Excellent quality carpet, fast, efficient installation. This is the second time I have been a customer and was not disappointed.

Worst installation ever! They removed the carpet but not the baseboards which they were supposed to do as we were not going to replace them. Because of this, the flooring does not meet the wall and we have a gap greater that baseboard widths which we did not plan to replace since this is an office. We have tried to call to get this settled and nobody seems to return calls, come to inspect the issues and we are out all the money we paid them through our GC. Even the GC is not hounding them the way they should. Now all I can do is spend more money which I dont have and replace with something else through someone that can get the job done right. Total incompetence!
