I went to Ft. Myers Oxygen 2 years ago after a bad experience at a supplier on Plantation Rd. These people actually care. Great service finally get supplies on time covered by insurance. They have always addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Staff is great.
Could not be happier that my doctor switched me over from another place that had the worst customer service. The difference was night and day. From the moment they received orders from my doctor they called to let me know they were working on getting my machine.The communication was excellent. So happy with Lorenzo and he made the switch super easy. Jenny at the front is so helpful and friendly as well.And Laura! We love Laura! She’s so amazing and patient and just takes her time explaining everything.I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service.
Walked right in to the store on Cleveland Avenue on Fort Myers, FL with a simple request and in just a few minutes, got EXACTLY what I needed; and the cost was less than what you’d pay online! The staff there is VERY friendly and absolutely efficient and quick!! FORT MYERS OXYGEN is the place I will be sure to come to for whatever my Father-in-Law (or anyone in my family) will need for the health care supplies they carry!

Had a warranty replacement issue with a travel.cpap. Jennifer took care of it in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. I had the device in time for my next trip.
I was having issues on my vacation with my cpap and Jennifer called me as soon as she walked in the door in the morning! She was very helpful in explaining my options and even gave me a great price on new unit. I had to work with my original factory due to the issues I had. Nevertheless I would use them for supplies and and other needs I have.
This place is on point staff is very helpful and go beyond their duties. I worked specifically with Jennifer Rodriguez she was very helpful in explaining everything to me. When I would call and leave a voicemail she would respond promptly. I also had concerns about my mask not fitting well she offered a lot of helpful ideas and also a different mask. She called about a week later to see how everything was going. Very expensive place. They sent supplies that I didn’t ask for, returned and the bill came. I contacted and they assured taking care but after over 6 months the bill still coming over and over. I’ll never work with Fort Myers Oxygen and Carecenttrix again!

Becareful!!!! they send my husband to the credit bureau for a $800. bill that we never received. It appears that our insurance did not pay for a CPAD that he never was able to wear because they never found him the proper mask to adjust to his face despite of our multiple trips to the store until he got tired and after 4 years we found reporting in the credit bureau. We never received a letter from the insurance or from this office. We will look into this further. Meanwhile, I just want to comment just in case some one is having the same experience, poor service and unfair business ethics.
Fabulous people. Through and professional. Laura showed me things and helped me in a mask fitting that my original provider in Toledo never did. SO much better to deal with than them. Wish I had been able to secure my machine from them to start with. They dealt with the medicare regulations, helped me through all the hurdles and I am sleeping better than ever. They are the best.
So far I’m not impressed. After being transferred 3 times, I left voicemail for the last person I was transferred to. I got a call back, the person looked up my account and said she’d send supplies for what was issued to me. I received the wrong supplies over a week later. I’m a new customer, and nobody bothered to call to see how things were going with the new equipment or if I needed supplies the first month. After reading some of the reviews it seems I’m not the only customer with these issues.
The staff at fort Myers Oxygen are very friendly and knowledgeable. Jenny went above and beyond to help me purchase my CPAP machine and even after a week, she helped me understand different things about my mask.
I walked in without an appointment with hope of still getting much needed help. A Jennifer Rodriguez a customer service representative helped me right away and took her time with me to ensure I was satisfied with my new mask. Im beyond thankful for Jennifer!! Thank you again for helping me !

Be careful about ordering anything on line. They ask for sensative info but do not have a secure server link (HTTPS)
INcredible, I have been a customer for over six months and they have screwed up my resupply order every time. My contact with Frank is frustrating and I would not recomend them at all. The first staff person I worked with was great but my resupply experience have overshadowed all of her good work.
Ive had nothing but trouble getting my supplies. Orders are never sent on time and are sometimes incomplete. I have had to order from Amazon a few times while waiting for FT Myers Oxygen but insurance wont cover those purchases.
They treated me so well. Jamie and Laura are amazing, super polite and helpful. The showroom was really nice and the customer rep are very polite and willing to help the minute I walked in.

There was a lot of miscommunication and mix-ups from the company as well as surprise bills from their billing company but the General Manager was very pleasant and offered to help clear things up and make things right.
I went into the store on 3/19/2020 to pick up my new CPAP equipment, as it has now been 5 years since I received my last CPAP. Debbie Bouton gave me my new equipment and I went on my way. That night I discovered there was no strap to hold my mask in place. I couldn’t use my new equipment. The following morning I called Debbie and asked her to overnight deliver the head strap. She said she would. On Tuesday, 3/24 I called and told her I hadn’t received it and asked if she overnighted it. She said she sent it regular mail, and that I should be patient. On Friday, 3/27, I called again and Debbie said that it’s not her fault I didn’t get it, she has no control over USPS.Today, 3/30/2020, I’m still waiting and have not been able to use my CPAP yet.This is terrible customer service and Debbie Bouton has shown a complete lack of empathy to my situation. I’d like someone in charge to respond to me.
They are the most disorganized medical supply company. They get orders wrong all the time and bills come in haphazardly for my co pay. The last straw is they charged me for a return fee of $30 for payment not getting posted. I pay my bills online and if I put in a wrong account number it should never have taken the payment. All other companies wouldnt accept the wrong billing information. Instead they took payment just so it could bounce for non payment due to a wrong account number. I will be checking with my insurance company to see if I can use someone else to supply my C-pap supplies.
I am not a local resident but spend a portion of my summer in Bonita Springs. While on vacation my CPAP machine had stopped working. Because I was not from the area almost every single medical device supplier refused to help me. I called Fort Myers Oxygen and they not only helped me, but was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. The staff was very understanding and offered a couple of options to help me during my staff. Even after I returned home, they were accommodating over the phone. This allowed me to have a very enjoyable time as my CPAP is literally my lifeline. I dont go anywhere without it. Especially a shout out to Jennifer Rodriguez....thank you for your attention!
I have had my C-Pap now for one week. My appointment was last Friday with Yuri. He was very professional & yet explained to me in detail of how to use the equipment. I was scheduled for 2:00 PM. & told that it would take an hour. They were true to their word. Again I was very pleased with the service.

Here I am, an outta towner who needed to replace his ResMed hose, headgear and facemask - quickly.After suffering thru Sat and Sun nites with no CPAP, I began calling back home for my Rx adn searching for help in Ft Myers. Amazing place w great therapists who help in any situations. I was out of town in California and forgot a piece for my machine and Laura did everything she could to get what I needed to have a restful vacation. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cpap needs.
Unfortunately we took a road trip and I informed the month before we left. Well it took 2 days just to get out of Florida plus get a motel. So. Not only time and money, called companie. Said it’s a weekend, nothing they can do there closed. The machine will not charge in our truck. Makes me sad that they don’t care about customers, Ive been with them for 2years. It really saddeneds me. because we left the state.?? Noing what’s going on They haven’t even called me. THANKS FOR MYERS OXAGEN
ASK YOUR DOCTOR 1ST, IF THEY USE CARECENTRIX or FT. MYERS OXYGEN!!! If they use them, REFUSE SERVICES! This is literally THE WORST two companies thats ever been able to do business in the medical industry! Ive supposedly paid off my entire balance, not once, but twice now! I then get another bill in the mail last week! When I call, Carecentrix gives me different answers and different account balances!!! Ive now asked TWICE, for a detailed billing ledger and have yet to receive anything! They just keep sending random bills in the mail! Then if you dont pay them, youll get turned into collections and they will ruin your credit! They actually told me to call Ft. Myers Oxygen for my bills and cost of equipment... when I called, they said we dont talk to patients, you have to call Carecentrix...which is it folks???The last rep I spoke to today (BETZABEL) couldnt give me my FINAL BALANCE, just kept stating that the bill I received was for a date of service from December, when I paid the entire balance off in January!??? Then I asked her to hold on for literally 10 seconds and she hung up the call, WITH NO RESOLUTION! BOTH COMPANIES ARE HORRIBLE!
I have been using these guys for 2 years and they easily have the best customer service that I have experienced at any small business in years. I would highly recommend their services.

Received my CPAP earlier today after learning how to use it. Laura helped me understand all the functions of my Airsense 10. She was very patient with me as I had alot of questions. She was also very kind and caring. Im so glad I was referred by Dr. Ahmad to receive my machine here.
The people are friendly and have worked so hard to make sure I have everything I need. They have had to fit and re-fit me with the CPAP masks. All the staff is very professional and knowledgeable about what they offer. I recommend them for all your CPAP supplies.

A few months ago an employee hit my car while driving and we both pulled over and her company vehicle had done over $1300 worth of damage to my car. We never called the police (which looking back is the worst mistake of my life... reckon it’s my first “wreck”). I got her phone number and the company written down and I called and I talked to a nice lady who said she would take care of it. But never called me back. I called a second time left a message no answer. So I walked inside their fort myers office building and the last who hit my car was there and I had walked in with an estimate from Gerber Collision and glass (which the lady on the phone told me to do the first time). And she was rude and belligerent with me! she yelled at me in front of many customers that were inside and insisted that the accident was my fault. There was no damage to the company vehicle and through the whole process I was nice and calm and treated her with patience. And she ripped the paper out of my hand with the estimate worth of damage and stormed into the back and falsely “faxed” it to her insurance company. The customer behind me even apologized for her behavior. It’s been eight months since and still haven’t heard anything back. Which I know I won’t and that’s okay, I think now it’s too late. The least I can do is leave a horrible review. If I learned anything from this it’s that fort myers oxygen has horrible customer service and has a woman (whom I won’t name) working for them that needs to be fired. Thank you very much. :)
The last three times I ordered I received the wrong supplies. They sent me nasel pillows that did not fit my head gear. The next time they sent me the wrong head gear. This last time supplies were missing. Do not order from them.In addition I took my RsaMed machine in because it was not working correctly my. It was still under warranty. They said they were sending it back for repair and gave me a “loaner” That was five months ago. I am so done with them.

Terrible customer service, told them I was coming there and when I got there they told me I needed to make an appointment after I drove an hour. They must have tooooo business, they dont need anymore.
