I havent been to Sallys in many many many years but my hair was totally ruined by a dye kit from a not so known hair shop so i decided this time around lets try sallys, i went to the one on Okeechobee in Fort pierce.I did not remember to ask the saleswoman her name 🤦‍♀️ but she had long black hair with a tint of green in it.But my experience was great. For starters the store was very clean. I went in, took one look around and my head about exploded theres just so many products! So I said I have absolutely no friggin clue what Im looking for but my hair is extremely damaged and Im looking for good quality low/no chemical hair stain rather then a dye kit. After showing and discussing a few options with me we decided to go with Strawberry Leopard Fire red hair color. She alone deserves 5 stars!The product itself I give 5 stars as well. Its smells SOOOOOOOO good I almost fell asleep while it was being applied in my hair, it has a very fruity scent but in a very mellowing kind of way. Now the color barely took to my natural brunette color BUT im still giving it 5 stars because on the bottle it states for best results hair should be prelightened, and just my roots werent. But I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the end result and I will definitely be going back for this product and more once I have some healthy growth back.Ive added before and after pictures!

First time coming into this store & I will definitely be back. The store is immaculate & clean & the staff was amazing. The Manager was super nice & I didnt get the lady that helped us name but she had purplish and blonde hair and was absolutely so nice and so helpful. She helped us the entire time we were in the store. I will definitely recommend Sallys. Especially this one.

Ordered ahead for easy and quick pickup provided credit card information and still took almost 20 minutes for transaction. The sales rep had a mask on her chin not covering nose and mouth. Not including myself were five other customers wearing mask correctly not wanting to be exposed to vivid. NOT GOOD.

Service was just fine. Selection was just fine. Store was clean as near as I could tell. However, the bottle of 30 developer I purchased contained a unwelcome surprise. Got it home, opened it up to use it and found the contents of the bottle to be WATER😳.... Note to self... thoroughly check any future purchases before leaving the store🤦.

They are usually out of alot of different hair colors that I am looking for so ill give 4 stars, but with that being said, I always leave satisfied regardless considering all of ghe other supplies that they carry. Staff js wonderful as well.

When I entered I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff. The shelves were organized and tidy. There were a few things on the floor but nothing messy. Checkout was fast and I received a receipt.

Good prices. The younger girl was helpful.I didnt know what I needed to dye my hair and she showed me everything without trying to make me buy things I didnt need. Good store.

Not very friendly. They never have what u need in stock. I went there on April 20,2017 and noticed the door was locked. I called to find out what was going on and was told they were having a meeting and would reopen in 10 min. Well how about 20 min later they finally reopened. Me being a faithful customer waited patiently. While sitting there 6 people came by and pulled on the door and left. Once inside thats when I discovered they didnt even have what I needed. I asked the sales clerk to see if they had it in the back yes she went and looked but no they didnt have it in the back as usual. She didnt even say well would you like for me to call another store to see if they have it in stock. Well I ended up calling SLW Sallys and they had everything I needed. Thanks Michelle you were very helpful and courteous.

The manager is 100% caring and accommodating, I can tell she is training world class customer service employees. The store is clean and organized, shelves are stocked, the employees are ready to help and dont hover you once you dont need them. This is my favorite sallys location.

More variety for my 4c hair then SLW store. Manager is always nice to me with a smile
