No one answers the phone, the cashiers are very rude, and they overcharge me twice, get your receipt and check it out.

I have been dealing with the family for years very friendly and strong family workers are excellent friendly atmosphere

Went in twice, the owners are a very nice black couple. If you are from up North where everyone is rude, you will experience the true southern charm of rural America in this small store. We went two times over the labor day weekend, because of the weather we sat inside and drank more than usual hence the return trip to the store. Sadly we were just vacationing two bad we dont live by close. The owners are so nice and helpful. I only hope they have many years of success.

I went into Cartoons Carwash on 9/20 and took my car through the carwash at 6:42am and there was nothing but water. No soap at all. Friday 9/21 I went back in to either get a refund or another wash and was told only the owner could handle that. The woman at the check cashing place was just plain rude and didnt care to help at all. The young lady in the liquor store was very nice and took a copy of my receipt and I put my name and number on it for the owner to call me. I still have not received a call. I went back in today 9/24 and was told the owner had not been in and they could not do anything. I asked for the owners number and was given the number of Down South Liquors. When I called they said Mr. Dixon was not in but they would have him call me. He does not permit his employees to do refunds or give another car wash. Really??? Is there an epidemic of bad car wash fraud even with a receipt. If Mr. Dixon cannot trust his employees to correct a problem then there should be another way to rectify an issue. I am not asking for anything more than a proper wash. I was also told that the bay I used was now shut down as it is not working. I have been using this car wash for years without any issues. This is an example of poorly run business. I will not go back in there and will wait and see if Mr. Dixon ever calls.

Great establishment with friendly staff. The drive-thru is always quick and friendly. Their pre-made frozen drinks are tasty and refreshing. Make sure to tip the girls and Fabian while youre there they all work very hard for their money.

Were new to the area, and have only been there twice, but both times we have had really good customer service. I have also never been to a drive thru liquor store, so we walked in the first time and drove thru the second time. Both times we were treated very well. We would definitely go back!

Every time we go either to the drive thru or inside, there is one particular lady that gives us so much attitude!! We had to walk out amd not take any slushies due to her attitude. I told her why is it that you are so rude when we come.. She said and i quote its because Im black that im saying that. I said no, its cause of your attitude, and that has no color! I didnt get her name, but i hope she aint the manager or worse the owner!! I was so embarrassed and ao was my family who was visiting us. I understand if i started off with attitude or i was mean but i aint even asking for the things to be free!! SMDH
