He explained this so completely that we were then comfortable enough with his assurances that he could help us, that we ordered a pair on the spot!We chose Starkey Muse Sound Lens Technology because of its versatility andflexibility. Since they were custom fitted, we sometimes totally forget we are wearing them. They are invisible in the ear and none of our friends or family realized we had hearing aids. They immediately improved the quality of our life, and we are once again participating in social events.Jill Allen, the practices coordinator, has been most helpful to both my wife and myself. She returns calls promptly and, together with Jeff, goes above and beyond tomake Hear Again America a 5 Star Company!

I recently acquired a set of Starkey M1000 Hearing Aids and they are wonderful. I didnt need an adjustment period to be able to use them. They were fitted to me and I have been using them ever since (except at bedtime). Rob Morrison did a spectacular job in fitting my devices.

Last week my husbands new hearing aid stopped working. We are from Boston and didnt know where we could go for help in getting it working again. We happened upon HearAgainAmerica after stopping for lunch at Jasons Deli. Jeffrey, the owner, was so helpful and had it working within no time! He also explained why it wasnt working so my husband could fix it in the future. My husband wanted to pay for the service, but Jeffrey said it was complimentary!! Visited here twice to get my hearing tested at the age of 36. Strange but I’ve found that over time my ear sensitivy has decreased due to choice of music and loud venues over time. Big regrets. Luckily Megan Frericks was able to dial in and assess my tympanic membrane and other details that educated me and gave me some appreciated honest optimism and planning to preserve sensitivity. Very grateful.
