I am a hair stylist Ive never been treated do bad in my life. Cashier was rude and told me this was the only time she would look my account up and after I paid for my purchase I ask her if I could have a bag and she replied for 15 cents. Customer was behind me. She could have been a little nicer. I wont be back in your store.

They ask you to buy a paper bag to tote the products, you just bought, from them!!!! Who does that??

Sales girl was not very helpful and acted like I was a bother when i had questions about hair color. AnD when i used the color it was not what i asked for n turned out awful!!!

Does not have a good selection of products for people of color, I always end of driving to Chattanooga or Dalton when this store is only five minutes away from my home. They keep telling me to the 800 number. Very disappointed
