First time coming here, never seen or heard of the place before, came here to get a night out after passing of a loved one, I was brought here and wow they have amazing green teas, you can add all types of stuff to it, you can also get rolled ice cream and add all types of items to it as well, just an all out amazing place definitely work checking out if never been like I have and its all affordable definitely a good place and will return Thank you R.J. for bringing me here

Very good ice cream! But most of the tables werent clean, and we tryed sitting outside but there was some sticky stuff and flies were on it.

Most people come here for the Boba drinks and teas. Not me!! (although the ones Ive tried are phenomenal) I come here for that smores rolled icecream!! I love watching them make it on the cold stone. The real smores on top is my absolute favorite part!!

The ice cream is delicious and the atmosphere is fun. The reason I give it such low stars is because you’re paying an extreme amount of money for what turns out to be about half a scoop of ice cream.

Decent bubble tea. I drink a lot of bubble tea and would give this place 3 stars but I think for Florida, this place is good for what’s around.

I love their teas!! We even had tea catered for a meeting before and had amazing experiences, but lately I dont know what is going on. The employees dont seem to know what is on their menu, didnt know how to put in a coupon that was emailed to us, and it is becoming frustrating to order. Really hope they figure out what theyre doing.

Super good about corona virus guidelines! Tried the peanut twist and it was soOOOO delicious 10/10. My sister had a smores please and it came w a whole smore on top. Definetly worth the price.

This is my favorite boba place. The matcha love is my favors item on the menu! I like the split cup option because sometimes I can’t decide between fruit tea or milk tea so that helps a lot. I have never had any issues with this place!

Only have 2 employees working and one keeps needing to ask the other how to make things. Told me 30min wait and the person after me 15min. I’ve been here 35 already and there are apparently two orders ahead of me still! This place is a joke! Might have good bubble tea but the business end needs to be figured out as it shouldn’t take 45min to make a bubble tea drink.

Staff was very helpful and polite especially the male worker he looked busy helping the ladys but he was honest and helpful on top. Drinks were long but there was a lot of people so I understand and a lot of ice cream. Experience was good recommend to come on weekdays tho it looks busy every weekend.

The daughter loved this place and her Strawberry Kiss something or other tea. The boys really liked the rolled ice cream - one had the cookie monster and the other had something Brownie. I had the mint chocolate. Aside from the mint oreo it wasnt that minty. Regardless the ice cream was tasty and wonderfully presented.

I decided to write this review because I just saw a lovely ad on Facebook showing the ice cream sold here and I thought “Too bad I’m never going in there again.” I have visited this location a total of 3 times to finally decide, never again. My first visit, no one greeted me. The staff was cold and completely unwelcoming the entire time. I was excited to see they sold Thai tea and when I asked about it, and employee told me to order on their little kiosk. While I was was doing that, I had questions about the add-one they offered and the employees were not enthusiastic to answer any of my questions and would look at me as if they had something better to do than help a customer. When I got the Thai tea, it was okay. I decided to go a second time because I get my nails done in the mall and thought maybe they were having a rough day. I’m not going to judge off of one visit. I walked in, placed an order on the kiosk, received the order, left. No hello, no “Have a great day” nothing. The place was lifeless. Third visit was the same as the 2nd visit. I highly recommend customer service training because this place is not a vibe whatsoever.

Delicious ice cream and drinks. Rolled cream IS as good as its hyped up to be. Definitely give it a try. Plus, it was our first time in a real Boba shop, so it was fun to see all the options.

My mom and I bought some boba from this place. She got boba fruit tea (forgot which one) and i got the brown sugar boba drink. Both of us ended up really sick after drinking them and had somewhat symptoms of food poisoning. The texture of the boba was weird and the drinks are just not good at all. Will definitely not recommend anyone to get boba from here.

After coming here over 40 times, it is time for me to write a review. Ice Spot is a hidden Gem. The quality of their Boba Tea is phenomenal, as well as their Tapioca. Their online ordering system is ran very well and makes the entire process very easy for pick-up. Their rolled ice cream, is shockingly good. As someone who doesn’t care too much for rolled ice-cream, this stuff is soooo good. The staff are always hard working and very nice. The only thing I wish they had were more Boba Flavors such as their Pomegranate Milk Tea separate from their Strawberry Kisses drink and Wintermelon. Their existing flavors are very good, i’v tried them all. The custard pudding is very good. If you are a first timer, you can not go wrong with anything here. There is something for everyone.

They forgot my wifes drink and had her waiting so long that by the time I said anything I was already finished with what I had and it should have been given at the same time I received my order. They could be better with costumer service.

If youre paying with a card, you can order on the tablet there which is nice for customizing. The boba tea is delicious as is the rolled ice cream. I decided to try the avocado ice cream because Id never seen it and it was delicious.

This place was so bad! What a disappointment. I waited so long to come here and I have nothing good to say about it. They charge you extra for the boba and it tasted like American tea! Very deceiving! I could have done this myself. The rolled ice cream is basic AND FLAVORLESS! You have to check yourself out they aren’t even there to help answer questions for you.

When me and my family walked in none of the coworkers greeted us or anything we sat there looking at the menu questionably and we finally decided what we wanted. We ordered on the tablet as our stuff is getting me that they were laughing and talking. The nexts customers come in they greeted them they help them find what they need even taste test and they ordered for them. I got The cotton candy roll ice cream it just taste like milk ice cream with whip cream and toppings wouldn’t recommend.

Im so glad a place like this opened in Fort Myers! Service is slow, which is fine since they are newly opened and hopefully the employees will learn. Ive had both the Taro and Matcha lattes, and they were amazing. I tried the avocado rolled ice cream and the avocado was not ripe and therefore there were just hard chunks of avocado in the ice cream. The flavor was good so I think Ill try another and just avoid that flavor.

I got the mousse cheese milk tea. It was pretty okay. There were several boba options but seemingly no standard? They may have been out. Its a cute area and it would have been quicker, but some people in front of us ordered like 6 drinks. Ive also heard amazing things about their rolled ice cream, but I didnt have a chance to try it this time. Still a good experience!

I am very excited to see more boba tea places opening up around here. I have not tried the rolled ice cream yet, but the boba tea was fantastic! I had the taro latte with cheese mousse and crystal boba (they were out of tapioca that day).This place is unique compared to the other boba tea around here as they have some toppings I have not yet seen including the cheese mousse, egg pudding, crystal boba, grass jelly, etc. Additionally, they use real tea instead of powders which is healthier, although it does limit their flavor options. I also really like that they use organic milk and have dairy-free options as well.The inside of the shop is very bare and limited in seating but not bad. I will be coming back to try some other things :)

Was good flavor drinks we purchased 5 drinks but all of unanimously say the boba was horrible. Would never get any boba drink there again. They charge for the boba per drink so you would think it would be good. Thumbs down. I cant speak for any other menu items.

Very cute and good spot. I recommend only getting 1-2 boba toppings as they are very generous and give you a bunch. They have amazing custom drinks and my favorite is the dragon fruit lemonade 100% sweet with some mango jelly. Prices are fair ✨✨

Unique types of tea and boba lattes. I got the red bean matcha which was fun to try! The chewy boba is a great texture and quality. You order on a tablet which allows for a lot of customization, with many types of boba and milk options. The rolled ice cream is tasty too, but expect to get a large portion.

This place is so good!! I love their bubble tea and ice cream and are never disappointed whenever I go there. I went there again yesterday and it was a wonderful experience as always. This is definitely my new spot for both ice cream and bubble tea 👻💜

I’ve had lots of good boba and lots of bad boba before, and unfortunately this was a bad boba place. We got Coconut Green tea, Taro Milk tea, and tried to get the Oosmanthos tea. They were out and ALSO out of the roasted oolong tea. This was at 7pm, hours before closing. The Coconut Green tasted solely of coconut syrup (not made with coconut cream) and had no tea taste. The regular oolong we ended up getting was fine. Boba on the harder side. They also charge $1 extra for no ice which is crazy, brings the drink total to $7. Would NOT recommend.

Ice Spot was definitely my go to place for bubble tea. It was in a great location and had great options to choose from the menu. Lately, I have noticed a change in staff. The customer service is not the best as it used to be. I would know because I was there when the store just opened their doors, I would be what you would consider a regular. Recently I went in around 8pm on Tuesday, craving for a honeydew bubble tea. The kiosks were not working and the staff members seemed to be unaware of this because I was standing there for a good 3 minutes waiting for someone to look at me and take my order. Eventually one of the employees took my order around 8:22pm. Plenty of customers started marching in after I placed my order and after a while I noticed that their drinks were being done before mine and these were 5 drinks that were being done. I thought to myself that maybe since I asked for crystal boba instead of regular because they were out of the regular boba,, they had to prepare the crystal boba and the other orders before mine did not include crystal boba so it would make sense that they got those orders out of the way first. However, after waiting for a good 20 minutes for an iced blended honeydew with crystal boba I went up to the counter and asked the person, who took my order, about my drink. I asked if it will be ready anytime soon, the employee asked, What did you order? I repeated my order and he proceeded to check the empty cups on the counter, searching for my drink order. It looked like it was either ignored or never entered because he did not find it.. It did not take him long to do my order after I had to ask for it which got me more upset. All he said was sorry about that...The drink came out fine, but Im disappointed with how they managed orders once it got busy. Mind you this was a Tuesday night, I can only imagine how they deal with weekends when Im sure it gets super busy. Do better. Until then, I will not be coming back. I will be at Paradise Smoothie.

My experience today has definitely changed my views on this store. Some of the staff are not very nice, or well educated on what they sell. One staff member in particular kept rolling her eyes at me. Among everything else, I have to admit that their drinks are good, but they are overpriced. I will be sticking with Starbucks from now on.

Great covid protocols, you dont even have to talk to staff and everything is fresh. We come every weekend and have never been disappointed. Havent had a tea i disliked yet.

I was so excited to come to try what was told to me by a very good reference was“The best bubble tea ever!” So I came this evening...my first time wanting to try milk bubble tea and maybe even the rolled ice cream.Really really bad service. From this day forward, I would recommend each employee asking “is this your first time to Ice Spot?” And if yes, be kind and offer help and recommendations.I opened the door to the business and one would think I had Ebola....no help at all. Just totally unacceptable service. After opening the door to ask for further help, it was just as bad....no help whatsoever.This business from what I was told has a good product but with bad service like this, I can’t imagine how you will survive. Your location is really not the best and if you continue to treat people like the way you treated me, your business doesn’t have a chance.Again, this is a relatively new product to the average American. I tried this in Hawaii and loved it but I don’t even know anyone else who knows what it is.We live in a service industry now and if you can’t offer excellent t customer service and educate people on your product and just plain be helpful, you won’t survive.My choice was awful, I have tried to rescue it with my own knowledge of bubble tea but it was horrible because I had no help and horrible service.STEP IT UP FROM TODAY ON.

I walked in and waited 7 mins to be greeted or acknowledged. Mind you there were 5-6 people working there. I finally placed my drink order. It took another 15 mins to get my drink but it was the wrong drink. I wanted the taro latte but got the chai tea instead. They did offer to remake it for me which I really appreciated it but I was out running errands and didnt want to wait another 15mins for my drink. I should have double checked my receipt I guess but I just stuck it in my wallet. The drink itself is not bad.

We stopped by on a Friday around 4:00, not too busy but not empty either. My daughter ordered the Cookie Monster rolled ice cream and I tried the Taro Latte (matcha crystal boba, egg pudding and cheese mousse). Both very good. This place is located next door to Daruma (corridor side not the parking lot side) and just down from Dave and Busters.

Beautiful Presentation always! I usually get two drinks at once just bc there’s so many flavors to try. The classic coconut milk tea w brown sugar boba is amazing, the fruit teas with popping boba are amazing too and not too sweet. You can add a ton of extra boba if you want and control the sweetness. A lot of customization options. The staff is always really nice, professional and gets things made really quickly. I have never ever had a bad experience here, I’ve never had my drink made improperly and every drink I’ve tried has been amazing. Highly recommendAlso, extremely affordable considering the quality of the ingredients, the presentation, the taste, and the great staff.Pls tip these buddies and pals, they deserve it!

This is a great up-and-coming boba and rolled ice place! They’re really good with coronavirus guidelines and have screens to order on. The decorations are on their ways up. They have curbside pick up. It’s amazing to see that even though it’s a small and foreignly run business that it’s thriving! The rolled ice cream from here is made right before your eyes and is top notch quality, while the boba tea (smoothies and milkshakes as well!) tastes exquisite! I come here so often when I’m stressed and their food relaxes me! Best boba place I’ve visited in a while!

Its good but really busy

Patiently waited for service, I was in the service industry so I dont mind. Ordered the Chamango...for my daughter who was so excited to try this Boba place. Do NOT order this drink. My daughter gagged and spit it out. Tasted like straight salt...no mango flavor at all. There was way to much red additive in it. Just disgusting. Looked nothing like the picture. So I told the cashier and ordered the Taro blended. No apology, no refund. Rolled ice cream was good and Taro was actually really good, a star for each. Just dont order the Chamango.

First time coming here! I had the vanilla taro latte with herbal jelly! Its very good and i love how customizable it is. You can choose your own sweetness and type of milk, which my dairy intolerant friend very much appreciated. My friend got the matcha strawberry love latte with oat milk and said it was very good. Next time i come i have to try the cheese mousse topping with my tea latte!

So me and my friend went to this place and I got the strawberry shortcake and it was way to Salty!!!! Like a whole bottle of soy sauce!! And my friend got the monkey business and the M & Ms were OUT DATED so crusty and hard in the middle the chocolate tasted so fake, but other than that the ice cream was very good it was just the toppings.

Never once have I seen anyone that came off as a manager for a formal complaint to be made. This place does not care about customer service whatsoever. Dont expect to have anything recommended or any of the employees to come up to you when your clearly standing at the register to ask a question. Over here, its use the tablet to order and wait for your name. Thats it. Again the ice cream and drinks are great but the customer service is awful. I cant wait to find another place that offers the same this place does cause I will not be returning.

Delicious drinks that are super customizable. A little pricey, but the quality of the milk tea is the best that I’ve tried in Ft. Myers. I was the only customer there but my drink took a while to make, so be prepared to wait a while when you go.

We had rolled ice cream in Puerto Rico and were looking for it here. We waited in anticipation as Ice Spot was opening in Fort Myers. We found the many combinations to satisfy our desires. They were as good or better than we had in Puerto Rico. We recommend Ice Spot to everyone that wants Ice Cream served in a fun way.

Over priced and not worth price

I hope this place makes it! I was very impressed with the quality and portion size of ice cream. It was very good, looking forward to going back, I want to try the teas as well. We have always gone to 2 scoops around the corner but this place is much better. You just need to get creative in your choices.

Absolutely delicious! This beautiful girl named Ariel rolled some of my ice cream and it tasted and looked perfect!

Ordered the Oreo rolled ice cream. Presentation was nicely done although the tv for outside viewing during covid19 shut off immediately after he placed the oreo down. This was disappointing as it’s half the experience. Taste was awful. This was the saltiest ice cream I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if they added salt by mistake or if the work station was not cleaned properly prior but both my wife and I could not even finish half a cup due to the harsh amount of salt. Combine the viewing experience with the taste and the price and it was an all around waste. Extremely disappointing. I feel bad I talked my wife in to trying this place out.

Great place to try new flavors of tea and get diffrent topping. Be wary that it is on the more expensive side and they take quite a while to prepare your drink especially if there is a long line.
