As some previous customers have already noted, this guy is slightly off. Maybe he just had more bad days than good. He will try to refute poor service but the facts remain there are issues with his work. If youve had a good experience I am glad for you, but there are some of us that have not. Hire at your own risk.Update: See I told you this guy is slightly off. OK sure you want copies of Invoices, pictures, etc because the negative reviews are Fake? What about the people that leave positive reviews? Cant they also be Fake? So lets start with all those leaving positive reviews posting copies of their Invoice and work done. Rather pointing fingers in an effort to distract the real issue, you can now have all the non-negative reviews require the same details. Have a blessed day.

I am extremely happy with the product and service provided by HydroShield Gulf Coast. This is a small business owned and operated by Brian Hatfield. Upon meeting Brian I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and the pride that he had in his business. Brian is very much focused on customer service. During our initial meeting he explained the application process, the benefits of his product, and the outstanding warranty. Having done a lot of research on sealing granite tops and shower doors, I decided to use HydroShield. About a month after the application of the HydroShield material, I had a question concerning a spot on one of the counter tops. Brian came to my house the next day and showed me the proper way to clean the counter. This convinced me that Brian will not hesitate to stand behind his product and that customer satisfaction is a priority. I highly recommend HydroShield Gulf Coast for sealing counter tops and glass shower doors.

While all the other reviews left seem awesome, this was not the case for me. I am a single mother of 2 kids, our granite counter top was damaged and I called Hyrdroshield to get an estimate. Brian came out to give me an estimate for repair. I like to get at least 2 estimates to compare pricing. Brian made a follow up call, I explained I was waiting to get the other estimate - I got the impression he was taken aback. I told him I should have the other estimate the next day and would let him know. I received the second estimate the next day. Before I could call Brain he had already called me. I advised him that I decided to go with the other repair company based on price (and while I did not tell Brain this - they were less pushy than he is.) Brain did not accept the outcome in a professional manner. Lets just say that I had to end the call because his temper was less than professional. I am happy with my repair the other company did at a fraction of the cost. All consumers should get more than one estimate.

The whole procedure, from first contact to finish of job was a smooth experience. Brian was more than courteous. He took time to explain the process and, got the job done efficiently and cleanly. The finished product was BEAUTIFUL. I could not be more happy with the transaction. I would recommend the product and Brian very highly.

When we moved into a new home several years ago Brian came and sealed our granite and coated the shower glass enclosures and explained exactly what to do to maintain their appearance. This is an excellent product which really works and Brian provides excellent customer service. Our large kitchen counter looks fantastic two years later and shower glass becomes very easy to maintain. Recently Brian came over to remove a rough area on one of the bathroom granite tops and was extremely helpful again. We strongly recommend sealing your granite with Brian; he is a true professional.

Awesome Awesome Awesome. 15 years of hard water, soap scum and shampoo was cleaned off of our shower door and the glass looks brand new. We had tried several cleaners including oven cleaner with no luck. We are selling out house and building a new one. I will definitely have Brian treat our new granite and glass in all of our bathrooms. I thought we were going to have to replace the glass but Brian worked his magic.
