The owner or the technician, whichever, was not personable and changed prices multiple times during the consultation. (Priced higher each time without added goods or services) Would not recommend. Maybe good at repairs. I didn’t need repairs though.

My wifes Grandfather is the owner great man. He will do everything he can to get you the best prices on new or used computer as well as on repairs. I used him before I met my wife and the quality of work is unbeatable.

The owner went above and beyond. I bought memory sticks and he took the time to check compatibility of the sticks, and made certain my system was operating correctly. I paid much less than if I had gotten them from eBay or Amazon.

My Computer Died Today!! Thats right dead, not working and boy did it pick the perfect time to die, right in the middle of Tax Season!! I couldnt even take appointments because I couldnt bring up my calendar. I was like a fish out of water and a few times today it did feel like my oxygen had been cut off!! But if Im posting this then something good must have happened. I was SAVED BY BOBBY AT DEKALB COMPUTERS IN FORT PAYNE!! He sold me a new computer and DID NOT hold me up on the price when I told him how desperate I was. (a couple of other places quoted me prices twice as much as what I paid) On top of that he was able to get all my stuff off the old computer and put in on the new one so that I wasnt lost when I started the new one up. And he did all that and had me up and running again by 10 pm.!!What a guy!! I have a new computer, I didnt get taken to the cleaners on the price & he saved all my information so I can keep getting people the tax refunds they love so much. So remember that when you need anything for your computer. THANK YOU DEKALB COMPUTERS!!! BOBBY YOU ARE THE BOMB!!
