Sultan, freaking awesome name! Never been to this location however on your first day you can spend up to $200 and automatically 50% is deducted. SULTAN WAS VErY KNOWLEDGEABLEThe other dispensaries gave that same offer on the first day however it was only up to $150. Thats already a plus extra for fluent.Staff is extremely friendly outgoing knowledgeable and very upbeat and positive and professional.Good location also handicap parking Dunkin Donuts is next door and the American Grilled Cheese kitchen is on the otherI highly recommend this location to purchase your cannabis product and I just wanted to say thanks to the staff for being outgoing happy and ready to serve. The wait was short. The staff were knowledgeable. (I had a lot of questions. First time buying in Florida) I purchased 100% sativa cartridges and some prerolls. They do not carry resins/waxes at this time (11/22/19). The products I did buy we high quality and I would purchase them there again.

Some of the lowest quality product in the state, and dont even think about giving them your phone number, theyll text you 2-3 times a day!

Ive been coming to Fluent for some time now, and its very easy to understand why. Every shop in the area has their own culture, but at this particular one, Fluent Ft. Myers, there is a one of a kind staff that is devoted to giving you exceptional experience. I have always feel welcome, listened too, and had my questions addressed with the utmost professionalism. I keep coming back and it was to see Jay, Jeremy, Sultan, Zach, and everyone else. I more so write this review, not from my experience, but from I have experienced from other guest interactions. They have a great manager and are very knowledgeable of their products and what is coming next!

The staff at Fluent are very knowledgeable. I usually use the drive up service and even then Connor K. answers all my questions regarding my medicine. I find him, as well as all the other staff there to be really caring and empathetic towards my needs. I just recently became a patient and have been stopping around different dispensaries - this one is hands down the best. Let me tell you why if you arent convinced:1. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and kind.2. They understand the needs of the patient. For instance, I have my card for physical anxiety symptoms. I need to stay far away from Sativa dominant. They know this and make sure to take that into account even when I order - they have corrected me a couple of times, because I dont know what I am doing.3. Their pre-rolls and whole flower are AMAZING. They do not canoe and you do not have to babysit them. I will be buying from here exclusively from now on.Thank you Fluent!!!!! You are appreciated!!!

CAPE CORAL LOCATION!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I got a call from a friend telling me to check this place out. Not expecting to be very impressed, but I thought give it a chance I can easily say without hesitation that Fluent is now one of my favorite dispensaries!! They were limited on the choices of flower they had the time I went, but was told by an employee that they will be getting plenty of flower in soon. They have at least 6 or 7 different strains that will be on the shelf and ready to sell very soon. I went to the new location in the Cape and I cant say enough good things about how nice the staff were, the place is very clean and they take pride in their branding. They made sure that their packaging would stand out from the rest which makes a difference from a word of mouth point of view. Someone who has never been to Fluent or has never heard of them before would probably run across their product and or packaging and immediately be intrigued to go check the place out. The best part for me personally is that they have opened up a shop 5 mins from my house in the North Cape. Not many people know about that location yet, but when they do, they will be a very successful store! Easily one of this areas best dispensaries. Today was my first time visiting Fluent. Sulton was very helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly. It’s greatly appreciated, especially since I was just approved last week. So, this is all new to me.I hope that they will eventually accept VISA. They only accepted cash and/or MasterCard only. I had to use the on-site ATM and pay an additional $2.50 ATM fee.

I decided to change my review to 5 stars after my experience with the manager sean today. There was an issue with my cartridge and he resolved it quickly on my lunch break from work. The prices on oils and cartridges are high, but their black cartridges are very very high quality and are nice to refill with a syringe when empty. And customer service is great.

When my usual dispensary was largely out of flower, I gave Fluent a try at the Fort Myers location. Im glad I did! This is a very efficient operation, even for first-time visitors, with excellent product and helpful staff. Theyre also very generous with their first- and second-time new customer purchase specials. It all adds up to good reason for giving Fluent a try -- highly recommended.

Longest I have ever had to wait to be served...45 minutes. They only call back 1 person at time to be served so if you have plans that day DO NOT COME HERE! It will ruin your plans for the day :)

I have been around dispensaries all over the county, and this is the one I truly prefer. I see the same small group of employees and they know me. I trust their recommendations. This week I didnt feel good at all. It obviously showed and this young man RAN to fill my order. That meant a great deal.

This location is amazing as are the people that work there!! Their prices are great, discounts/deals and rewards program even! The staff is amazing... seriously the nicest, most helpful group of people EVER! They WILL help u figure out what’s best for YOU, and knowledgeable! Connie, the manager, has gone above and beyond every time I’ve been there! One night I locked my keys out of my working vehicle on accident lol!!! But Connie and her awesome staff including Justin and Connor.. everyone teamed up to help me! My phone and purse were also in the locker car so they googled my roadside service, gave me phone to call family and get help.. lol and kept letting me. Then they all stayed an extra HOUR after closing!! JUST TO HELP AND STAY WITH ME?! Amazing! When they had to go they made sure I was safe first and Connie came over, handed me her personal cell number and ASKED me to please take a min and text her once im home safe and sound.. how nice is that?! U never see that anymore! She was SOO genuine. She had such a long day I imagine.. and yet still had the compassion for a client to that level.. THAT’S SPECIAL! All the flower I have recieved has been wet which adds weight. And the full gram carts have 30 % cut which defeats the purpose. Not happy about that or the variety of strands. Other than that people are friendly and nice and knowledgeable.

I visited the newest location in Cape Coral as that is where I live. The staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. So I retract my original rating and provide 5 star for the excellent customer service at the CAPE CORAL location.

Second negative review I have ever given in my life :( I am so beyond disappointed with their product I just can’t let it go. Here is my experience: My first order with Fluent included a discount, so I visited their website and browsed a little before deciding on small variety of flower. The order consisted of: Subra per-rolls, Atlas whole flower, and Baldor whole flower. Placed my order and scheduled an express pickup with an hour long window, but waited for the “your order is ready” text before heading there (which was about half hour into my scheduled pickup time, nbd). Walked into the store and was welcomed by friendly staff, waited for only about 5 minutes in the waiting room before they called my name and led me into the next room. Warm greetings and smiles from staff, even customers were sociable and friendly. I cashed out at the counter and was handed my paper bag filled with goodies and made my way back home. Once home, I opened up the goodies and that’s where my experience took a 180*. First lid I popped open was for the pre-rolls, nothing out of the ordinary when first observing except for the complete lack of aroma. Next I opened up the jar of Atlas; twisted the lid, peeled back the seal and took a peek. I held the jar up to my nose and took and deep breath in, and then another, until I finally picked up the slightest aroma. I grabbed the jar of Baldor “whole flower” and gave the lid a twist, this one did not have a safety seal and much to my dismay was not “whole flower”, I grabbed the tiniest nug covered in leaves and called out to my husband to come look at this jar of disappointment, then told him to grab his phone and take pictures. The jar contained little bits the size of my pinky nail and covered with untrimmed leaves. At this point, I was unsure if I would be willing to give them another chance and take advantage of the second purchase discount. Fast forward an hour; I pull out a pre-roll and light it up...”what the...” was my Immediate reaction, took one more drag thinking maybe this god-awful taste could just be from the paper, where was that unique green flavor? Still trying to justify their product I thought: it just has to be the paper, I won’t smoke that so I’ll just re-roll with a different paper. I broke up that pre-roll, AND the other two and rolled into rice paper and lit it up...OMG what am I inhaling?! It was the harshest, most awful tasting flower that I have ever tasted (I’ve tried a variety of flower and never had this experience). Only being able to take two drags off that joint I quickly put it out and grabbed one of the jars, I poured out the tidbits of the Baldor, did a quick grind and loaded up another rice paper...SAME EXACT outcome, it tasted like I was smoking pipe resin; that awfully bitter, harsh hit you take out of a dirty bowl, never had this experience with green. When smoke hit the tip of my tongue it would feel tingly/numb!! What?! I immediately snuff that joint and put it aside. Screw the joint that I was looking forward to, Last attempt: grabbed the jar of Atlas, grabbed my Mighty vape and packed the chamber and further lowered my expectations. I turned on the cleanest, smoothest hitting vape I have ever owned, I inhaled and gagged. Harsh, horrible taste. What the heck was that?! I’m no connoisseur but I am familiar enough to know that was wack. Worst flower I’ve ever tasted. I can’t even finish it.

Avoid their cartridges! Especially the CBD one. They are the worst tasting carts Ive ever had. Tastes like burning metal. It is not even worth using. I brought it back and was told there is nothing they can do. Just save your money and buy flower instead or go somewhere else for cartridges.

Made my second visit to this location today and all I have to say are SUCH good things! I got 3 carts, a tincture, and 3 prerolls. The black cartridge I picked out ended up with the top bit not all the way on, but shout out to Phill for being amazing and spotting it and making sure it didnt go home with me!!! Fluents products may seem a little pricey, but they are truely worth every penny. Pure quality at this place. Definitely looking forward to my next visit... Both for the meds and the people!!! Even their security is SUPER nice and friendly!

Placed an online order for the Cape Coral store that said product was between 16-24% flower, when I bought it it was only 11% so I tried to return or exchange it for something with higher percentage and was told they have no return policy that I had to stay with that product. I wouldn’t go to a dispensary that doesn’t offer any return policies to their patients.
