Purchased a smart opener from them and while installation went fine, I was advised it was my responsibility to connect to WiFi since they were not responsible to do so. Have tried repeatedly to connect however nothing has worked to date. Called them for guidance but they have no one onboard to help so they gave me phone number to call manufacturer. As is too frequently the case almost impossible to get a live voice without waiting on phone for 20 minutes. (Their estimated waiting time.) Opener still not fully working and the experience has been very disappointing.

My experience with Roy North today was incredible. I was freaking out this morning because the garage door would not open this while leaving for an appointment, and went the emergency manual route to get my car out. My realtor Barbie Sullivan called Roy North and by 3 pm the same day Connie called me with availability for Daryl to address the issue. Daryl arrived within the hour, fixed the broken spring, and aligned everything back in place within a half hour. He made it look so easy when this would have probably taken me a month to figure out... Everything went perfectly and the Roy North team from the phone service through execution of resolving the issue was so efficient and professional I cannot recommend them highly enough for whenever anyone else is in a bind like I was today. Had the garage door looked at by a competitor, he did not solve the problem but rendered useless theories. Contacted Ray North. service man named Darrell North, came to the house. inspected the door and fittings and indicated the TWO springs replaced a week ago, were the incorrect size and tension. Replace them with red ones, Door closes as smooth as a latte.. From now on Ray Mort is the one for me

Excellent service. Called about 3:15 pm with a broken spring on garage door and spoke to Sheila. She called a service representative and he was at our house with 30 minutes and fixed within the hour. If we could give 10 stars, we would.

We had a problem with our garage door remote control. This company was super efficient in making an appointment for service call. Darrin came right on time and rapidly figured out the problem - a faulty ceiling fan remote control on the second floor of our house (it was sending a constant signal strong enough to overpower the garage door opener receiver) - go figure!! Anyhow, Darrin was in and out in 10 minutes - problem solved. And said no charge for something like that - WOW! He recommended every other yr routine maintenance - especially for Sanibel, due to our environment here - which I’m goin to set up ASAP! I highly recommend this company - efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and one of those key characteristics that is getting harder to find: INTEGRITY!
