it was improper tire pressure. I disagreed andcwas told even my GM ride it and its fine! Well low and behold on way home same vibration still there. So I called back and was told same thing my GM rode it! So no I dont recommend Honda ft smith. Take a drive to NWA or Hot Springs you wont regrets it!

Bought an ATV at a different dealership and had terrible support after a problem. Took it to Power Sports of Fort Smith and they took care of it in less then an hour. Highly recommend this ATV dealership.

Dont waste your money here, go to fayetteville or Russellville. I bought a new honda ruckus here and the rings were lined up, it blew up that week and they finnally fixed it. It did this once more at 900 miles, they refused to honor the warranty, I had to pay. The valves closed at 1,500 miles and again they refused to honor the warranty. When I called the main honda place, the fort smith manager told them I had tampered with the bike to make it do all this so I was out 3k the bike is uses less. Still love the brand, but ill go to fayetteville next time.

I brought in my 2018 Honda cbr 300r,bc it was ticking like a rod hitting in the motor so i took it up there and they kept my bike for a week then after calling three times finally on on that Thursday he called and said it was ready.i went up there exited to get my bike back and do some riding in this beautiful weather and I get up there and the service guy tells me that he thinks it was the chain and after taking it down the road and back I noticed that it had not been fixed all they did was the service and ajusted the chain which was noticed later that the chain was now extremely lose, also after picking it up, at a restaurant I noticed that there was a scratch on the tank a scuff marks on the side,I know this bc I take care of and keep my bike clean,also upon brining it up there the guy told me that I was 30 miles away from needing a service which would have been 500 miles,so when I picked it up it had 550 miles on it. So these people had my bike for a week didnt fix it put 80 miles on it and scratched it. I then took it back like an idot and had him tighten the chain back and now it makes noise,and clangs every time I go over a bump of any sort. If this is not made right I am going to the better business bureau,this is my first bike being a Honda and already Im having bad experiences. So I highly recommend to not take anything of yours up there to these conartist.

There must be at least six Honda / Can Am dealers closer to us, but we drive 158 miles EACH WAY to do business with Power Sports of Fort Smith, because of their honesty and professionalism. They are on time, right, competitive, and they stand by their work, always.We bought our 2nd Spyder from them in 2014 and a Sea Doo 260GTX. Our most recent purchase was a Honda Pioneer 1000 EPS. No other dealer has ever turned a wrench on any of our sport vehicles. Its worth the drive.Today 4-21-2021, we purchased yet another toy from Honda of Fort Smith. We live in Mississippi now, but still summer near Branson, MO. We drove to Fort Smith for our 2020 Vanderhall Carmel GT.
