From the first time we visited the store to the day we purchased (a month later), Cristina and Joe were FABULOUS. They were not only cordial but also very knowledgeable. There have a variety for all different price ranges and were happy to explain all the models we asked questions about. We were a bit hesitant to go due to COVID but they had disposable liners to go over the beds and pillows. We were very happy with the service and the contracted delivery company they hired to deliver our mattress.

My in-store experience was great . Very helpful !!!Unfortunately, the reason I had to go in is my online experience was more than awful. We bought a mattress for my wife online . She is having total knee replacement surgery and she needs a higher mattress.We bought this on August 20th. Delivery was scheduled a month later which we thought was crazy. A day before the delivery date and two days before the surgery we received a message that it would not be delivered until November 15, three months after the purchase date and two months after the surgery we purchased it for. We had to buy a new frame to accommodate the bed we have now. Our frame purchase was at a Mattress Firm thinking they may offer some kind of discount for out inconvenience. Unfortunately the retail stores hands were tied because we purchased it online. The salesmen couldn’t have been nicer. I guess the moral of the story is always go to a retail location With Mattress Firm. Buying online gives you no recourse if there is an issue. No one to talk to. All chat or text.Hopefully Mattress Firm will make this right by refunding our money for the frame we didn’t want or discounting the mattress price for our wait.Stay tuned, I will post the results on major social media outlets as things progress.

The sales person Brandy was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about her product.Brandy was very helpful in answering all of our questions to our satisfaction. We had intended to purchase a simple bed, however Brandy made sure that we knew what was completely available for us. So we wound up purchasing a much better bed. Had to knock the review down a star because she added a $50.99 “platinum service” charge in addition to the $99.00 device charge I already agreed to pay (on a $1800.00 purchase.) It’s a sneaky policy of Mattress Firm to add on fees without informing the customer. She did remove the additional charge when I complained.

This was the best experience Ive ever had at a mattress store! Chris and Stanley were so much fun and completely honest with everything. They are kid friendly as well.
