He used all efforts to find my friend located in the hospital and did not leave until she was found! Absolutely beautiful and best customer service! I ordered flowers for a friend who was in the hospital but she happened to be discharged early, prior to the arrival of the flowers. Fort Myers Florist contacted me to let me know she was not still admitted upon delivery and they asked if they could deliver them to another address for her. Unfortunately, the friend lived in another town, almost an hour and a half outside of Fort Myers, so that was not possible. They graciously offered to find a florist in her area who would deliver them to her home the next day, with the only additional charge of a service wire fee.They contacted me again when the florist they located did not have the exact flowers in the original arrangement I chose and wanted to make sure I was okay with the florist replacing them or if I wanted to wait one more day until that particular flower was in stock.Fort Myers Florist went above and beyond to make sure my order was fulfilled and to my satisfaction. They communicated terrifically along the way through all of the hiccups, too. Outstanding customer service! I would recommend them and use them again.

I walked in because I am looking for a shop to partner with on my new business venture of small wedding ceremonies. In my package I want to offer real bouquet of flowers regardless of budget because I believe every bride deserves a real bouquet on her big day. I simply asked to speak with someone so I can put together 2 looks to offer and I price so I know ball park what it will cost and have my looks set and repeat orders as needed. Can you believe they declined my inquiry completely and dismissively and chose to not speak with me at all about anything or any packages or well zip silt you get it!? I was in complete shock as I am a potential customer looking to establish repeat business with a local florist.The young lady apologized on behalf of the owner or manager and said she doesn’t know why she’s acting like that.

Was very excited to have flowers delivered to my mom on Mother’s Day however the $70 purchase looked like a $10 corner store pick up. Could have even found a fuller looking arrangement at local grocery store. I understand it will not always look exactly like the picture but just was expecting more.

Greg is a visionary. I walked into Fort Myers Florist without an appointment and he sat down with me and created the flowers for my wedding. Greg makes sure that the flowers are cohesive with your décor and dress and guides you through the whole process. He sets you up with what is in your budget and then gives you scenarios if you do wish to upgrade, which I did 3 times. On the day of the wedding he personally delivered the flowers and set up my amazing arbor flowers with no problem at all. The communication between him and the staff at Fort Myers Florist is top notch and I highly recommend them for any occasion.

I could not be more thankful for Greg and the team at Fort Myers Florist. I came in on a Sunday, less than two months before my wedding (my wedding was in March 2019) with a look of despair because my wedding planner and tentative florist had dropped the ball. I had no idea what I really wanted in terms of floral other than a few pictures and a lot of ideas floating in my brain. Greg sat down with my mom and I (with no appointment or warning) and outlined everything I would need. I had wanted dahilias but they were out of season so the owner called me and we were able to substitute a flower that was just as beautiful. Now the day of the wedding... I WAS BLOWN AWAY. Greg hand delivered my bouquet and made sure the set-up of floral on my arch was perfect. I was not expecting the amount of flowers and attention to detail that went in to each piece. I had given them succulents to add to the bouquets and they were the perfect addition. I know that Greg and his team took time and care in to each piece that was made and it exceeded all my expectations. The prices were fair, service was great, and quality was excellent. I cannot express how thankful l am for the team at Fort Myers Florist.

I ordered a fresh arrangement for my daughter who is going to school in Ft. Myers. Having owned a florist for many years, I find it difficult to actually receive what you order. I was pleasantly surprised that her delivery contained all of the flowers that were pictured on the website which is always very important to me. It was arranged perfectly and was just beautiful. Heres a picture of my beautiful flowers I received 10 days ago. I put them in the refridgerator a few days when i went away and two nights to keep them fresh. I also changed the water 2 times. They still look fantastic. Ifelt compelled to write this review as I also received 2 doz roses a year and half ago and recall they lasted an incredible length of time.

My daughter sent me flowers for Mothers Day. This place should be ashamed of themselves for what they delivered...a $4.99 grocery type bouquet would have been nicer. Mine had 5 half dead stems 2 of which were lilies which I am allergic to. My daughter was specific in her order NO LILIES but the florist insisted it was door dashes fault so she brought out another DEAD ARRANGEMENT WITH 4 DEAD STEMS. I was appalled I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND WILL ACTIVELY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THEM. THEY SHOULD BE TOTALLY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!

I needed something very, very special for my parents 60th anniversary!! Fort Myers florist put together a beautiful arrangement. They had to wait for a specific item to come in on a truck and it pushed the delivery beyond their normal delivery time, which they made happen. The orchids continue to bloom 3 weeks later and it is spectacular! I highly recommend them and would use them again!

These folks are wonderful - customer services is fantastic, flowers are gorgeous, and they were very responsive to my challenges. Ran into a bit of a bind (totally my fault) and they were so accommodating and helpful. These days I will choose EVERY TIME to work with kind and thoughtful people/businesses....this is one of them. These folks are great. My gal lives in Fort Myers area(I live out of state) and was feeling a little down (no, it wasnt anything I did :)) on a Sunday. Found this place open on Sunday til 2:00 (only florist open on Sunday near her place). Same day delivery if ordered by 1pm. Made it with 30 minutes to spare and it was delivered at 2:15. I dont do lots of flower delivery because the cost is quite high but this cost was worth it. Good job!

Felt pretty amazing getting flowers at work for National Red Roses Day. Didn’t even know that was a day! To bad my husband order the deluxe roses which had 3 different green fillers in it and a purple/pink looking wax flower you know the pic posted on your IG account for national Red Rose Day plus long steamed roses. Which looked beautiful in color (showed me what I should of got online once I got home) but sadly I received my flowers with only long steamed roses and 2 green filler flowers which was their cheapest model of the 3 sets... like 30 bucks different... but he paid 9 bucks for a special made card too. so my husband called and they said they look into it. Check the pic at delivery time and call us back.. now worries I got the long stemmed roses they said with substitution green fillers because they ran out! There’s only two types of fillers in the one I received.1.) 49.95 ~All green fillers with classic red roses2.) 64.95 ~2 Green Fillers with baby breathes and long steam red roses3.) 79.95 ~3 different green fillers with purple wax flowers and long steamed rosesNow if you sell the deluxe one why in earth would you use only green for the most expensive when it’s meant to break it up and make it look Vibrant. If he would of knew they didn’t have the right stuff he most definitely would of got me a different set all together cause he knows vibrant is something I love!!But the roses them self were beautiful roses 🌹

A few days after I placed my order online, Fort Myers Florist called me and said the vase for the arrangemet I ordered for Mothers Day was not available anymore. They said they were only able to put it in a clear vase. I said that was fine but when it arrived it was in the beautiful seafoam green vase! My mother ablsoultely loved it. I was just so thankful that they took the time to put the arrangement in a better vase after I said I was ok with clear. It was a big hit! The arrangement was gorgeous as well and much bigger than was pictured online. I will definitely be back.

I spoke with the manager at the shop and she apologized and told me that the website indicates that a comparable arrangement may be sent if the ordered flowers werent available. Fort Myers Florist went above and beyond to make sure that the arrangement was delivered on time considering the gathering was in a gated community. They took upon their selves to call the club to make arrangements for delivery. The flower arrangement was perfect. I placed an order online for sunflowers to be delivered for my Grandma’s 89th Birthday. I live across the country in WA and when I called to confirm the order and check in about Covid precautions they were more than helpful and reassuring as my grandmother is high risk and does not hear very well.
