I had a return and they put the money on a gift card. So I went the next day to get some sales items. When I checked out the money was not on the card. And I had to call the number on card and I still have never heard back from them.. its been more than a week ago.. so do I kiss 100.00 dollars bye.. Im so upset with them...

I love shopping in this store. Everything is neatly laid out for easy shopping but a little pricey. I dont usually shop there unless they have a sale or I have a coupon.

This location has alot of beautiful decorative items as well as anything you need for making your favorite crafts.

I forgot how great this place is. I stopped in to look for something and the people I got help from were very nice. I also found some handles for another project I was doing and didn’t even think that I could get them here. They were very unique and I loved them.

Multiple hiccups in the Custom Framing was very disappointed but Zack went the extra mile and made me smile he was able to complete my framing job today so I can take it with me tomorrow. Best customer service way to go Zack!

Helpful staff who know where everything is located! I needed a lot of acrylic paint and canvases for a pour project, and found both for much cheaper than I was expecting!

Hobby Lobby stopped doing coupons!They lost my business. Coupons are a good way to save on one item when you purchase much for crafts.Looks like they too want to take advantage of covid times

Because every time I go in there theres always something else 50% off the signs are clearly noted. Isles easy to maneuver down very wide and Im in there for a project and end up with 50 more before I get out the door. The very thing that like most is all of the free how to DIYs painting in every Department. For anyone thats crafty and wish that you knew had to do something set you dont know how these pamphlets fantastic for starting points to learn

Hobby lobby is so cool. I could spend a whole day in there. Id be broke but it would be worth it.

Frames are always beat up and only worth the 50% off price at best.

Ive always enjoyed this store. Clean, neat. Nice employees. Wish the shelves had been more stocked but possibly due to Christmas being brought out. Just wish stores would go through other holidays before breaking out the December decorations.

Very clean store with friendly staff and well stocked! Great sales all the time! Dont forget you can ALWAYS use the 40% off coupon on one regularly priced item. I usually just pull it up on my smartphone and they scan it. If you do 2 seperate transactions they will let you use it twice!

Zack in printing was very nice and helpful! Love the positive attitude and friendly face =)The atmosphere was pleasant. Tons of colors and the organization is always wonderful!!We shop here for cross stitch supplies and Metal Earth models. Prices can be high but I enjoy the fact theres always coupons on their app!

I am sad I lost my receipt and can’t do a survey. I just bought a cricket a few weeks ago from Dalton hobby lobby... they were nice but not very helpful in telling me what I may need. I went to Fort Oglethorpe and the assistant manager Danielle(I believe) was stocking close to the cricket isle. Told her I was ready to sell my machine because I couldn’t figure it out. She literally stood there for 15 minutes showing me what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. So shout out to her for helping me understand how to do the simple things. I am so grateful!!

Always clean and organized. Prices varies can be a little expensive if not on sale. A helpful hint is to Google Hobby Lobby & get the coupon before checkout as I have never went without finding one!! Customer Service was good but they will not tell you about online coupons which does have restrictions noted on it. Can find some unique items!!

Im honestly not a huge fan of the chain, however this location is nice, neat, and clean. Employees are very nice and helpful. Co-Manager in the custom frame shop was super helpful. The price of custom framing was way cheaper than other craft stores in the areas.
